Lemmon Blossom House

Casa recién remodelada a poca distancia de Rose Parade, Old Town (Downtown) Pasadena, Rose Bowl, Norton Simon, estación de metro Gold Line (a poca distancia). Cerca del centro de convenciones, Caltech, PCC, Parsons. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la excelente ubicación y muy cerca de todo lo que Pasadena tiene para ofrecer. Podemos acomodar a 6 personas. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias y grupos, y viene con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. La entrada privada puede acomodar 2 vehículos.

Perfect Location in Pasadena

We really enjoyed Yelena's house in Pasadena. It's a great location near Old Town on a quiet street. The place was clean, perfect for our family, and we hope to stay there again soon.

Lemon Blossom home is wonderful!

This is the second visit for my family of 4. We had a wonderful experience- Yelenka is a thoughtful host. Location is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Lemmon Blossom House = Excellent!

We stayed at the property to attend a football game at the Rose Bowl. While the house is not large and does not have a garage or much outdoor space, we greatly enjoyed our stay. Great llocation, easy walking distance to a wonderful supermarket, very close to downtown Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. Owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

Family visit

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious, with beautiful landscaping. All the appliances worked well (the shower is amazing!). Very short walk to a grocery/shopping plaza. Great location. Yelena always responds promptly.

Delightful Host and Great Property close to Old Town Pasadena

Super clean, comfy beds, 3 complete bedrooms. Great location for our Rose Bowl Activities. We used a car but also walked to Old Town Pasadena, and Grocery. We loved the Privacy. Driveway opened with a remote control gate, felt safe and secure. Host had everything we needed. Next time in area, we will be back. 5 Stars!!!

Another Lovely Stay!

This was my second time booking Lemmon Blossom House, and our stay was perfect once again! Yelena is a wonderful host, and it was so nice to see her again at check-in. We had a group of 5 this time around and stayed for 4 nights. We all really love Yelena's property. The house is so cute and cozy and has everything you could need including a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, excellent showers, and an outdoor screened gazeebo with comfortable seating to enjoy the outdoors. The gated property is wonderfully secure, and the neighborhood is so close to eveything, including the Rose Bowl where we attended our annual music festival. Thank you again, Yelena, for yet another exceptional stay!

Lovely Stay at Lemmon Blossom House

My group of 4 recently stayed at the Lemmon Blossom house for 3 nights. From the the time I booked online, to the moment we left the property, Yelena was gracious host. Meeting with Yelena at check-in was wonderful, as she was there to explain expections and answer any questions we might have in regard to her property. And what a charming place! The entire home was spic and span, the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the place was just cozy and perfect for our stay. I especially appreciated the gated (automatic) driveway - we felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood as well as inside the house. Being so close to the venue for our music festival made for a stress-free and comfortable stay. Thank you again, Yelena, for a lovely Vrbo experience!

Last minute save

We booked initially in Pasadena from ABB for a week starting 12/27. On 12/26, less than 24 hours before check in, our host cancelled saying there was a water leak. The same property was then reposted for twice the money. ABB was essentially no help. We found this house being available on 12/30.Though the price was significantly higher than what we were initially paying, it was a save for my family. The house itself is clean and comfortable.

Lovely house in convenient Pasadena location

This is a lovely place to stay in Pasadena. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, beautiful landscaping in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to many Pasadena venues.

Great Spot in Pasadena!

Visiting the Pasadena area for a family wedding and it was a great experience. Private driveway for your vehicle with a secured gate to protect everything. The shaded tent area was a great spot for us to talk and chill at. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the west coast.

Perfect house and location

We came to take the bar exam and needed to bring our kids with us since we were staying 5 days. The house is fully updated with high tech appliances. It was very clean and had plenty of linens and towels. It has a private drive way with a gazebo and a lemon tree and a mandarin tree, which was great for the kids. My only critique would be to add kids’ items, like a pack and play and a high chair. But for people traveling without young children that would be a non-issue. Very glad we chose this location and the property owner Yelena is very nice and accommodating. Great stay! Gloria and family

Great Place in Pasadena

Yelena was a wonderful host and the communication was excellent. The property was updated, very clean, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and the outdoor seating area was a bonus for early morning coffee!! Walkable to Old Town. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you again Yelena!

Perfect vacation rental

We had a wonderful experience with Yelena. The house was easy to access from the freeway and had private, gated parking. It was clean and had all the amenities. We would stay there again for sure!

What a home away from home!

I'd say, overall, this was such a great experience...we came in during a sweet-spot with cool California weather. I'll have notes on our observations and what could be improved: Finding the place: Having clear numbering on the gate would work wonders for those checking in after hours. I will say that Yelena was very courteous and she went over everything in the house, despite us being able to figure it all out eventually. Bed 1 - Edges of the bed are solid wood - watch out for your shins! Bed 2 and Bed 3 - airflow for central A/C is not good, so the rooms were much warmer. We had to turn the AC down a few degrees cooler than usual to compensate. The fan was not working in the bedroom that had a ceiling fan. Pillows were a bit too tall and it was difficult to get some sleep. The beds were a satisfactory firmness level. Bath 1 - toilet flush handle knocks the glass sink; the all-around shower curtain is difficult to keep closed. If not careful, you may end up wetting the entire floor. Bath 2 - Could use a window similar to Bath 1. Seating inside would have been better...cushions always slide out and not enough room for all of us to sit four people. A sectional would have been perfect. Seating outside was adequate, but there should be upholstery that doesn't hold dust. Additionally, the table in the corner should be disassembled. If the area was a little bit larger with a fan, it would have been perfect. Washer/Dryer were CLUTCH; we didn't have to pack any dirty laundry coming home. This is truly splitting hairs, but I wanted to give Yelena an honest review, so that she may prioritize any adjustments/improvements to an already outstanding property! Thank you so much for having us! Your place will be at the top of our list the next time we visit!

Great stay in central Pasadena location

We rented the home for our mom's who were coming into town while our house was being renovated. They loved staying here and were so comfortable. They said every morning how comfortable the beds were and they enjoyed sitting outside in the sitting area. The house is in a great walking location and the neighborhood is cute, quiet & safe. I highly recommend this property.

Cozy Spot in a perfect location

Our group of four used the Lemon Blossom House as our home base for a music festival at the Rose Bowl. Great location to walk to the bowl and old town. The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms too. Nicely remodeled.

Worst vacation ever

Secured Front Yard

Transitional neighborhood close to grocery stores and within walking distance of the Norton Simon Museum, Rose Bowl Stadium, and Old Town Pasadena. Close to Gamble House. A multitude of fragrant rose bushes and fruit trees (tangerine, lemon, and loquat) make the small front yard inviting. Electric gated parking for two cars parked back-to-back keeps you from getting a street parking ticket between 2 and 6 a.m. Yelena is an accommodating host who keeps the house and yard very clean and tidy (no shoes in the house). The only negative is the sitting comfort of the living room sofa. The back cushions bend ones head and lower back into an unnatural and uncomfortable seated position.
