It is a newly renovated four-piece apartment, comprising one bedroom, one spacious living-room with dining area, full bathroom, and kitchen with small studio space incorporated. The unit is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. It is part of a small, luxurious and quiet complex of eight apartments in a cozy Andalucian patio. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and wi-fi.

The bedroom has one king-size bed and up to 2 more guests can be accommodated in the comfortable sofa bed in the living room and foldable bed in studio area. The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking and serving utensils. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning of linen and towels can be arranged on demand for longer period stays.
