Beautiful 2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio con techos abovedados y grandes ventanales con vistas a la piscina y el canal. Plan de piso abierto para sala de estar, comedor y cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada, los asientos de la mesa de comedor 4 y la sala de estar con capacidad para 6. Las dos habitaciones tienen una cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de baño y el segundo cuarto de baño está en el pasillo justo al lado de la habitación de invitados. Ropa de cama y toallas. Una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia, así como el cable y wifi. La unidad da a la piscina y el jacuzzi. También hay una gran terraza junto a la piscina y parrillas están disponibles cerca de la pasarela que pasa por detrás de las unidades y al lado del canal. Esta unidad cuenta con una plaza de aparcamiento reservada cubierta y su propia hoja de barco. Schlitterbahn es justo en la calle, a un paseo de distancia, y la playa está a menos de 5 minutos en coche.

Great place to stay

The unit itself was great. The only downfall the weather was cool so we tried to enjoy the hot tub but the first day it was not working and the second day they decided to clean both the pool in the middle of the day so they made everyone get out of both for than an hour.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry the weather was too cool for you during your stay. We would love to control the weather but unfortunately we can not. The pool and hot tub is cleaned during the week since the weekend is the busiest time and they try to inconvenience the least amount of people as possible but unfortunately it did effect your Sunday - Tuesday reservation. I apologize for that inconvenience. I do hope the condo was to your liking and had everything you needed. We would love to have you stay here again.

Clean and comfortable except that both bathrooms were lousy.

Nice living room furniture and dining table. New and clean. Clean carpeting in living room. Bathrooms shabby with VERY dark shower stalls!

Disappointed

Property is in poor condition. Very dated, frayed carpet, cracked/inoperative wall plates, lamps not plugged in, window blinds on last legs, lights don't work, etc. In particular kitchen light doesn't work - which we quickly learned is why there is a standing lamp in the kitchen. Upon arrival, coffee pot had not been cleaned or emptied, and dryer had not been emptied. Would not stay here again and would not recommend either.

It was nice and all but not as advertised

It is advertised to be a walk from the beach, it was not!! You had to drive to everywhere, cept the pool! Beds were nice but not for people with bad backs! Overall a great stay! Also everyone has there own spot in the parking garage, we did not they had a car that was capped with a cover on it in our assigned parking was told sorry park in the guest spot while it was pouring rain we had to unload our ride and go up the stairs to unpack. Little pricy for it not to be close to anything

Paradise!!!

I planned a last minute getaway with my family and this condo was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. Necessities for me are washer/dryer to wash off sandy bathing suits and towels, easy access to pool (it was literally down the stairs, in front of condo) and space. This condo had it all! Slight issue about sofasleeper, I messaged owner, called me right away to see if I needed him to come over and see what he could do. He was Very nice and polite. My daughters had a fabulous time. We went to 2 beaches close by, WhiteCap about 2 minute drive and National Seashore, even though a bit farther out, 10 minutes or so, we enjoyed seashore more because Water was cleaner and there was less people. Speaking of people, everyone is practicing social distancing, so you park a bit farther away from eachother and keep to your own section of beach. We headed back to condo, grilled some burgers by canal, sat and watched sunset, enjoyed breeze, pool, hot tub. All in all a great mini vacation!🏖🌊😊

Would not stay again.

