The space

'Le colonne Luxury House" is located at:
- 5 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Pantheon and Tiber Island
- 8 minutes' walk from Piazza Navona and Trastevere
- 10 minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Imperial Forums
- 15 minutes' walk from the Colosseum.

The elegant living room has air conditioning/heating and smart tv, with a dining area.

The 3 bedrooms scrupulously and luxuriously refurbished and furnished, are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold function), smart TV with Netflix access, and choice linens.

This luxury vacation rental has 3 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare excellent meals.
A corner is dedicated to the coffee area with Nespresso machine, Aeroccino for making cappuccino and an electric kettle.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use (no extra charge).

Guest access
The apartment is located on the first noble floor of a historic 16th-century building.

The entrance is private and there is no elevator.
Access is via an antique marble staircase of some 20 steps that is fully lit.

Other things to note
This house, thanks to the brand new thermal and sound insulating windows and doors, is immersed in quietness and will give you excellent rest!

The host was welcoming and very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious. It was perfect for us with our 3 teenagers. The home is centrally located to be able to walk to many sites to see in Rome. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Rome and wanting a very comfy place to stay.

The location was wonderful, close to several tourist locations, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated the extra help getting our luggage up the stairs. Communication from the host was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

The apartment was well stocked with everything you could need (could have used a few more coffee pods though). It was clean and inviting, close to many of the key Rome sights. Though we did not have an opportunity to meet Alessandra, she sent someone to meet us and help us check-in. Communication with him could have been better toward the end of our trip when we tried to reach out to him inquiring about transportation to the airport given the general strike, which was taking place. Otherwise, great stay!

The apartment is absolutely stunning! It is well appointed, beautifully designed and decorated,very clean and very quiet. Very comfy Beds. Beautiful and charming property with great and many amenities. Check in and out was quick and easy. We arrived early from our flight, we were able to leave our luggage ahead of check in so we could walk around and site see. Prime location to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and many restaurants.Great host communication. Highly recommend!

Great location. Lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms...2 being ensuite and a separate bathroom for the 3rd. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet at night.A well stocked separate kitchen and utility room with washing liquid and tea towel.Lots of toiletries and a fantastic welcome pack with a bottle of prosecco. Nice café close by to buy croissants, sandwiches etc. A few small restaurants almost next door for food/drinks.It had everything and we would be very happy to return.

This magnificent property is exactly how it is depicted in the photos or even better. It's large, full of charm, luxurious, and has every amenity you could possibly want. The attention to details is beyond words. The house is very quiet even if the location is central and walkable to most sites, great restaurants and shops in the city. Communication with the owner Alessandro was great and he was very responsive and attentive. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing home to all our friends.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The home was very clean and so beautiful as the pictures on the site if not even better. We really appreciated that there is a bathroom for every bedroom, and the beds were super comfortable. They provide so many amenities such as slippers and dental kits. I never find so many amenities in a Vrbo.Definitely is an amazing, conveniently located rental in Rome that I would highly recommend staying at if you’re going with friends or family. Management was great and responded quickly to our requests.

Check in was seamless. Host was kind and gave us a lot of reccomandetions. This wonderful, spotless house is equipped with everything we need along with a welcome basket full of snacks, local treats and a bottle of champagne . Best of all, this apartment is in a great location to see the best of Rome! It is close to the high end shopping street, Via de Corso and there are many restaurants nearby offering excellent traditional Italian food.

Such a beautiful place to stay for a visit to Rome. It was a wonderful quiet oasis to come back to for a break from visiting all the sights in the surrounding areas. Thank you, Alessandro for your straightforward and kind communication; we went to all of your recommended restaurants (and Giolitti’s!) and loved them all. We also very much appreciated your flexibility around check in and check out, and Milad was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Wonderful Stay in Rome!We had an amazing experience at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to many of Rome’s must-see spots. Pantheon is just around the corner, as is Trevi Fountain, and lovely shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Coliseum and Vatican and Roman Forum, etc.The owners were responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some great local recommendations. The apartment is upscale and spacious, with so many amenities like a 5 star hotel, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after long days of sightseeing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for this luxurious house in a great location!

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. Very interesting decor Comfy beds with air conditioning in all bedrooms.The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious with good- sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large, well decorated common area/living room. The apartment is within close walking distance of several major sites. Alessandro was a friendly and very responsive host. He was accommodating with our arrival time, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
