A great villa holiday

Everything was good, the owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended us places to visit in Kas. The villa has a washing machine, which is very useful. Overall amazing stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at the Villa Ay in Kas.The villa is excellently located.if you have a car, it takes only 7 minutes to go to city centre. If you don't have a car, busses are passing near the Villa , The hosts of the villa were very kind.

The villa's outdoor areas are equally impressive. Surrounded by lush forets and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Ay provides a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. The well-maintained swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the sun loungers and shaded seating areas offer the ideal spots for sunbathing or enjoying a good book.

I bought this villa with package tour on expedia.Nice location.We really loved it.Private beautiful terrase and pool for this price.Clean and spacious room. Only there isnt breakfast.The personel were mostly nice and helphul.

We recently stayed in Villa Ay Kas The villa was absolutely beautiful and was exactly like it was pictured on the website.there are kitchen and Jacuzzi bathroom It was really clean and catered for everything you could possibly need. The view from the villa was pool and mountain. The Villa staff were extremely helpful,Thank you so much for everyone

The space inside the unit is beautiful. Having your own private pool was very cool and the unit was clean and well kept. The host was nice to deal with but he did want cash for the cleaning fee and room deposit. He gave the room deposit back on checkout with no issue. Now to some of the issues. For 2 days of our stay we had little to no hot water. I wasn't sure if the hot water only works during the day or what but we couldn't use the jetted tub when we wanted due to no hot water. We went in September and the temperature was very hot but the pool was freezing and unswimmable. We stayed 5 nights and did not get any cleaning services and used the same towels. I did not ask for more but I feel like this should be offered in a longer stay. The area around the property needs a lot of work and is quite messy. Overall the stay was fine but I would not stay again .

Вилла расположен на территории горной деревни от города Каш. Это идеальное место,чтобы насладится тишиной,вдали от городской суеты,свежайшим горным воздухом, а также красотой безкрайних гор. Здесь есть все необходимое для тихого и умиротворённого отдыха. является уединённость,так как каждая вилла имеет закрытый бассейн и террасу,что позволяет отдыхать семьё или паре без лишнего беспокойства со стороны других посетителей.При необходимости, а также большой компании,В вилле есть вся необходимая мебель, приборы и принадлежности для комфортного проживания.
