Wrightsville Dunes 2B-G es el clásico condominio de playa que su familia ha estado buscando. Esta acogedora unidad está frente al mar y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. The recent updates to this rental were accurate as described in the listing, and the reason I overlooked some prior negative reviews of this rental in deciding to choose this property. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the rooms were lovely, the views from both the oceanfront balcony and the salt marsh were wonderful. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Nice Condo, Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay, quick access to pool and beach, and nice layout with main bedroom away from other two, nice Flat Screen TV in Family room.

The patio furniture was flimsy so we were not able to enjoy reading on the deck as we normally would. Also when we tried to use two of the electrical outlets in the first guest bedroom sparks flew out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and the view from the balcony was great. However, we have a few complaints. Upon arrival I noticed that the balcony had never been swept of the sand from previous occupants. The bedspreads in the back two bedrooms were stained and the pillowcases had lipstick and blood stains on them. Not a very welcoming sight. It was well furnished and we really enjoyed the pool onsite. The cleanliness factor was a little disturbing.

Condo needs updating

Condo need some updating. Decor was outdated but I booked for the fabulous location. Beautiful views in and front and back of the condo. Both bathrooms are terribly old with mold issues in the tubs. Tub faucet fixture was broken but still able to use the shower. Master bedroom mattress is so old that they purchased a pillow top to try to help with correct the super soft mattress due to old springs. Pillow top barely fit the bed!

Loved the location, but condo needs updates. Air vents are rusty, carpets stained and dirty. Almost all the faucets leak and needs repair.

Incredible View

The property was perfect for a weekend beach getaway. The unit was spacious and the beach access was great! Watching the sunrise on the balcony with my family was magical. My family had a great stay.

Great location!

We frequent Wrightsville Beach but this was our first stay at Wrightsville Dunes. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was that unit next door was under renovation but I assume it will be done soon.

Our only real complaint was that the carpeting in the unit was very worn and dirty looking, it definitely would have benefited from a steam clean before our arrival. Also, the furniture in the main living area was damaged or broken and could use a refresh of the dining table and chairs as well as the sofas.

First Family Outing with New Baby

Lack of followup (never returned messages left) lack of supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we discovered that we only had a tiny bit of toliet paper on a roll. There wasn't any extra toliet paper. I called the number listed and asked for some. I NEVER got any toliet paper and I NEVER got a call and we were there for 4 nights and 5 days. Also, we had no paper towel, no dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher liquid and the one bar of soap in the master bath was in tiny pieces. When we got home we called and were told that none of these items were supplied. We were not informed of this and if they REQUIRE that we wash all dishes before we leave we wil REQUIRE that it be supplied. We had stayed in with Wrightsville Dunes before and all of these items have been supplied.

It had everything we needed including a clean and shaded balcony view of the beach. It was nicely decorated and commodious for mature kids, such as mine, who are older teens, but I might worry about breakables if a family with young children stayed there.

Three day vacation during Irma

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and had a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and sound. Sound view was a front porch feature that made it more than ordinary. We were there during Irma, but managed to make the best of the weather. However, two things need noting:1) the hot water strongly smelled like rotten eggs prohibiting use of showers or kitchen hot water until it was "flushed" out by mid second day, and 2) the rigid 4:00pm check-in time and early 10:00am check-out time reduced our potential use of the beach since you can't park at the complex before or after. We had to find pay parking along the street on a busy Saturday. So most of our first and last day there were waiting to get in and rushing to get out which really cuts into a 3 day get away. The unit was very nice though. The owners thought of everything you could need.
