Love the place. It was so close to Scottsdale Stadium and that was so helpful., I got a nice walk around the ballpark every morning.

Great location in Old Scottsdale, listing was accurate. Really appreciated the coffee and creamers provided by the host. The reserved parking space on site was another bonus. Will be staying again next spring!

Nice pool and good location

The place is in a very walkable location near restaurants, museums and shopping. The communications were timely and complete. The owner went out of her way with thoughtful extras and her responsiveness to questions. The pool was great. We would definitely return.

Great location and a great space

This property is a gem in a great location. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, comfortable environment in a cool retro building, and covered parking just outside the door. The Host was friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze, and the space was perfect. Will keep this property in mind for my next trip to Scottsdale.

Great location

Condo has a nice lay out. Walking distance to just about everywhere in Old Scottsdale The condo was a bit outdated, One TV didn’t work and host was easy to contact I would stay there again!

Thanks for the input. We're sorry that the third tv was having issues with Hulu Live. Glad to know you had a great time being so close to Old Town Scottsdale, people love to stay here because of the location and tell us all the time they really enjoy the little touches we provide and the charm of our place. One day we hope to give The Mary Roland a full make-over but until then we've got her priced accordingly and have our focus on comfort and cleanliness.

Couldn’t be happier!

I was so lucky to find Christina’s condo. I had to be in Phoenix for hip surgery and it provided the perfect place to recuperate…clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. Before my surgery, we took advantage of the location to walk all around Old Town and enjoy nearby restaurants without having to get in the car. Christina went out of her way to make sure all was well, with a few thoughtful extra touches thrown in to add to my post-surgery comfort. Even tho we never met, she was readily accessible to answer questions, etc. I can’t express enough good things about her and the way she manages her property and recommend her condo be your choice.
