Seacrest se encuentra entre Rosemary Beach con una impresionante arquitectura de las Antillas y la nueva Alys Beach, un tema de estilo Bermudas. Ambos cuentan con algunas tiendas y restaurantes increíbles, cafeterías, vinos y pubs de bourbon y coñac de alta gama.
La piscina Seacrest Beach Lagoon, una piscina multinivel de 13000 pies cuadrados que fluye a través de Seacrest es una maravilla arquitectónica increíble. La piscina acaba de aparecer en Southern Living. Nuestra Pool Deck House es una de las diez únicas casas que se encuentran en esta piscina con su propia puerta privada. The house was steps from the pool. This was handy for our family of 10 because everyone could go back and forth to eat or take a break. The beds were all comfortable and the house had everything we needed, including many beach chairs, umbrellas & toys. We also enjoyed how we could walk 2 blocks to go listen to the live music, shop, or get ice cream each night. We took the handy beach tram that came right by the house and the older kids liked walking to the beach. This area is super nice, clean, felt very safe, and overall was an amazing place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

We have gone down to 30A for many years and this has been one of the best places we have stayed. The home was in a perfect location - close to the beach, pool, and shopping, it was clean, and the host was very responsive. We will be back and would love to stay at this property again,

This property is beautiful and well maintained! The location is perfect…. Literally steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants! The Burkes were great about getting back to us when we had any questions. Great place for a family vacation!

Very nice rental. Close to Rosemary and Aly’s Beach area-extremely walkable! House was clean and as described! Close to beach entrance and right next to pool. I had incidental questions and owner replied immediately! Would rent again:)

Spring Break Perfection

Upon arrival, we had no problems with check-in instructions and the house was very clean and ready for us, which was nice after a long drive in. The community is in a great location where we could easily visit Rosemary and Alys beach by foot or bike with our 3, 4, and 5 year old. The beach was stunning and a short walk or tram ride away. We found the house had everything we needed and the kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped (compared to other rental properties we have stayed at). We had 3 generations staying in the house and the location near the pool was very convenient. Needed to contact the host once during our stay and they were responsive and attentive. Would absolutely recommend!

Vacation with friends at Seacrest

The highlights of this property will give you the best vacation ever! This beautiful home is located just a couple of steps from the sparkling clean, amazing resort style pool. The gorgeous private, sugar white sand beach is directly across the street and the tram service will pick you up and take you right to the entry of the beach access. The home was clean, and well maintained, we loved the large flat screen tv’s and the owner’s suite was very spacious with sitting area and a newly updated owner’s bath, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, large oversized walk in shower with dual overhead and wall rain shower heads. The fully equipped kitchen was also recently updated. At this location you are only minutes away from some of the best dining and shopping establishments in the Rosemary beach location. Really enjoyed and plan to come back again real soon!

Great Location!

We we really loved our stay at this house. Its the perfect location to the pool and the town center. We could easily walk to the beach or catch the trolley. The only complaint we had was that a few of the amenities were broken or not working. The owners were quick to help us solve them but we had to work our schedule around it. Overall not a huge deal but still an inconvenience. We appreciated their quick replies but again we had to help get things moved around and it took up some of our time. We would recommend a stay here and hopefully the owners will look in to making sure everything is updated and working.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time. The location close to the pool is super convenient without being noisy. Getting to the beach is also a breeze. The property is extremely clean and updated.

Beautiful home and community

We had a great time! The house is super cute in a great location right at the large lagoon pool. There is also a large grass lawn for the kids to play football, baseball, etc... We were able to ride bikes to the village for lunch and ice cream and they had music for the kids to dance to in the evening. It was very easy to get a tram to the beach. They are constantly circling the neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was plenty big enough for 2 families. Great family community. The kids were never bored.

What a great house! We have rented a lot of homes along 30A, but this one has the best location! The seacrest Lagoon Pool is amazing and this house connects to the pool. Our kids loved the fact that you could open the back door and the pool was right there. We walked to the beach & the water was crystal clear & the sand was white as can be. We also walked to some great restaurants at Rosemary & Seacrest. House was very clean & well stocked. Beds were comfy too! We'll definitely be back.

Quite an amazing house

WOW, we had the privilege of staying in this house last week. This was by far the cleanest and well kept home that we have stayed in over the last few years along 30a. Location was really cool as it was right on the pool deck and had its own private gate that you could open up and your were right on the pool. We walked everywhere. We were just a block to the beach but we chose to take the beach tram which was fun for the kids. We walked over to Rosemary Beach which was really close and we hit a few of there restaurants which were fabulous. We used the bikes one day and we biked into Seaside and had lunch. That was a awesome ride along 30a as we saw some very cool wildlife and beautiful scenery along the way. I would recommend this house to any families looking to stay along 30a. The Burkes were great to work with and we will definitely rent this house again.

Our Pool Deck House is so convenient and truly offers the best location for family vacations. We are one of only twelve homes that sit right on the pool deck of Seacrest Beach Lagoon pool. Were just one block to the beach, so you do not need to take a tram if you do not want to. Your family will love opening the back french doors and being right on the pool deck. location is simply ideal
