Excellent stay - Embassy Gardens

I went on a business trip and I was welcome by Becky. She was very helpful if I needed something. The apartment was great and will definitely book at Embassy Gardens again.

Warning! The agent for this unit is a scammer. Unattentive, no morals and the unit is not serviced. The TV and internet WAS NOT working upon check in. When I reported this, the agent ignored my complaint and refused to fix either. After my complaint, the agent refused to communicate any longer or refund my money for 2 days. I had to check out and find another room in the middle of my stay. A huge inconvenience and loss. You have been warned.

1st night given an upgraded room which came along with a broken bed, not internet nor DSTV/Netflix. On the 2nd day = I received a call at 14:00-h, telling me that people were at the door and I had to change rooms now, at that time I was an hour away and going to have a late lunch. Arrived to the apartment around 18:00-h and they helped me move to the room type that I booked (obviously the day early they sold me a room that was not available). 3rd morning at say 01:30-h = electricity off as the pre paid had run out, power back at 08:30-h. Imagine how that night was 😱. The property is good, the management well, you make your own decision.

Check in and check out were easy. The property is beautiful and has 24/7 security at the entrance.Our room was clean and spacious with a great fully stocked kitchen. The city was very accessible using rideshare. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when I return.

The property was clean, the apartment was nice and clean but it took several attempts reaching out to the apartment management about check in time and the toilet kept running for three day and I had to tap on it to make it stop running.

This place sucks, big time. For starters, the free airport pick up is not free as advertised, you have to pay out of pocket and it is very expensive. After 7p there's nobody to help you check-in, you're on your own. I paid for a one bedroom and I got a studio, wifi did not work. tv did not work and when I contacted the staff got no answer for a few hrs or the next day. Make sure you bring your own towels. This place only provides you with a single bath towel for your entire stay. I could not take it, I had to move out a day earlier and did not get a refund. Travelers, be aware.

Horrible stay

The property managers were unprofessional and made the whole stay a nightmare. Upon arrival we were given a lower standard apartment than what was advertised on the booking. They claimed it was a third party apartment and we would be moved to the regular apartment the next day. We over looked that. Then we had no electricity for over one hour and literally had to beg to get it sorted. They didnt provide towels as simple as that can be until 12 the next day. We finally get moved to the apartment that i paid for and the internet didnt work they had not subscribed which took hours to fix. They were rude and communication was almost obselete.
