Fine but worn down

Ok hotelroom with relatively new kitchen. Everything else is worn down. Parking garage didn't work upon arrival, so had to find other alternatives. Really not ok that the receptionist can't speak enough English to guide us to the nearest metro...! It might be a standard hotel for Paris.

Yataklar idare eder ev daha minimalist olamazdı. Mimarı tebrik ediyorum. Su sebili gece kapatılıyor önleminizi almayı unutmayın. ÇamaĆŸÄ±rhane çalÄ±ĆŸmıyor. Klima yok. Balkon var ama iƟlevsiz bırakılmÄ±ĆŸ. Evin içindeki sandalye ve sehpaları dÄ±ĆŸarı taĆŸÄ±mak gerekiyor.

Appart’hotel de bonne facture, il est cependant Ă  dĂ©plorer qu’il n’y ait aucun service de mĂ©nage (sĂ©jour de 4 nuitĂ©es) notamment pas de rĂ©assort des serviettes de toilettes, et qu’il y ait des problĂšmes de plomberie : eau marron qui sort du robinet puis plus d’eau chaude ce qui empĂȘche de se doucher la derniĂšre nuit et derniĂšre matinĂ©e (2e problĂšme de plomberie en deux mois)

The condition was horrible. The room wasn't cleaned at all. Not clean. Everything in the room disgusted us. We didn't even want to be in there barefoot. The mattresses were yellow and soiled. Yuck, everything stank, even the hallway. The kitchen was terrible, you didn't want to touch anything. And we had written two weeks in advance when we would be arriving and you said okay. And when we got there, you didn't let us into the room from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. You said it wasn't ready. We were shocked when we got to the room. We don't even want to know what was in the room before.

We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren mit der Familie in Paris, wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Das Zimmer ist völlig runtergekommen, Heizung funktioniert nicht, es sind Heizstrahler im Zimmer aufgestellt, die aber zu einer sehr trockenen Luft gefĂŒhrt haben. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir alle angefangen zu husten. Das Zimmer ist völlig veraltet, und nicht akzeptabel. Aus den Wasserleitungen kam braunes Wasser. Des weiteren finden in dem Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, die stĂ€ndig gebohrt haben. Wir wĂŒrden das Hotel nicht noch einmal nehmen.

Un trÚs agréable séjour.

Avons passé deux nuits dans un joli appartement, trÚs propre.Nous avions quatre couchages, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas nous séparer de nos deux enfants. Le personnel est à l'écoute et trÚs aimable. La situation dans le quartier de La Défense est top.

Ponits negatifs: pas d'air conditionnĂ© (1 ventilateur pour 4 personnes inefficace en ces temps de forte chaleur), caution de 150€ a l'arrivĂ©e non mentionnĂ©e au moment de la rĂ©servation, lits gigognes pas confortables, pas de draps (que des housses de couettes). Ponits positifs: bon emplacement, personnel chaleureux et accueillant, chambre spacieuse, pratique,propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e.

Je suis restĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel pendant 5 jours et j’ai vraiment aimĂ© le service Ă  la rĂ©ception il y a avait toujours quelqu’un pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. J’étais aussi avec mes enfants et ça m’a beaucoup aidĂ© parce que il y a Mono Prix tout prĂȘt et ils ferment Ă  minuit et ça nous a beaucoup aidĂ© avec Ă  faire les courses. C’était vraiment facile de prendre le mĂ©tro aussi puis ils ont des prix raisonnables.

No AC despite charging for an AC room.

No AC in the room despite I booked an AC room. The hotel is least bothered and my umpteen reminders were useless. Whenever I ask them about room AC and bathroom issues, the only answer I get is “we are trying, please wait”. AC is not working.Bathroom water cool and hot mixer not working.Balcony is all broken, Room is filthy. My entire holiday in Paris is spoilt due this hotel issue, I would hold Adagio and Hotel.com responsible for all my sufferings on this holiday. I will ensure that entire social media should know about it. It’s a complete fraud that on the name of 4 star hotel, you are befooling the world.

InconvĂ©nients : - L’appart est trĂšs petit et n’est pas super propre. - L’air climatisĂ© est non rĂ©glable. - La carte magnĂ©tique pour dĂ©marrer la porte fonctionne 1 fois /2. Attention : - Si vous arrivez de l’étranger, prĂ©voir 1 € pour avoir accĂšs Ă  un chariot pour vos valises qui se trouve d'ailleurs dans le parking loin de la rĂ©ception. - Si votre sĂ©jour est infĂ©rieur Ă  8 jours vous n’aurez pas accĂšs au service d’entretien mĂ©nager et aussi Ă  un nouveau set de serviettes de bain Ă  moins que vous acceptez de payer 10 € la serviette. Il faisait 39C quand on y Ă©tait
 - Le personnel Ă  l’accueil n’est pas habilitĂ© Ă  un service Ă  la clientĂšle de qualitĂ©.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 2 nuits Ă  l'apparthotel adagio. TrĂšs satisfaits de l'appartement, spacieux, lumineux (7 Ăšme Ă©tage) avec un balcon. La literie est parfaite et le coin cuisine fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Quartier calme, en grande partie piĂ©tonnier. Des commerces Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate ( superette, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie). Ambiance urbaine, avec des trĂšs hauts immeubles, proche de la DĂ©fense et de tous les transorts en commun. Un parc se trouve au pied de l'hĂŽtel. Personnel agrĂ©able. À amĂ©liorer: le hall d'accueil, froid, dĂ©sert, vraiment pas accueillant.
