Upstairs is the third bedroom which has it's own attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. For added convenience, there’s central HVAC, an in-unit washer and dryer (with supplies provided) and two dedicated parking spots included. There is also usually plenty of parking on the street out front. This Historic Victorian style property is a triplex which features three attached units that feel like townhomes in the heart of Garfield Heights landmark district. The classic Pasadena neighborhood surrounding the property is beautiful with spacious sidewalks, tree lined streets and many historic architectural properties nearby. It's a great neighborhood for a peaceful morning stroll. It's also super close to many local attractions, including a short walk to La Pintoresca Park & Pasadena Library (great for kids), and is just an 8-minute drive to the endless romantic boutiques, shops, dining and nightlife in nearby Old Town Pasadena! It's also a 7-minute drive to the iconic Pasadena Rose Bowl. This is a lovely space for anyone looking for a short getaway or more long term visit to the heart of Pasadena.

This was an amazing stay! Home was beautiful and cozy. All bedrooms real comfortable and super tidy. Host was incredible and super friendly. The neighborhood is quiet but centric too. Such a great time, definitely booking again when I’m back in the city!

Location was great, parking was easy, the townhouse was very clean and comfortable and spacious. The only downside was a wailing child first thing in the morning on the other side of the wall in the downstairs back bedroom, which woke up the person in the room but you couldn't hear it anywhere else.

The house was great, I loved that the family room was connected to the kitchen so we were all together. The house was quiet and we really loved the neighborhood. It was easy to get around and close to everything we needed. We pretty much cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen worked out just fine. I loved that there was an extra cabinet as I was able to put in the things I brought and they were out of the way. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Terrific 2-story townhome in northwest Pasadena. The home was remodeled at some time; the original in front, with the back divided into two townhomes. Ours was immaculate. Secure off-street parking is provided in the back, and there are a couple of outdoor relaxation areas. Besides the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is a very large open room upstairs for kitchen, dining, and family room. Master suite is upstairs; 2 bedrooms and second bath downstairs, along with a comfortable living room. Appliances are modern: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas-powered stove/oven, and large capacity washer and dryer. There are children on the property, which you may hear faintly when they're playing. Townhome has A/C and heat, and is well-insulated from noise. Maybe a 10-minute drive to downtown Pasadena.All in all, it was great. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We chose this property based on its location and willingness to accept a dog. We were very happy with the property, with one in our group stating it was the best rental he has ever stayed in. We are in early discussions about a larger family gathering and would definitely stay here again.

Family Stay
For the most part we had lots of family business to attend to, so it wasn't a pleasure trip. However, we did get out to a couple of good restaurants, and I did take a long walk. The neighborhood is upscale and interesting. A highlight was walking to the Norton Simon Museum, only a half mile away. If was Free Friday (first Fri of every month) and I saw some world class art unexpectedly.

We are a local family (myself, my husband and our two young boys) that specialize in the real estate industry and we have other short term vacation rentals in Southern CA. We love creating beautiful spaces for people to enjoy and we specifically bought this property so we could live in the front unit and rent out the back two townhouses as short term rentals. We had so much fun setting them up and are excited to share them with our guests.

This property is located in Garfield Heights which is a beautiful area of Central Pasadena known for homes with older historic architecture. This location is great in that it feels very much like a family neighborhood with sidewalks and tree lined streets (perfect for going on a sunshine stroll) but is also super close to the world famous shopping and dining in nearby Old town Pasadena. (about a 7 minute drive) This location is also a few blocks away from the Pasadena Public Library and a wonderful park (Pintoresca Park) that features a splash pad in the summer.

SETUP OF PROPERTY: The property is a large 5,780 sq ft Victorian triplex that consists of 3 attached units with separate entrances (it feels very much like 3 private townhouses) Our personal unit is accessed in the front and the 2 townhouses that we offer as short term rentals are accessed from the back at the end of the long driveway. The driveway and backyard area are community space for all units and you will have your own dedicated parking space. There is an outdoor table with chairs that you are welcome to use that serves as community space as well. Our unit's front yard is separately fenced off and not available to guests but everything else is community space.
