Remodelado y actualizado con encimeras de granito, gabinetes nuevos, molduras de techo: ¡nuestra unidad es nueva! Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: planifique disfrutar de privacidad directa frente a la playa de arena desde el lanai de esta unidad de Sugar Beach Resort en la esquina de la planta baja. Baño remodelado 2016 - piso de baldosas actualizado.
La playa en frente se extiende por cuatro millas, la mayoría sin edificios. Dé un paseo por la playa por la mañana y luego disfrute de los atardeceres desde su terraza. La unidad está completamente amueblada - cocina totalmente equipada -. La unidad tiene un escondite en la sala de estar con un colchón de aire, ¡muy cómodo! Y una nueva cama de tamaño Cal_King en el dormitorio. La unidad tiene capacidad para 4 personas fácilmente. También tenemos un nuevo w / d - tamaño completo. Sugar Beach tiene un nuevo aspecto: nueva pintura, nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado y nuevas ventanas, y el paisaje es tropical y encantador.
Sugar Beach Resort cuenta con 216 unidades, la mayoría en programas de alquiler. El complejo está ubicado en North Kihei, conveniente para el aeropuerto y Lahaina. This location was absolutely perfect. Ground floor with the ocean literally right outside our sliding doors. The ocean sounds were so peaceful, all night long. Our host answered questions promptly. The condo was clean, bed soft, but comfy. She has everything you'd need. We will 100% stay here again!!!

Great views and amenities and overall a pleasant stay.I substracted 2 stars because upon arrival the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous occupancy. After calling the property manager, she said there was a mixup in the calendar. She sent a cleaner and promised a credit on our total balance. Despite We being exhausted, we decided to leave the property for a few hours while the cleaner took care of apartment and laundry that was left by the previous guests.As said, our stay was great after the first day, but the manager did not live up to her promise of granting a credit to compensate. My attempts for outreach remain ignored.

This is a wonderful property. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We loved that we could walk out the door, cross the lawn and be on the beach. Sugar Beach itself is stunning, with beautiful gentle waves and sand stretching in both directions. Joan, our Host, was wonderful. Her communication, directions, and follow up were excellent. There is a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed and a cafe/bar near the pool. We will stay here again when we return to Maui.

We had fabulous time at the Sugar Beach Resort. Joan made our stay memorable with a well stocked home that has stunning views including beautiful sunset. The beach is super clean and the resort has all the amenities one can wish for. Joan is super responsive and very accommodating of any special requests one may have. Thanks for a memorable stay. We found the perfect place in Maui for our future visits.

Wonderful location for beach walks and sunsets. The initial check-in at the office made me feel like I made a mistake booking there, but the place grew on me. The codes were inconvenient to memorize for the place and pool. The entrance to the room was dark and hard to see. It was mostly clean, but could use some attention. The shower doesn’t have a complete enclosure so water went all over the floor.

10/10 recommendation this place. The beach access right in front is unbeatable. Near the pool, clean, had the comfiest bed, very well stocked kitchen supplies. We stayed 7 nights and already booked another 9 next year. Joan is very responsive and really took care of us!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the waves directly from the lanai. The unit had all the home necessities anyone would need for a week long stay as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella and beach towels for beach time. There are multiple grills right next to the building that were cleaned daily. Several grocery store options close by. We cooked many meals and had no issues locating what we needed.We rented a jeep so that we had our own transportation. We did travel to Wailea and Kaanapali, but really spent most of our time in Kihei and relaxed. We packed way more clothing items than needed as we had never been to the island before. Fortunately the washer and dryer worked great so we could wash and re-wear many of our more casual clothes. The pool onsite is clean and requires a code so that not just anyone walking the beach can come and use it. It was clean and had lots of chairs. Too bad there wasn't an onsite bar/grill at the pool. Although, there is a sandwich shop within walking distance, across from the pool area in the courtyard. The grounds were very lush and groundskeepers were there daily to tend to the landscape. We felt safe and had no issues during our stay. We do plan to come back and would consider the same unit again as the proximity to everything was great! Also, the bed and linens were very comfortable.

The room was perfect, absolute gorgeous view right out the front slider, which opened wide. The condo had everything you could need. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. I highly recommend it and I miss it already. Normally I don’t stay in ground level hotel rooms or condo condos but this one was different. It was just so private and it’s a corner so you can watch what’s going on at the pool which is right next-door. The beach right there is beautiful like I said I miss it already. Book it it’s well well well worth it.

Excellent rental. Location on the island and within the property was perfect. Has all the amenities you need. Great communication with property manager. Will definitely stay here again.

This corner unit condo was fabulous. It was very close to the pool and had the greatest view. I loved that the unit had AC as we are from the Midwest and get hot easily! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the hairdryer in the unit. There were 3 in the drawer. One didn’t turn on, the other smelled like it was going to catch on fire, and the third looked like it was from 1984. All other amenities were great. I appreciated the few k-cups of coffee and we made great use on the washer and dryer. I would stay there again

We stayed 2 nights. Great view, needs paint, shower doesn’t drain properly & the water backs up. Had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable & AC worked great. Mahalo

Perfect Stay at Sugar Beach

One of the best days we’ve had at Sugar Beach. Joan’s unit is perfectly set up! We appreciate the extra mattress in the cupboard for our little kid. And the nice beach chairs, and an umbrella and cooler! Location is perfect right next to the barbeques and we have the most wonderful weather. I love the layout of this unit. I have stayed in a few at Sugar Beach, but the island in the middle of the kitchen was very handy for preparing food/ kids eating “at the bar”. Kitchen was well stocked too! Beds very comfortable- pullout and main king bed. Will book again!

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time in Maui. It’s a well played out ground floor unit with the beach & pool right out the door. Communication was easy and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Beachfront oasis

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

That photo is real!

Looking at the listing photo (looking towards the sliding glass door) now that we have returned home, my wife and I commented that it really IS that beautiful! Though I read the reviews about the location, I had not expected what we rented. Being on the ground floor at the corner of the building, allowed us to just open the doors and walk right out to watch the sunset. There was a grass area for sitting on recliner chairs directly beyond the lanai, and the beach was just beyond. Grills were within 30 feet of the condo. Truly wonderful. Our only regret is that we spent only one night.

Unit 114 has been in the same family since 1977. Unit 114 feels very private with its views of Wailea to West Maui Mountains - but is convenient to the pool and BBQ.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sugar Beach Resort has a great pool area - one of the best in Kihei - the pool is heated and large. Early evenings are wonderful at Sugar Beach Resort -sit in the hottub and look at the beach and ocean - the sunsets are magical.