Have stayed in several VRBO over the past 15 years. Would not rent this one again. Rented for 3 weeks. Dryer non-functional from the start of our 3-week stay. Had to go to the local laundry mat several times during our stay to dry clothes, sheets, towels etc. Noted the issue to the property manager and asked if owner would provide recompense for our lost time, effort and additional cost added to our stay. No response. Was asked by property manager to be available on our last day to let in a repair person to drop off a new washer/dryer. “Balcony deck” opening covered over completely with a heavy black mesh. Could not see out and thus was not useful at all. Asked if we could remove mesh and was told we could not. Photo in advertisement taken from the balcony thus is misleading. Covered parking that was to be provided was taken up with the owner’s vehicle the entire time. Only 5 large plates and 5 forks provided. Thus, needed to wash dishes all the time and run dishwasher each day. Very wasteful. Told the property manager and was told that the owner would be notified. Several maintenance issues were not attended to prior to our arrival – no ceiling light in second bedroom, towel bar in second bathroom fell off, toilet seat in second bathroom round, while toilet is oval so needs replacing, cupboard door under sink falling off. Cleaning was substandard – kibble bits under the table, vacuum needed to be emptied prior to being used, hair on counters, windows filled with kids fingerprints. Minimal “starter” bits provided – a tiny bit of soft soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and window cleaner. Had to get paper towels, toilet bowl cleaner, general purpose cleaner, laundry soap.

Nice spot, close to beach and restaurants.

First words of constructive criticism. The master bathtub was super slick and I fell bruising my arm and right side of my body. If this would have been my mom she could have possibly broken a hip. Second upon arrival the living room and kitchen floors were dirty, I could feel the dirt as I walked in. It bothered me enough that I swept within 10 minutes of arriving. If Im paying a cleaning fee, I expect the location clean upon arrival. Next the counters had crumbs as well as the drawers in the kitchen. If I reserve a house that I will be cooking in, its expected that the kitchen is clean. I had to wipe counters down before I cooked the first night as well. Aside from that the place was clean, nice furniture, very comfortable. There were dishes, pots, pans, everything needed for my stay. The hot tub was not working and it took a day for the maintenance man to come and fix. Overall I would stay here again but highly recommend slip resistant matts or stickers be placed in the showers.

Great access to the sea and pool

Great location near beaches, and the kids loved the pool right outside the door. We were even able to pass things between the pool and balcony without leaving sleeping kids in the condo. We brought our own pack and play and highchair/booster and after moving a few decorations out of reach the place was kid friendly.

Great Weekend

Location was perfect and the dock availability was great! Unit was clean and comfortable. The reason I didn’t rate a 5 on the cleanliness was because the spa was gross and unusable, but not a necessity.

Corpus Christi vacation

It was a nice place to stay. Good location.We didn’t see any fish in the bay but nice view of pool. The hot tub was great! very large in size. The pool was to cold in March.It was a nice trip. Enjoyed our time in corpas Christi.

Pleasantly surprised

The condo is bigger in person than in the pictures. That was a nice surprise fitting two families with two teenagers. We rented this place for the fishing and the pool as we only had a little time to spend at the condo because we were down for a baseball tourney. The beds were very comfortable. The couch pulls out and fit the two teenage boys nicely. The decor is super cute. In the first bedroom the only issue I had was reaching the light on the fan to turn it off at night. An added string would be nice for us under 6 foot tall 😂 The location of the condo is nice. Close to a gas station and CVS. The parking is good except when you have a truck who takes up two spots. You have one reserved spot which is super nice. The condo is situated right outside the pool. You can hear every conversation. It did not bother us but if you don’t like noise then don’t stay. Some kids were swimming until 12:30 one night and no one minded. We sat in the hot tub and the bubbles are really loud so our voices were raised and a lady came out and threatened to call the cops on us. It was 11:30 (closes at 11). So I understand but that could have been handled differently. If you want a beautiful space to enjoy and don’t mind some noise then you’ll be happy here. I would definitely stay again.

Nice weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided. Clean, towels, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer ( the washer made a lot of noise), bed covers, One roll of toilet paper and a half roll of paper towels. We had access to the pool and hot tub. We did a little fishing from the canal. The only down side was the amount of dust on the vents and ceiling fans. Luckily we had plenty of allergy medicine and an inhaler at hand. We had to look closely for the pool key, but we’re glad we found it. All other surfaces were clean and comfortable. We would definitely rent this place again If given the opportunity.
