High Pointe Beach Resort es una comunidad privada cerrada, ubicada entre Alys Beach y Rosemary Beach. Experimente las exclusivas tiendas, restaurantes y eventos de Rosemary y Alys Beach, todo a 5 minutos a pie. Este paraíso tropical de 15 acres cuenta con cinco edificios de 4 pisos, dos de los cuales están frente al golfo. This property was perfect for a family. The check-in process was very easy and the Host Beth answered quickly when I asked any questions. The unit was a perfect layout. We had plenty of room to relax. The mattresses in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The view off the balcony was just stunning! The pool is right overlooking the balcony and the kids loved both the beach and the pool! The two beach chairs and umbrella are great that they are included with the condo. We definitely will try to stay here again on our next trip back!!

We loved our stay at High Pointe Resort. Our condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beth is a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely choose this property again and highly recommend it to others. The overall property is well managed and maintained. The grounds and pool are lovely and the location is perfect. Also enjoyed the pickleball courts. 5 stars all around.

Stayed here in November. Host is very gracious and accommodating. Beautiful view of the pool and the gulf. Location could not be better. The area is beautiful and the beach rivals the best beaches in the Caribbean.

We loved the view and the convenience of the beachside restaurant—both were highlights of our stay. The rental itself could really use some updating and a more thorough cleaning. With a few improvements, this spot could be a gem.

Family Friendly Condo and Location

Our family went for spring break and you really can't beat the location of this rental. In the center of everything from beach fun to steps from restaurants, shopping, and live music. The rental was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and comfortably fit our family within the space. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We enjoyed the area and hope to visit 30A again!

Well-stocked condo in amazing location

This a great condo on the high point property. We have never stayed in the back building before but love the views of the gulf and the pool! Will stay again!! Very clean and well furnished!

Great Beach Stay

Beautifully decorated and well equipped unit with great view of the ocean. Owner/host was very responsive to quickly resolve any issues. First time we have stayed at High Point and based on this rental, I would highly recommend.

Great location, resort

We had a great vacation, from the point of booking through checkout. The property manager communicated well and made sure we were set up for a nice stay. The unit was clean and in a perfect location. We'd return here in the future

Perfect Holiday Stay!

The perfect rental for our family of 5! The unit was well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious for the kids, and an unbeatable location. Our family loved the pool, the private beach access and beach chairs, and enjoyed our meals at Crabby Steve’s! Easy walk to Rosemary Beach fo shopping and restaurants! We hope to be back and would 100% recommend!!!

RENTER BEWARE!!!! First off the property is not accurately represented. It's in poor condition:peeling cabinetry, rusty mirrors, stained sinks, dirty linens, shower plumbing was backed up, one sink inoperable, moldy shower curtains, screen doors inoperable. Also, there is NO door between the main shower & bathroom. I have pictures of the condition. Host changed 2 of the 3 shower curtains, one dirty comforter & shower drain. nothing else could be fixed in the timeframe. Host then called me to tell me that he valued 10 star reviews & what could he do? Offered a bottle of wine or a gift basket that his wife makes, I politely declined. He said he would get back to me after talking to the owner but never did. After checkout, we were hit with a charge claiming a "smell" and "damaged linens". This is false-we didn't cook in the unit (have restaurant receipts) & were the ones who reported plumbing & linen issues on day 1. The charge felt retaliatory after declining incentives for a positive review. Notably, the host visited twice during the week and never mentioned an odor. Check in was also poorly handled-no instructions were sent until 10 minutes after arrival and having to call/text Beth to get access. We are a 50 year old professional couple who just slept & showered here. Spent all day at the beach and eating out for meals. We are not a Bach party!! We left the unit in excellent condition as we are homeowners ourselves. Avoid this property & these hosts!!!!

We have been blessed over the years by never having problematic renters such as these. I guess we were due. It is a sad reminder that some people just cannot be pleased. I genuinely tried and had a repair person on call within 30 minutes of their first "complaint". The security deposit did not even come close to covering the large cleaning fee and replacement costs to replace all the linens, towels and bedding upon their check out. I am thankful for our repeat guests and positive reviews.

High Pointe

We had an awesome time in High Pointe! Nothing better than being right on the ocean. Amenities were great and Beth was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Would totally recommend!!

Wonderful place to vacation without ever getting back in your car! Multiple restaurants, bike rentals and shopping all within walking distance. Live music directly across the street. Private, gated community with a dedicated beach access. No multiple rows of chairs!
