Hermosa casa provenzal en el Luberon - Piscina climatizada y amplios jardines.

La Bergerie Provençale se encuentra en medio de los pueblos, viñedos y huertos del famoso parque nacional Luberon de Provenza.

Originalmente una casa de piedra de 200 años "Bergerie" o pastores, la propiedad se ha ampliado y renovado para crear una villa impresionante y de lujo dentro de una hectárea de jardines privados con una gran piscina climatizada de 6x12 metros.

Acercada a lo largo de un camino arbolado, la casa está situada en la hermosa campiña del Luberon y está rodeada por todos lados de viñedos, tierras de cultivo y bosques con hermosas vistas ininterrumpidas de la aldea de Rosellón, uno de los aclamados pueblos de Les Plus Beaux de Francia. de France '.

Ubicada en el corazón del valle de Luberon, la casa se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de los pueblos, mercados y restaurantes más famosos en la cima de la colina, como Gordes, Menerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, con el pueblo local de Rosellón a solo 3 minutos en coche. .

Amazing holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at La Bergerie Provencale. The house was just as beautiful as the photos. Our kids spent the week exploring the grounds and swimming in the pool. Communication was great with the owners. We will definitely be back.!

Great location and fantastic house.

We stayed at La Bergerie Provencale in May. The weather was perfect and the heated pool saw a great deal of use! The house is situated down a long private road and is very private and secluded. We visited many villages in the Luberon and took day trips to Aix en Provence and Avignon. I would highly recommend this house as we had a great stay!

Beautiful house & gardens

We had a fantastic stay in this house. The house was a good size, nice decor, good air con and good Wi-Fi. The gardens & grounds were huge - lots to explore for all ages and the pool was out of this world. Big enough to hold family races! Highly recommended - loved every moment of it.

A beautiful villa in a stunning area!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at La Bergerie. The heated pool is huge and kept the kids occupied for hours and hours. My parents walked to the local vineyard for wine tasting, my husband dozed in the hammock and I did absolutely nothing reading by the pool! The gardens are huge and the younger kids played happily in the playground before playing hide and seek in the trees! We were spoilt for choice for dinner, the closest restaurant in Joucas had a stunning view and lots of lovely restaurants in both Gordes and Roussillion. After exhausting days doing nothing we were grateful for comfy beds and air conditioning!

A wonderful holiday

My family and I (grand parents, parents & children) recently stayed at The Bergerie and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable with large bedrooms, comfortable large beds and air conditioning. There are two master bedrooms with large en-suites, and two further bedrooms with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with both an internal and external seating area. The lounge has comfortable seating, a modern TV with Netflix etc and a Wi-Fi with speed fast enough to satisfy a very fussy teenager. The house is fantastic but it’s the outside area that makes this house special. The pool is very large and heated so it felt like swimming in bath water! It is surrounded by lawn and gardens large enough for evening football and rounders games. The house is surrounded by vineyards so it is very quiet and private but close enough to civilisation that my daughter walked to the horse riding stable at end of the lane and hacked past the house. We also discovered a neighbouring vineyard that hosts wine tasting sessions and a Michelin starred restaurant in the next village along (an easy cycle). We loved this house, it was very relaxing and peaceful but there was still plenty for all of us to do. We have already decided to do a return trip next year.

Wonderful Summer Getaway at Bergerie Provencale

I had the pleasure of staying at Bergerie Provencale this summer and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and welcoming. The level of flexibility shown during check-in was impressive, making us feel at ease right from the beginning. Nestled in a serene and tranquil environment, the property's calm ambiance provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Its strategic location near the region's key tourist spots was a huge advantage. The villa's design left us in awe. It was also equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The refreshing coolness of the house was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. Of course, the highlight of our stay was the magnificent pool. Its sheer size was truly impressive, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The joy of spending lazy afternoons by the poolside with loved ones is a memory I will cherish. While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, there are a few areas that could be enhanced. The quality of the bedding could be improved to match the overall luxury experience of the villa. Additionally, the presence of a pool cleaning robot would ensure that the pool remains pristine throughout the stay. Lastly, a more comfortable arrangement in the pool house would elevate the overall comfort level of the outdoor space. The positives far outweigh any minor shortcomings. I can't wait to return and relive the magic of this remarkable villa.

A peaceful slice of Provence

Allow mw to start this review by saying La Provencal Bergerie, Hameau Du Trabail, Roussillon is a lovely house with a beautiful, private pool and a spacious yard and that I would recommend it to almost everyone. If you're looking for a very comfortable house to crash at night, this is your place. However, and here's the rub, if your looking for something that feels like a home, a place where meals can be prepared and tables can be set this might not be the right place for you. Pros: Location, location, location. I can't tell you how many day trip locations were within a 30 minute drive. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful sofas for those evenings when it's just a bit chilly for the patio. Beautiful heated pool, (though we were visiting during a cool snap and even with the water at 83 degrees it was a bit too cold.) Cons. Towels. We were provided with one bath towel per person. No wash clothes, hand towels or bath mats. And the big fail, at least for our group, were the wine glasses. Tiny 6 or 8 ounce wine glasses were all they had to offer. We poured over wines to bring home for dinner each evening and the wine glasses were just pathetic. Please take this review not as a condemnation of the property but instead our failing to find exactly what we were looking for. As I said. I would recommend the property to almost anyone.

