We had a fairly good stay and liked our room. The only issue we had was at check in. Someone forgot to leave a parking pass in our room. The person we text from Southern was not very nice about it. This is after we drove 10 hours an d it was late when we arrived. After several back and forth text they said we needed to go back downstairs and leave a note on our dash. Eventually, the next day someone brought a parking pass to our room. Other than the condo only having one working elevator for the whole building we enjoyed our stay.

Condo is very clean but it’s dated. It could definitely use some updating. It could be that we booked it late but it was pricey when compared to nicer more updated rentals. It’s away from the action so if you’re looking for quite the his fits. Easy check in check out process and owners provided numbers to to reach them if needed.

I was informed 4 days prior to arrival that there would be one working elevator for 11 floors. The mgt company stated that they had not been notified earlier than when I was noticed but it was an ongoing project. There were loud noises from the unit directly above me. The noises could have been construction but this was not mentioned prior to my arrival. I notified the mgt company and the response was that they didn’t manage that unit. Check out is at 9:00 am. So if you want to have a lively last night at the beach, this is not the place. The unit was as stated, but the master bath is very close quarters. The mgt company was timely but my issues were not resolved.

First night had to wait for ac man to check system. Second day our lock would not lock had to wait again. Then had to pay 20.00 for chairs and umbrellas for two hours bc it was so late getting to beach. Only had one dish towel for the week. And could not find pot holders.

Great place!

This was a last minute trip for us so I was a little afraid of what I would get—I ended up getting a great place!! Perfect for a couples get away. Beautiful view, clean, comfortable.

Great oceanfront condo

Very nice accommodations. My sister and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation in Perdido Key. Beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We hope to return next year to the same place.

Perfect Location

If you love to vacay on the beach, this condo is perfect. It's right on the beach! Loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on this balcony! It was clean, the front desk clerk and members were so friendly and kind. Will definitely stay again.

Lifelong Friend's Vacation

The condo was just as the picture showed. Very clean and comfortable. The front lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming and we felt like we were at home.

Beautiful condo, with a beautiful ocean view. Woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves. even got to see dolphins swimming from the balcony. It was perfect and relaxing, couldn't ask for anything more.

Clean, safe, fast elevators, convenient to shopping

The keyless entry at our unit was fantastic! The dishwasher was subpar and malfunctioning at best but it don't ruin anything on my vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for my young children. The view from our 6th floor condo was amazing!

Perfect place for small family

Perfect size and price for my husband, toddler, and myself. We brought our sons bed with us, however the bed was big enough for the 3 of us. All essentials in the kitchen were included. It was nice having a heated pool being the outside pool was too cold for our little one. Condo is in a great central location between orange beach and Pensacola.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Perdido Sun. It was right on the beach with beautiful views. It was well maintained and any questions I had were promptly answered by the management company. We found several nice restaurants locally and felt it was a family friendly town and always felt safe. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working the last few days we were there but I understand these things happen. We hope to return soon!
