Wonderful Stay

The condo was very nice. It had everything we needed and then some. The communication was excellent. My questions were always answered right away. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Fantastic Father’s Day Weekend

Had a great time here and hope to come back again! The pool was great for the kids and the food at the pool bar was on point. Not a big condo by any means but the point is to be outside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing thanksgiving family getaway

The view from our windows was gorgeous. The unit was clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed to cook. We played board games and walked around town. Perfect road trip for our family during this pandemic year

Great location and nice condo but fees too high

Condo is well located on larger property with a great view of and access to the lake. Easy pedestrian access to DT Chelan and walking paths. Layout, while on the smaller side, is very functional and reasonably well appointed. Cost of the property is the only thing that didn't get it 5 stars overall. Base cost is fine. The ever more elaborate and costly fee structures with VRBO and Airbnb have gotten out of hand.

Corona get away

My husband and I brought my son and daughter in law and 6 month old grandson to relax and do something "normal" after months of social distancing. The weather was fabulous. The men golfed Gamble Sands and we rented Kayaks one day. We were disappointed the mini gold wasn't open, as that is one of our go to's while in Chelan, but it was a great few days!

Amazing location

The unit is just as described and pictured. Great location, easy walk to good, drink, shopping and grocery. 3-star for cleanliness, the unit may not have been used for the winter so was in need of a little airing out and lite cleaning. Would definitely rent here again.

Great room, great experience

Very accommodating host. It was perfect for myself, my wife, our 2 kids (9months and 4 years) and my mom and dad. On the first floor next to parking so it was very accessible. Highly recommend!

Our stay.

Check in was easy, and fast. The property appeared old. The outside carpet was old, wet, and dirty. The room was nice and clean, and the full kitchen was nice. The only problem with the room was the ice maker in our room did not work. The view was awesome. The location was awesome, and the lake was beautiful. Would stay again.

Great condo in Chelan

Great two bedroom/two bath condo with one of the best views in Chelan. Communication with the owner was perfect, from booking through check out. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot, great location!

This condo was in the perfect location! 6 adults were able to stay comfortably for the weekend, and it is only a short walk over the bridge to downtown. Plus having an accessible pool and hot tub was an awesome perk! We can't wait to come back!

It’s a beautiful place!!!!

Our second stay here! One of our friends got food poisoning on our way over here and Hollie was so understanding and allowed us to check in early so our friend could go to bed. We had a very relaxing, comfortable time!! Highly recommend!! (Still waiting for the tide to come in. 🤣)

Perfect place to play!

We celebrated our dear friends bachelorette party at this property and it was perfect for the occasion! Plenty of room for seven women to spread out and play for the weekend. The property host Allie was super friendly, helpful and responsive! We would definitely book this property for future celebrating :)

Gorgeous view and location

What a perfect location and view! The owner was a delight to work with and followed up a couple of times to make sure all was in order and to our liking. Very nice balcon,y full kitchen, comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the unit.

Very dirty and worn down condo

I booked this condo and because we paid a premium rate for it, we were expecting a luxurious rental. This was far from that in so many ways. We stayed 4 nights and ran into dirty messes the entire time. Given the rate, it was really inexcusable. And, ultimately, the condition of the unit was more than just an oversight during one cleaning. The condo hasn't been deep cleaned or kept up in some time. Examples of dirt that we found unacceptable: 1. Dirty sheets and duvet covers - sheets had stains and duvets weren't even cleaned and looked like they had blood spots on both beds 2. Found a pizza crust and hair spray cap on the bathroom floor - bathroom hadn't even been swept. Also a piece of broken glass in the corner and old dust around all edges. Hair on the floor in both bathrooms. 3. Broken door to deck; handle broken to get out onto deck. Also big picture in living room had broken glass, bleach spots on shower towels, food on carpet. 4. Dirty dishes. Had to clean pots before using. Found completely used/dirty wine glasses in cabinets. 5. Sink pipes did not drain in bathrooms. Gross dirty water would sit in the sink. 6. Some basics missing in the condo - no broom or dustpan for us to re-clean. No cutting board or measuring cups for cooking. We did contact the owner when we first got in saying the condo was a bit dirty and worn. Clearly we should have been more assertive, since the owner's response initially was helpful but later not so much. We sent pictures to her. When arrived and there were only 3 spoons and 5 forks and they did bring silverware right away. The comments about the condo being dirty were not addressed as we would have hoped. We did not contact the owner the next day about the rest of the issues because we did not want to be disturbed. This place was a splurge for us and we were very disappointed. The owner would not refund any of the money because she said she didn't have time to rectify the situation. For the price we paid, it is very reasonable to expect clean out of the gate, not a big intervention in the middle of our stay and on our time/dollar. The owner would not negotiate some relief at all which was surprising given the condition of the condo. Would not recommend staying here. Positives: 1. Excellent view 2. Good location (loud and party-hard atmosphere though) 3. Dishwasher and laundry soap provided, paper towels, coffee, sugar also there. No shampoo or soap provided but the owner informed us of that

Great location!

Perfect location, great condo, so easy to get in and get out of there. We would definitely go back for a family vacation there! Don't hesitate to stay here if you want to check out Lake Chelan!