Charmante ancienne bergerie, située à la campagne dans un endroit retiré et calme au cœur d'une forêt. Très bien chauffée, bénéficiant de tout le confort et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Immense réfrigérateur américain, air fryer, machine à café, 2 grands faitouts des poêles en bon état, jolie vaisselle et tous les autres éléments cités dans l'annonce dont le lave vaisselle. Piscine chauffée qui a été utilisée fin octobre, terrain de pétanque et ses boules, jolie terrasse abritée et son mobilier de jardin très confortable. Qualité de la literie moyenne pour certaines personnes.

Ehemaliges Bauernhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben das Haus eine Woche im Sommer genutzt. Die Lage, die Umgebung und der große Pool sind sehr schön. Leider ist vor unserer Ankunft der Außenbereich nicht gereinigt worden, die Reinigung des Pools erfolgte auch leider erst kurz vor unserer Abreise. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, z.T. macht sich ein gewisser Renovierungsstau bemerkbar.

Mooi huis

Het huis had veel charme en een mooie tuin. Echter was het niet netjes, in de oven lagen nog kruimels en vettig. Het werkblad eveneens vettig te zien aan de keukenrol die er stond de BBQ was niet gereinigd alsook het poolhuis waar meedere spinnewebben hingen. Spijtig want het huis heeft veel potentieel.

Wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das großzügige, geschmackvoll möblierte Haus mit einem großen, beheizten Pool und sehr schönen Außenanlagen ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Betreuer vor Ort war problemlos und der Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht gelungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely villa

This villa is beautifully peaceful with spacious grounds and a refreshing pool. You will need a car, but the short drives to the local boulangeries are worth it!

Beautiful bergerie in Provence

The house, its decorations and outside area are lovely. It’s the classic Provençal stone/stucco house in a very private setting, with a large yard, play area for children, boules court and swimming pool with pool house. Our only problem was being so far from Roussillon or any other village that we always had to drive if we wanted to eat in a restaurant or shop. If you want peace and quiet and want to “park” yourself in a great place, this is the house for you!

Lovely house

We stayed here one week with family and our one year old daughter. We were the first guests after the lockdown so there were some teething problems but the house itself is amazing. The layout it is perfect for families, you stay in one house but everyone has their own space/bathroom etc. Garden/pool is wonderful.We loved it.

Semaine très agréable au cœur du Lubéron.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christian qui nous a donné quelques indications sur la gestion de la maison. La maison en tant que tel est très joliment décorée, super bien située (au grand calme) entre Joucas et Roussillon. Très facile pour les balades, visites et autres. A quelques km d’Apt ou Coustellet pour les courses alimentaires. La piscine est très agréable et de bonne taille. A recommander vivement! Les points à améliorer sont les suivants: - le Wifi qui est super lent (pas très bien vu par les ados & co) - le matériel de cuisine est trop sommaire pour quelqu’un qui aime un peu cuisiner.... ce qui est mon cas (pas de presse agrumes, pas de mixeur/batteur,...)

Beautiful house in the heart of the Luberon

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here at La Bergerie. It's a beautiful house which looks every bit as good in the flesh as it does in the photos. What the photos and description can't get across truly is the scale of the garden and grounds, which is fantastic, and allows a view across to Roussillon (just over a mile away). We made very good use of the pool, which is large enough for a proper swim and beautifully set with just the right amount of landscaping for a bit of shade in the hot afternoons (it was hitting 35° C+ each day we were there). Inside, the four bedrooms are well set apart. The master suite in its own wing, another en suite bedroom upstairs, and two bedrooms sharing an en suite, which is great for families. Would recommend the bigger markets at L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Loumarin particularly (worth the drives). Almost every village nearby is picture postcard beautiful; Gordes a little touristy, but Roussillon lovely for a gentle potter and a nice glass of something cold watching a performance in the town square. Would love to return.

Beautiful Villa but beware of the dog

We stayed here in June 2019. The villa is beautiful as is the pool and gardens. The villa is very spacious and all bedrooms are clean and good room available. It is well equipped with modern appliances and air conditioning. Good supply of towels, bedding and tableware. I would say that you do need a car for staying here. The nearest main town is Roussillon and takes over 1/2 hour to walk to and in the summer months can be too hot during the day. The pool is heated so lovely for a early morning dip or staying in all day! Only word of caution I would have is around the experience we had of a neighbour’s dog. My husband and I were nearly attacked when a Rottweiler mixed breed dog jumped out of its owners hedge and went for us. It was a pretty frightening experience and had we not backed away and the owner come out and call the dog off I do think it would have attacked us. A few nights later the dog came into our garden. There were two main issues here, one we were unable to walk outside of the property to the main road for fear of the dog coming out again and the potential for it coming into our garden. We had a 10 year old child with us and it was a concern for her and our safety. We have reported this to the owner and house manager who advised that it has been reported to the local authority. I am not sure how effective this will be in ensuring the owner of the dog controls its movements. This in it’s self is not a reason not to book the villa, but maybe to seek assurances from the Villa’s owners as to what measures are being taken to support guests safety.
