Awesome Lakefront 1 Bedroom, Sleeps Four

You will love this awesome one bedroom, one bath Lakeside condo that comfortably sleeps four. The unit includes a Murphy bed and sofa sleeper. Brand new electric fireplace with heater. Spotless newer flooring, paint, window coverings, TV's, furniture, and accessories.
Separate one bedroom with King bed and its own TV. The main room and the bedroom both have brand new TV's.
Unit includes all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen and a Washer-Dryer. Kitchen has all of the dishes and cooking utensils you may need. Take in the breathtaking views sitting on your lanai.
Right outside the unit is a large grassy area for play, numerous lounge chairs, picnic tables, a floating dock, a bulk head, and several buoys for your boat or water toys. BBQ stations are handy throughout the property for your grilling use.
Walk 5 minutes to downtown to explore the Lake Chelan shops, restaurants, movie theater, and wineries. For the kids, (and adults!) SlideWaters Water Park is 5 minutes away with its brand new World class surfing!!
Walk to miniature golf, bowling, track car racing, basketball hoops, and skate park.
For the adults, the Chelan area has 48 amazing wineries! There are UNLIMITED activities for adults and the kids. Snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing, fishing, boating, tubing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, canoeing, bicycling, and so much more! Enjoy the one of the largest hot tubs in town, next to a super fun water slide and pool with adjoining snack bar. The snack bar is open daily throughout the summer. Adjacent to the pool area is a huge second deck for sunbathing and relaxing.
Truly, you will find something fun to do for the entire family!!

Lovely condo with beautiful lake/river view

This was a lovely condo with sweeping lake/river views. It was very bright, neat, and clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The chilled wine glasses were a bonus and we used them everyday to keep our beverages nice and chilled. The location of this suite is perfect as it is right on the lake and a two minute walk to town where you will find an abundance of good restaurants and shops. Loved our vacation here and would definitely stay here again!

Good times...

Location is great, close to town and walking distance. Pool on site with slide for kids, on the lake for adults and ice cold morning swims. The above ground parking has a steep entrance, but below ground is there with a 7'4" clearance for the bigger rigs. The negatives, none of which are the room itself...hot tub turned in to a kiddie pool and unsupervised, bar/cabana is open only Saturday/Sunday from noon-6pm, left the rigs sunroof ajar overnight and had a gnat infestation the next morning. All-in-all, we had a good time.

Spotless, Cozy and Great Location

Had a wonderful stay in this centrally located cute, cozy and extra clean & spotless condo. Unit is on the 2nd floor facing the water and Campbell's Resort and the bridge. Both the main bedroom mattress and murphy bed were very comfortable. We loved how central the location was to walk downtown and explore the town. The hosts, Ellie and Dennis were super responsive and lovely to correspond with. We loved having the extra refrigerator on the deck as it came in handy for overflow items. The vantage point from the deck was wonderful to watch all the activity on the water and other family members who were sitting below in the grass area. Looking forward to renting this unit again!! Just the BEST! :-)

Close to Town and Great for Families

We had a great time staying 3 nights at the property. Check-in was straight forward and instructions were clear. The room was very clean and the view of the lake was fantastic. We had chosen to spend Labor Day weekend in Chelan to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted to find a nice local bottle of wine and card from the owners (Dennis & Ellie)! Our boys (2 & 6) loved the pool and the proximity to the downtown park. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it for small families or couples.

Just what we needed and more!

From the second we requested to book this property, we were treated with exceptional service. The owners even sent a personal text welcoming us and letting us know how to contact them directly when we were en route for our vacation, offering dinner and entertainment suggestions too. We arrived to a sweet card and bottle of wine for our anniversary which was much needed after 6 hours in the car with kids. The unit is a great size and everyone had their own place to sleep with the Murphy bed and fold out couch plus master room. The balcony was magical and where I began and ended each day. The property itself was incredible! We had wanted originally to stay at Campbell’s and were so glad we didn’t! Everyone was welcoming and so friendly. The security on staff was beyond helpful offering to blow up pool floaties or grab towels. There are so many annual travelers that has it create such a friendly atmosphere. We can not wait to go back!

