Moderno y amplio apartamento con 2 habitaciones dobles, dos baños completos, y amplio salón-comedor con cocina abierta totalmente equipada. El apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado e insonorizado. El apartamento dispone de AC y calefacción central, lavadora y Wifi gratuito. Las sábanas y toallas están incluidas. La propiedad puede ofrecer cuna y/o trona bajo petición.

Cute loft, Great location

This loft was great for our stay — plenty of room and very convenient to the metro station. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed however, like the broken couch, dryer not working and the shower hardware in the second bathroom is nearly falling off the wall.

Ice apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the metro. Nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings. We had a very nice 8 days in Barcelona and felt this was a great location for us.

Beautiful and well appointed apartment

This apartment was newly renovated and very very nice. I’m a designer and I look for well appointed apartments. They give you a welcome basket which we really appreciated. It contained items to get you started. Coffee, milk, juice, a bottle of wine, chocolate. Easy check in. You text to let them know you’ve arrived and they bring you your keys. We sat at an outdoor restaurant steps away while we waited maybe 10 minutes.my only thing was the location. We weren’t in the hub of activity and needed to take a cab which was fine.but coming home to her each night was dreamy.

Nice Apartment

This is a nice apartment. It has a lot of eye appeal and is very well done on the inside. It is a close walk to Park Ciutedella and when the Metro stop opens again it will be in a great location to the Metro. There was a washer/dryer combo but the dryer function did not work. Also there is Air Conditioning but we could not set it below 22 C and it got very warm in the bedrooms at night. We were also charged an extra 30 fee because we arrived at the apartment just before 9 since our flight was late arriving to Barcelona. Overall a nice place.

Very Nice with Some Minor Glitches

The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location, literally a half block from the Metro. Visiting the various sights was very quick. La Sgrada Familia was the furthest away and took 20 minutes.3 Metro Stops away from Barcelona Cathedral and the historic district. The other Gaudi gems, Batllo and LaPedrera are 3 stops further on the same L4. Don't miss them.We had two small problems during our stay. Hot water on day 1 was gone, but it was not a problem on day 2. The other issue was WiFi, or more accurately, the lack of it. I reported it on the day of our arrival. Restarted it as requested with resolution, and they indicated that someone would be out to correct it. That was an unmet commitment. They indicated that it may have been due to the grid outage that impacted 5 countries in Europe, but that was a full 6 days prior to our arrival. For foreigners visiting Spain WiFi is a critical need.
