Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time from the moment we got there through checkout. The home was gorgeous and very spacious. The setup outside was perfect for what our family wanted, everyone had their own little "hangout" spot. The bottom deck with the fire pit was a personal fave for me, as it allowed a spot and not everyone was bothered by the smoke. We are already planning our next trip there

Great place to stay in NB. Incredibly close to the river. Easy access to water and plenty of activities to enjoy. Host was very accommodating. Plenty of parking and contactless check-in was awesome. 10/10 would stay again.

Outdoor furniture wasn't clean and deck railing was a bit unsteady. we had issue with toilet leaking into downstairs bathroom, management team was very responsive and had plumber out within 30 mins to fix issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend at this property! The location was ideal—close to everything and easy to get around. The house was a perfect size for our group, and being right on the river made for beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.A few things to note: the futons weren’t very comfortable and offered little support, and the home could use a bit more detailed cleaning and minor cosmetic updates. The dishwasher was okay, but some dishes needed rewashing. The kayaks were a fun bonus, though they were quite worn and losing buoyancy.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. It’s a lovely spot with a lot of potential

The house was nice, but needs some major updates. Starting with drainage. When showering or using the washer, the water comes into the island sink. The shower by main kitchen drains very slow. The refrigerator in the main kitchen is very old. The coffee pot took a long time to brew. The deck had old nails sticking up. The bed in up secondary room, needs a new one - not comfortable at all. For paying 3,000 for 3 nights, there should not have been these issues.

Beautiful, and clean. Definitely advised to bring your own trash bags if traveling with a large party for extended stay. We didnt get an opportunity to use the kayaks, but all the information was on the fridge.

It’s an older house and you can definitely see that in some areas... particularly the decking but it has lots of room due to additions. Plenty of space for 6 people. The den is an addition and is a little musty but not bad. The kitchen was nice but there is no microwave. There is lots of decks and stairs. It’s by a lake so naturally lots of spiderwebs and bugs but you would expect that. Views are pretty.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s right next to a major highway so expect constant and loud highway noise. There are also tons of party properties nearby so they blast music. But the biggest issue is during the night, I heard claws tapping upstairs probably rats or some other pest. Considering the property instructions talk about “critters” I think they knew they had a pest problem. Lots of spiderwebs and property maintenance issues, the kayaks were dirty and old barely useable. Considering the high fees, it was a terrible experience and put me off VRBO moving forward.

The house is older, but I thought it added character and didn't bother us at all. The game room in the back was a nice surprise and the kids lived it! Would definitely stay here again!

Big slope to river

The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture has some wear which you want to make sure you disclose to property management or you get charged. From the pictures, we didn’t realize there was a steep slope to the river. Not friendly for seniors. And all bathrooms are tub/showers and two are soaker jacuzzi tubs so they were deep. Also, not friendly for seniors. Otherwise, it was a good rental with lots of room for everyone. And we enjoyed the Foosball table in the playroom. Great rental for younger people.

Celibrated our 50th Wedfing Anniversary

We loved your home. Thank you! We had a wonderful time with our children and grand children and great grand children. We did some swimming, kayaking, game playing, grilling and cooking. We used the back deck that overlooks the river for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration where we repeated our vows in front of our gamily.

Perfect for our big families

Such an easy check in process! This property was perfect for our big families to all stay together while having plenty of our own space. We were very nervous for our stay as we are very “picky”individuals but we 10/10 would recommend this property! Incredible views with easy access to swim in the Guadalupe river and big deck to sit near water! We enjoyed every bit of the water activities provided and surrounding! It was very convenient to float the comal river as well. Would definitely book again for our next trip!

Texas Eclipse

We stayed here while in Texas to see the eclipse. Good location with easy access to interstate to travel to San Antonio or Austin. We had a group of 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great view of river too.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard right on the water that has lots of picnic areas. The house is very clean and was a great size for our large group. I love the area- close to lots of things to do. I would definitely stay here again!
