I recently stayed at Le Jean-Sébastien Bach in Strasbourg and was thoroughly disappointed. The bed linens were not fresh, giving the room more of a hostel feel than a hotel. The heating system was inadequate, leaving us cold throughout the night. Additionally, the hotel felt outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Petit-déjeuner pas à la hauteur

Excellent logement, avec un bémol pour le petit-déjeuner, qui n’était pas à la hauteur de l’établissement : pains et viennoiseries qui ne dataient pas du jour. Certes, beaucoup de commerce sont fermés le dimanche en Alsace, mais j’y ai quand même vu des boulangeries ouvertes. Par ailleurs, la salle est très petite, ce qui conduit à mettre des tables en partie dans le couloir

Udemærket hotel

Hotellet virker en anelse slidt, men er eller udemærket. Der var rent og pænt, da vi kom, vi var der kun en overnatning. Morgenmaden var gennemsnitlig, der var de ting, man kan forvente. Skal man til centrum, skal man enten gå et godt stykke, eller man kan tage en letbane.

Médiocre

L'établissement fait assez vieillot. En pleine épisode de canicule, l'établissement ne met même pas d'eau à disposition de ces clients. Ils vendent des bouteilles d'eau (33cl ou 50cl) à 4€ l'unité : une honte. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans nos chambres : impossible de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Néanmoins les chambres sont propres et spacieuses avec une petite odeur de vieux. Le 4 étoiles n'est pas mérité.

Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive

Vähän kulahtanut, mutta riittävän ok. Vastaanotto oli aina auki ja toimi hyvin. Sijainti on hyvä Eurooppa-instituutioissa käyville. Kokolattiamatosta huolimatta ilma ei ollut tunkkainen. Parvekkeen ovi toimi miten sattui, neljäntenä päivänä mekanismin oppi niin ettei sulkeminen kestänyt enää kymmentä minuuttia.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind eine Katastrophe. Selbst wenn man bereit ist dafür zu zahlen, kann man nur sehr begrenzt parken. Wir sind daher auch früher angereist als geplant. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, aber schon sehr alt und etwas muffig. Die Matratzen sind leider extrem weich und durchgelegen. Der Deckel der Toilette war sehr lose. Die Anbindung mit dem Bus in die Stadt ist prima und unkompliziert. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Ich würde es aber nicht mehr buchen.

Très bon hôtel chaleureux et propre

Excellent séjour dans une chambre familiale chaleureuse et bien équipée. Convenait parfaitement pour notre court passage à Strasbourg. Le personnel de l'accueil est très avenant. L'hôtel est très propre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans réserve.

Odeur d'animaux dans l'hôtel

Chambre propre, accueil normal, mais peux flexible sur les horaires du check Out malgré on a passé une semaine chez eux, mais il pouvez pas nous rajouter une heure de plus, et j'ai confirmé que l'hôtel était loin d'être complet et le ménage peut être fait a 15h( on a passé une semaine ici)
