A modern, quiet apartment for up to 4 guests in the heart of the Eixample, just 400 m from Passeig de Gràcia, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a residential building with an elevator. It is bright, tastefully decorated with quality details and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay in Barcelona, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV.

It has a double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a living room with a cozy sofa bed where you can relax, watch TV or listen to music, and a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, making it ideal for couples and families. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

We provide fresh sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. Cleaning and a change of bed linen are included weekly, or more often depending on the length of the stay. We can also arrange airport transfers to and from the apartment, by trusted local taxi or private chauffeur.

The apartment is in one of the city’s most dynamic areas: the newly renovated Avinguda Diagonal, with restaurants and fashion shops, is a 5-minute walk away; Rambla de Catalunya, perfect for a leisurely stroll, is 300 m away; and Passeig de Gràcia, the city’s main avenue, is home to La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and high-end designer brands.

Nearby is the Gràcia neighbourhood, with its narrow streets, tapas bars, independent designers and picturesque squares. Every August it hosts the Gràcia Festival, five days in which neighbours compete to decorate their streets, with drinks stalls and live music in the evenings.

Nearest metro: Diagonal (L3, L5) and Provença (Catalan Government Railways).

A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

This accommodation is located in a residential building and is suitable for families or groups of adults aged 30 or over.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following the apartment inspection.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, make-up, shoe soles, tinted) or damaged bed linen or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the apartment, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; additional hour of extraordinary cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb`s AirCover.

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and over) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This is charged directly to the person checking in and is never deducted from the deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors` rest from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Very important: only the guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays by anyone else are a very serious breach and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors require prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 PM.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
