Great location… Comfortable beds with wonderful linens and toiletries …Entry/lobby spaces are very nice and the Cafe is a perfect spot for cappuccino, Wine and food.

Really nice hotel, Humble Donkey lobby cafe has delicious breakfast options and friendly staff! Rooms are small but have everything you need and are clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such a terrific little discovery right across from Union Station. Great location. Great beds, slept very well. Quiet for a downtown hotel. Would highly recommend it, for sure!

Great boutique hotel

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel is still under construction, but it did not disrupt our evening at all. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Its steps from union station and there is a lovely coffee shop in the lobby.

Super super location all newly renovated

The hotel has completely been renovated. They’re all new beds new linens excellent pillows the TVs are very large. Check-in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. They have a nice bar in the lobby area although a bit pricey. I also like that it is so close to Union station And also you can walk to the underground shopping.

Our stay this weekend was excellent!! The updated interior design is beautiful and seemingly of good quality! Staff throughout our stay went above and beyond! Beds were perfectly comfortable, not too hard but not too soft! Rooms are cozy in size for the room I booked but believe there are suite options of bigger size. Only thing noticed was that the floors in the room weren't properly swept but otherwise no issues whatsoever!! Would stay again for sure!!

Only negatives were that only 1 of the 2 elevators in service so waited for elevator more than normal and the rooms are very tiny. However price, cleanliness, & location were excellent

The room was smaller than expected but the staff are great. One downfall is kitchen/ bar area they close really early. We got back to the hotel at 9:30pm and wanted to have a drink together on a friday and she was closing it down.

A Stylish Pet Friendly Stay

I recently stayed at Union Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The design is both modern and inviting, with beautifully curated spaces that feel stylish yet comfortable. Super convenient location next to Union Station and MTCC in downtown. Didn't try the breakfast/bar but it looked good. Friendly reception crew and staff. Only small niggle was a noisy aircon unit upstairs in the early hours one night. Not sure how this hotel goes under the radar (few reviews online) given the location/value, I guess because it has changed names / been renovated lately. Would recommend to others travelling to Toronto.