Great location

Great location; walking distance to town, walking trail, boat rental, can jump into lake from the docks. We had a great stay overall. Pool and hot tub were too crowded to enjoy very much but that is to be expected in a condo development.

Excellent location

Great location for a family. Easy walking to town. Perfect swim spot. The pool was a bit crowded so we stuck to the lake which was also great. Kitchen was well stocked.

Fantastic Condo

This condo has everything you need for a fun stay at Lake Chelan. My family has a reunion at Chelan every year the weekend after Labor Day. This year my boyfriend and I decided to come over a few days early to enjoy the lake and the town and have some quiet time before the reunion. This condo was perfect for the two of us. It has all of the amenities we needed, and then some. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The view from the unit is gorgeous and there is a nice big deck. The owner is very responsive and super easy to work with. I can't recommend this unit highly enough!!!!!

Very nice property - excellent location

We love staying at the Grand View!

Very clean, nice view of the water and Campbells. Well equipt with all the things that we needed. Perfect location for walking to eat meals out. Great communication from owners when I had questions. We loved it.

The perfect place!

You couldn’t ask for a better spot in Chelan! This condo sits right above the lake and gives you hours of beautiful views and accessible recreation opportunities. The home itself is comfortable, spotless and well-stocked with everything you will need to grill or cook a meal. The pool area is fantastic and includes a slide to keep kids happy for hours. Dennis and Ellen were so easy to work with and they gave us lots of recommendations for the area, in particular some new wineries that have opened up since last we were there. If you enjoy wine Karma is a great place for champagne and Soren Song has a beautiful outdoor area with a stunning view. I wouldn’t look any further for a great rental in Chelan This is the perfect place.

Amazing Hospitality

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo at the Grand View in Lake Chelan, Washington. My experience was the best. From the time we arrived the unit was immaculate, up to date with the furnishings, it had everything we needed and more. Since we forgot to bring games it was so nice to find several in the closet. Having my morning coffee out on the lanai and looking at the lake and view was phenomenal! The owners were fabulous to work with, I can't wait until our next visit. Aloha, Deb C Hawaii

So plain & poorly stocked that it was not pleasant. Woke up to make coffee, to find it wouldn't work- front desk indicated it was already reported by previous guests. No small bowls. No outdoor, lake or beach provisions at all. Wash machine broken. Owners responded immediately by sending their housekeeping team-unfortunately wo our consent or knowledge-they came in while we were naked getting out of the shower n dressing...more than just awkward and not what anyone would want at a rental. They deducted damage deposit for the 2 extra sheets we used on the lounge chairs since we had no towels , additional for a bowel they say was in the microwave which we never saw , and for the 8lb Papillion dog which hung out w me for a couple hours while friends boated (no shedding/no barking/no destruction or damage). The other units were lovely at Grand View. Hope this helps in your choices!

Beautiful-great property with gorgeous views.

I love the GrandView. The pool, hot tub and lake are perfect. We spend the entire day swimming and relaxing. The views are amazing.

Wonderful family friendly location

This condo was perfect space for our family of 4! All beds were super comfortable but the added bonus was the pull out couch arms helped keep our smaller children from falling out of the bed at night:). Very clean, well stocked, beautiful view of the lake. 5 min walk to downtown, grassy areas for kids to play and to BBQ. Wish we would have brought along some family board games or cards for the evenings on the patio.

It has become our favorite vacation spot, and we loved Chelan so much that we decided to live here full time! We would love the opportunity to have you enjoy the condo property as well! Welcome!

Being right on the lake! Unit has all of the conveniences of home. Activities galore for both kids and adults! Very family oriented. A 5 minute walk to town. Relaxation at its finest!
