Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush, everything else has been provided at the Spinnaker. We’ve installed a boat slip at your backdoor. The furnishings are bright, coastal, and comfy. This is a third floor full-sized condo with lots of room sleeps eight. Enjoy the smart HDTV or Bluetooth stereo in the living room. It will be a pleasure cooking in this kitchen. All appliances are full size and everything you could want is provided. There’s plenty of room for dining at the table as well as breakfast bar. After a sun kissed day on the island, enjoy refreshing drinks on the balcony watching the boats come in. When it’s finally time to say your goodnight, both rooms have been nicely furnished in coastal themes. Whether you choose the sleeper sofa in the living room, queen size second bedroom or the queen size master bedroom with bunkbeds, both have been furnished with luxuriously soft sheets and summer down blankets that will ease you into a quiet baby’s sleep. North padre island is a unique - laid back paradise with something for everyone. It’s relaxing and exciting, great for sunbathing, pool lounging, stargazing, bird watching, fishermen, surfers, golfers, boaters, kite-surfers, parasail’s, kayakers, skydivers and much much more! Enjoy the beach with a short 15 minute drive during the day and twinkling stars over the water at night. Get excited by dolphin sightings, learning to surf or go kite surfing all in one fabulous weekend. Overall the stay was great, I feel the couches and floors could have been cleaner and we had to buy our own trash bags, but no worries we would stay there again.

This unit is third floor, and does not have an elevator. The view is great, but being that it is pet-friendly, you will scale a lot of stairs. Positives- owner was responsive, bed wasn't uncomfortable, great view, the pool was clean and shaded for some of the day. We didnt fish, but you can from the canal easily. There are docks if you have a boat. The location is great. Negatives- I only have one and it was cleanliness. We noticed that the floors weren't vacuumed and reached out to the owner. He immediately gave us a $50 refund. Then we noticed the dirty dishes in the cabinets (literally a greasy plate and dried food in the wine glasses, crumbs on the cooking utensils) so we had to wash all the dishes the first night, the dirty shower curtain in the master bathroom, the dirty sheets on the twin bed, the dirt under the beds, and the gobs of dust on all the ceiling fans and the water heater closet door. If I had dust allergies, I'd have had an allergy attack for sure. If this place gets a professional clean, it will be perfect.

Property was as advertised. Everything was in working order. Convenient access to the Corpus Christi and Laguna made via boat and the beach. Would stay again.

It is the perfect location and charming character with great view. Great music from locals on the balcony. Great food, shops and coffee. This location is the perfect centralized spot for all island and day to day needs. The condo was warm, cozy, and inviting. Highly recommended perfect for families with small children.

Loved the location!!

We really liked the place. It is a little dated, but it’s not bad. Location is great (only about 10 minutes to Mustang Island). If I ever had any questions Kyle was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we would stay here again.

Fun time to swim and fish

Our stay was nice. We were close to the beach. Atthe condo you swim or fish.The owner was quick to respond when we had a little problem. It was taken care of quickly. The condo was clean and taken care of. This is the second time i have stayed there. I will stay again if i get the chance.

The property is as shown in photos. There were issues with the cleanliness and some other mechanical issues when we arrived. Kyle was very responsive and the issues were fixed immediately. the area is great if your only interest is fishing or if you bring a boat. that said the turtle rescue and nature walks were interesting.

Convenient, needs a good cleaning

Property was depicted fairly accurately in the listing. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival, responding to questions about the property, where to take the boat, etc. Condo was decorated well...cute beachy theme. There is a couch in the living room that looks like it will fold out for additional sleeping accommodations, but we didn't try it out. The primary bedroom with the attached bath also has the bunks. I didn't really understand that from the photos. There were some concerns with the overall cleanliness of the unit...there was a basket of (assumed) dirty linens in a closet. The floors were quite dirty, and there was a rats nest of a wifi set up dangling from the mantle. The outside of the property had bird poo everywhere. The pool was nice and received shade most of the day, keeping it cooler than most pools during the hot summer. Overall...if you are looking for a fish camp with a boat slip and easy access to the gulf, this is a great spot. If you're looking for a family friendly rental...look somewhere else.

Padre vacation

This property is perfect, from the accommodations, to fishing off the dock, to the pool and even parking. The only thing i would note it its on yhe 3rd floor so with a toddler that was rough the first day or two and definitely wouldn't work for someone with a handicap.

The entire bungalow was extremely dirty. Dog hair was everywhere. Shower curtains were moldy. Sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open and close. Refrigerator was dirty. There was disgusting/dirty carpet on the balcony. This place needs an entire thorough cleaning and update. Would not recommend staying here.

It was a place to sleep at night. But it was pretty dirty. The bath towels hanging on the racks were soaking wet, sauce splatters all over the kitchen and utensils. The back door didn’t latch, the blinds for the back door were busted/missing, flooring was cracked or warped. It was livable, but it wasn’t very nice. It was decorated really well, and it was cute underneath the old, broken, and dirty.

Nice Getaway

Very nice view and space to feel comfortable. Enjoyed covered parking and closeness to multiple beaches. Check in and out was so simple. The only dislike was the over all cleanliness. I am picky about my cleaning though but it was not bothersome enough not to stay and enjoy our trip

Enjoyed this place! Host was quick to respond to questions. Check in was a breeze. Had one small cleaning issue, and host had cleaners there within a couple hours and took care of it. Would stay again for sure! Thank you!

Overall okay. Unfortunately they were working on the exterior of the whole complex. The pool was torn apart the entire 3 weeks of our stay. We were reimbursed a portion for this. It's no fault of the host and check-in was seamless.
