Spend the day relaxing at the beach, practising your swing on The Villas of Amelia Island's golf course or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Then enjoy a meal at one of the holiday home's 9 restaurants. All homes are individually decorated and offer free WiFi and free local calls. For a bit of entertainment, guests will find flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and other amenities include furnished balconies and premium bedding. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit, bathrobes, designer toiletries and complimentary toiletries.

I loved how many food options there were. We ate at a different restaurant each day. They had everything you needed at the resort. You do not have to leave the resort for anything.

First time visiting and except for some miss communication on amenities we had a great time - staff was wonderful especially Kelly and Deborah in the main lobby bar - Julio at the adult pool was awesome and the waiter at Oceanside for diner was exceptional - we can’t wait to go back

VERY LATE CHECKIN, building not labeled or accessible. They were out of towels at the pool, and the female bartenders were quite rude at the pool. Overall very poor service. The hotel seems to be very short staffed.

Everything was lovely except the cigarette smokers somewhere near our condo made sitting on the patio difficult and cigarette smoke coming into the bedroom. I would definitely make this a smoke free property.

The Villas are owned and operated by the Omni Hotel. The hotel was excellent. The Villas were a bit tired, and not much of a porch. The grounds were well maintained and staff was excellent. All the amenities, pool, bars, restaurant and grill were available, and beach chairs and umbrellas were available for rent.

Unfortunately, our one-bedroom villa was the connecting room to another rented villa. We heard anything and everything from the other side of the door. AIP is a beautiful place and we will be back but we won’t rent a one-bedroom villa again.
