This wonderful fully loaded estate is available starting mid-September, 2025. Located in Water Mill, the home is nestled across an expansive 5 private acres, secluded behind a gated private driveway about 250 ft from the main road. The 13,000 sq. ft. classic shingle style estate is surrounded by beautiful mature landscaping and has a professional level tennis court. The property features seven bedrooms with either king, queen or full beds, each with its own private marble stone bathroom. There are two primary bedrooms in the home. The main primary is on the 2nd floor with his/her bathrooms, sitting area/home office and wood burning fireplace. The junior primary is on the ground floor with its own balcony overlooking the pool and backyard. The home is ideal for hosting extended family, featuring a large chef's kitchen with Thermador/Subzero appliances and a fantastic grill set-up is outside for those who enjoy grilling. The property also features a formal living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room with seating for twelve, media room with built in walnut cabinetry and 75 inch TV, and large family room with double height ceiling that also includes a wood burning fireplace with a 75 inch TV above the fireplace. A Sonos music system provides a seamless music entertainment experience throughout the home and outside area that can be controlled by the convenience of your phone. For those who enjoy sitting outside at any point in the day, there is a screened in porch with fireplace, The three car garage is attached and offers plenty of covered parking with an EV charger. On the basement level, enjoy a state-of-the-art gym with circuit training, a private massage room, steam room with seating for eight, an extensive walk in refrigerated wine cooler room, game room with pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, modern replica pinball machine, multi - game electronic Pac Man machine, and foosball table. Outside the enjoyment options abound with a heated gunite pool with blue stone patio, hot tub with waterfall, tennis court, pool house with kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor shower and wood burning fireplace. Don't forget, if all of these amazing amenities are not enough, there is a rooftop deck perfect for sunbathing or watching the sunset/sunrise with panoramic views. Ocean beaches and towns of Bridgehampton and Southampton are just minutes away.

This house has it all. The home is big and has a lot of rooms. There is a great basement to have fun and even workout. The place is fantastic. We will definitely try and stay again. Adam was a gracious host and very responsive. Would recommend to families with kids of all ages. The home worked out perfectly for us!!

Jerry was terrific. Very communicative and a pleasure to host. While his travel in was delayed due to weather he stayed in touch with us about his delayed arrival. He also stayed in touch with us during his stay letting us know how everything was going. An all around wonderful guest and we look forward to welcoming him back anytime!

Where do I even start — this house is absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the little details like extra paper towels, Ziplocs, garbage bags, and complimentary Dove soaps in every bathroom showed just how thoughtfully this place is managed.The spaces are cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Apple TVs throughout, a fully equipped gym, a game room, a heated pool and spa, and the most dreamy master bedroom bed I’ve ever slept on. My girls and I could not stop talking about how nice everything was.Location is perfect — 15 to 20 minutes from East Hampton, Sag Harbor, and Amagansett, and only 45 minutes to Montauk. You truly can’t beat it for a Hamptons getaway.Communication with VRBO host and property manager went smoothly and VRBO host was considerate and incredible helpful through the whole process. We came for my bachelorette weekend with women from their 20’s all the way through their 60’s and we all left already wanting to rebook. If you’re considering this house, stop considering and just book it. You won’t regret it.
