2 cocinas y salas de estar separadas
Estacionamiento fuera de la calle para autos más pequeños, carritos de golf

Primer piso: porche delantero completo, cocina, comedor, sala de estar, dormitorio principal en suite con una cama king size y baño principal y área de armario. 2 habitaciones con cama Queen con área de baño / ducha compartida y lavabos individuales.

Segundo piso: Porche delantero completo, cocina, mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 con 6 taburetes en el mostrador de la cocina. Sala de estar junto a la cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King Size y baño principal grande, área de ducha. Hay una oficina / "sala de ronquidos" con cama doble con acceso al baño principal, amplio porche en el dormitorio principal con asientos empotrados. 2 habitaciones Queen con área de baño / ducha compartida y lavabos individuales.

Desván: Desván grande con barra húmeda y diván / nido con sábanas. Porche con vistas al agua.

Perfect place to stay in Beaufort

The Kite House is a wonderful place to stay when you’re in Beaufort! The house is huge and well-appointed and the location cannot be be beat! Highly recommend!

7 girlfriends and I had a fabulous stay at The Kite House. The room and bathroom count was perfect. The home is well equipped. Don’t miss the sunset view from the top deck!

Wonderful home in a great location.

There is little to say. The home was beautiful, the town was lovely and the beaches were very close. The radio island beach is fantastic for families with small children because the lack of surf compared to the Atlantic Oceanside beaches. We would 100 percent go again. The owners were also super responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Best House Ever

This house is amazing. We rented it for our wedding party for the weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with even better hosts. Bradley and Kristen were extramly helpful and very responsive if we needed anything. Being able to host our friends here was a true treat and can’t wait to come back!

Kite House Beaufort

We had a wonderful stay in Beaufort and the house was everything we could have wished for!! Check in was clear and easy, the space was wonderful and the porches were thoroughly enjoyed! A delightful family gathering.

We arrived from coast to coast for our second summer stay at Kite House. The house works very well for all of us. The two kitchens and living areas along with the number of bedrooms make it ideal for young, old and in between. The AC is terrific, making our August visit very comfortable. Kristen and Bradley are responsive and welcoming. thanks!

Great stay!

We highly recommend this property! We had a family beach week during July 4th.. plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean, and so nicely decorated. We appreciated the available pack-n-play and high chair for the little one. The views of Taylor’s Creek from the 3rd floor & widows walk are beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with Multiple Levels of Outside Decks

Location is great as its in walking distance to town (less than one mile). Four levels of decking which we spent the majority of our time enjoying. House is beautifully decorated. Owners live close by, so they quickly respond to inquiries. Very nice couple! The only thing we were not crazy about was the spiral staircase but that is a preference, and we were aware of this in description. We had an older person with us, and they had issues using the spiral staircase. Just mentioning this if you have older and unhealthy people in your group. There is another staircase on the back outside of house from first level to second level but the only was to get to third level is the spiral staircase. Also, a heads up that you need to bring bath soap, shampoo and conditioner as this is not provided.

Wedding weekend house

Our son was getting married and the family stayed in this house. It worked well for us and the owners allowed us to host a breakfast for our of town guests which was so nice. The location is good and there is a nice view from the top floor.

What a thrill to stay here!

This house is a showstopper! Absolutely beautiful property with more than enough room for a family gathering. The owners have taken great care to ensure a comfortable stay. The home is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your visit: plenty of basic necessities such as towels, sheets, and paper products; plenty of seating inside and outside; smart televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms; and all the household amenities necessary to cook and/or grill. Everything in the house is clean and in working order. It is walking distance to restaurants and other amenities which makes this the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything that Beaufort and the surrounding area has to offer. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful property!!

Great location! Great house, walking distance to Beaufort! Gorgeous views! The host were very friendly and easy to work with! Will definitely stay there again! All bedrooms have TVs. Only negative… 5 of the bedrooms are very small!

Perfect location, clean, roomy, and wonderful hosts.

The hosts are so nice and quick to respond. Very clean. This property is very walkable to the picturesque downtown and dock area. The home is located across the street from the waterfront with partial water views from the spacious decks. Loved the restaurant recommendations left out for guests. The brick oven pizza was perfect. Internet and cable was great (though, one TV didn’t work in the back bedroom by the laundry room). We were all comfortable and enjoyed a big family Christmas holiday together around the tree that was kindly provided. It was nice to have a highchair for the infant with some games to entertain him. Beds come with two pillows per person. When we lost power due to high winds, the hosts came to check in on our family. Duel floor temp control was a plus. Two kitchens was a very convenient feature as well. Lots of parking for approx 8-9 cars. The youngest were in the loft. my siblings and spouses on the second floor, and grandparents and aunt and uncle stayed on the ground floor. Some of the older family members said it was a little loud at times with the open plan loft, and hearing footsteps overhead (I used earplugs), but that’s all part of the adventure with a large group. It was helpful for the older people have a more quiet place stay on the first floor. It was a little tough for some to use the spiral stairs, but you get used to it. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Our home hosts 14 guests with ease, including ample space to sit back and relax indoors or outdoors! With two small children of our own we know how important it is to feel at home when traveling. Including items that will keep the little ones busy and make your life easier is our goal! Just pack your clothes and come to Beaufort!

With two kitchens and two living rooms this unique layout provides great options for multiple families. A play area loft is perfect for the kids to have their own get away. TVs in almost every room in the house and ample outdoor space I don't think you will find a space where you can't sit back and relax!
