Esta casa grande tiene 3 dormitorios independientes: dos dormitorios occidentales y un tatami japonés. Cada uno de ellos tiene un baño y una ducha adjuntos, lo que es muy raro encontrar en Kioto en una ubicación tan estupenda. Puede alojar hasta 10 personas.
Cada habitación occidental tiene una cama doble (140X200cm) y una cama semi-doble (120X200cm). La sala de tatami puede configurar dos juegos de futones japoneses. Se adjunta a un jardín japonés privado. Nuestros huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un té y tener una hermosa vista del jardín justo en nuestra casa.

Location was amazing! Accommodations were perfect for our two adult couples and 1 year old. The garden and inner woodwork was beautiful and so tranquil! Host went out of their way to answer questions and ensured we had a crib and high chair for the baby. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The residence was clean and in a great location. So much to see do and eat in this area. The floor plan worked well for four adults and one infant.

This beautiful house is in the Gion district near Kiyomizu temple. It had everything our family of 5 wanted in Kyoto. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped so we could eat half our meals at home. The laundry is slow but handy. A mouse got into the ceiling and the host set out traps immediately when we reported it. There is a bus stop about 100 feet form the house, but the nearest rail access is a bit of a walk.

This location is amazing! One street away is the road up to temples and shrines, lined with shops, food stands and restaurants. It's a charming neighborhood, mostly carless, but steps from a main road with a 24 hour supermarket. The inside is very comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, each with it's own shower and toilet. The kitchen has a table big enough to accomodate a group for breakfast or dinner. The kitchen is very well-equipped.

Location was amazing right in the historic district. Accommodations were large and comfortable for a family of 4. AC units worked great in the summer heat. The home also had a washer and dryer that was very convenient for our week long stay. House is in a very quiet street and only 50 yard from the Main Street where you can grab a bus or taxi. Overall very satisfied and would stay here again.

Excellent Location

The property fit all of our needs, we had a group of seven people traveling across the country, and this met all of our needs. The water pressure was incredible, the staff were very responsive and replied to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and you are literally a block away from a beautiful shrine. So much to explore here, can’t wait to come back, hopefully in a year or so.

Fabulous location and extremely responsive host!

The property is as advertised - steps from restaurants, shops, bus line, and historical landmarks. 6 of us stayed here and had plenty of room. Would love to stay here again if we are ever able to return!

Great location!

We stayed for a few nights with another family, 9 of us total. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. House is stocked with tea and coffee. Is walking distance to shops and restaurants and it was easy to hail a cab when needed!

The house was a traditional japanese house, plenty of space for 5 people like us. The location was perfect, walking distance from the best places and the bus stop right outside the street was useful!

Well kept but minimal kitchen items to allow eating for a group over 4 people (possibly some items were not replaced when previous renters broke them?). Excellent location, very nicely maintained and really good air con etc... be aware that this is mainly a foot traffic area and would recommend following the owners pre-check in WIFI was good, and it's so close to a family mart a grocery store and major temple attractions

God’s Willing, we will come back and stay here again

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the 3 bathrooms worked well for our group. There was a good grocery store just one block away, so that was very convenient. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. We had excellent day trips to all the local sites and particularly enjoyed the downtown food markets.

Nice location near historical areas

We really appreciated the blackout blinds and multiple private bathrooms for each bedroom. It is about a 20 minute walk to the subway. That worked fine for our group, but I wouldn't recommend for older travelers or young kids if you want to use the subway a lot. Taxis are plentiful but difficult to order for more than 4 without a high cost

Great house in a great location

The house was beautifully maintained and everything the site listed. Bliss was very responsive to our questions and very helpful in our situation. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Although it was very roomy for 3 people, I think it would be very tight for 10 people to stay there.
