David was the host for my stay this week and was absolutely splendid. Let me know prior to arriving about evening everything i needed to know to check in. Fantastic staff at the SLS and treated me like royalty the entire time. So many local restaurants to choose from and Brickel Mall was across the street. Perfectly located and great experience overall!

David, the property manager was fantastic. He helped coordinate an early check in since I have 2 young children. Room was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and nicely designed. High ceilings, recess lighting. Nice bathroom. Pool area was luxurious with a cool DJ. Would definitely come back

The room was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. Very clear communication and instructions regarding the reservation. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about staying in Brickell. The hotel is in a great location and a lot of food and shopping within walking distance.

It truly felt like a home away from home. A huge shoutout to our host, David, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He helped me surprise my husband for his birthday by decorating the suite with beautiful balloons and arranging a lovely champagne setup—it was such a thoughtful and special touch.
