The location is great, with the Metro station being less than five minutes walk. There are good food options close by and the area is nice. We had a two bedroom apartment which was clean and is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Mother in laws visit.

An amazing room. Easy location to get with less than a 15 minute walk from the train terminal. Our only concern was not being able to set the air conditioning when we first got there.the room was very warm when we walked in. But other than that the location was within minutes of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and restaurants.

Property is nice and clean. Abit tight if you open the sofa bed. Concierge is nice and helpful. One thing that I am kind of disappointed is that it doesn’t have drier. It is one of the amenities in the expedia description and one of the reason I chose this place. Otherwise place is nice.

Property was clean, felt nearly brand new and had a washing machine, which was a must for us as we like to travel light. Steps away from the Metro A line, many dining options and less than ten minutes walk from Trevi fountain and walkable to the Pantheon, the Spanish steps, the Borghese park and gallery and a gate through Rome’s wall. Communication with the property was great but I would strongly suggest you use their mobile app as it enables easy contact via chat and even the ability to set up a key using your phone. Their is no concierge on the property. This was not an issue for us as we had maintenance at our door in less than an hour when there was an issue with the HVAC but you want to be comfortable communicating with staff via the app or by phone using the number left at the desk before you book this property.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Rome! Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. And the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent location

The location was excellent, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the service was both prompt and efficient. My only concern is that I strongly prefer proper duvet covers—having a polyester duvet placed between two sheets did not feel particularly nice. Other than that, everything was great.
