I have to give this rating because unfortunately the room was given to me with the bed sheets dirty and uncovered. The sofa cushions were thrown on the TV shelf, so apparently it was an oversight or bad job on the part of the person in charge of the room. cleaning, I have to admit that customer service was attentive to this but it was not until the next day that they put clean sheets. Thank you that my wife and I brought clean sheets from our house and we were able to sleep that day, otherwise I don't know what there would be It was up to us because we weren't going to sleep in a bed with someone else's dirty sheets.The property is located in a good beachfront area, which makes it very attractive and convenient if what you are looking for is easy access to the beach and several restaurants within a short walk.

Older Condo under construction

This property is right on the water. The white Sandy beach is perfect for sunsets we have some gorgeous pictures to share. However there was major renovations going on and the noise levels were disturbing and it was constant, we literally couldn’t even enjoy time in our rental.

I wish I could leave photos because words are not enough to describe how unclean this property was. There were health code violations such as mold growing on the shower curtain and dust build-up on the AC unit. As well as safety violations with a screw going through the door frame that you can easily cut yourself on. Among all these violations it was overall very unclean. There was construction and you are not guranteed parking which is extremely inconvenient so keep that in mind. These repairs cannot be cleaned or taken care of overnight so just beware that there is no way it can be fixed by your visit if you are planning to go soon.

Very little parking parked on the street east of the hotel some nights elevator only started to work the day before we left Refrigerator small freezer wouldn’t freeze pool very clean and very nice location close to beach front Expection on line we’re over framed

Perfect location

The room was clean, we didn’t have any of the previous issues mentioned such as mold or bugs, no dirty dishes, or smoke smell. The location and views are just amazing. The pool was huge and clean. Just steps to the beach. The building is older but everything worked well. Vacasa was great and called at check-in to make sure all was good and then again on our second day to see if we needed anything. Parking could be scarce, but I think it is because people who aren’t staying there park and go to the beach. We look forward to staying again.

It was "ok"

It was not like the pictures...it had a musty smell, and the BED!!! I dreaded going to bed!! It sunk in the middle and made my back hurt couldn't find a way to get comfy. But if they get another bed it would be ok I could live with the musty smell..you get used to it..just don't use the dresser the smell would never come out of your clothes I never unpacked my suitcase

Horrible stay will not go back!

ROACHES, Mildew/Mold, Fan filthy, husband had to clean out drain with hair. Drain filthy, bed horrible, no light over sink, hair dryer not working. Stairwell which we had to use due to NO ELEVATOR working, was terrible. Would not pass for CDC or ADA! Glass in the stairwell. No handicap entry for pool!!! One of the worst stays!!!

Don't waste your money!

Terrible is an understatement. Black mold on ceiling, rusty refrigerator, chipped paint, roaches, bathroom door falling apart. No light at bathroom sink. Dirty dishes in cabinet.

Bad!!!

The room was not what we expected. When we walked into our room we had mold on the ceiling. Dirty dishes!!!! They have ROACHES! It smelled like smoke even though it is suppose to be a NONE Smoking room!!! We will not being staying again!

Room 205 needs major upgrade

Couch had a cigarette burn in it —pull out couch mattress was awlful —we had 4 guests with 3 pillows —cable not working nor WiFi’s password —bottom of bathroom door is rotten from water damage no frying pan —and rust on both side of refrigerator—holes in the wall and bathroom door —Fontainebleau is a great place just will choose a different room next time —This unit needs so many upgrades

This property is under construction. The noise level was terrible. I tripped twice on uneven brick work and skinned my knees which made going in the ocean impossible. I brought it to their attention and it was never fixed. She said " I told them to get those spots fixed" Construction workers were everywhere. Tape and construction cones up. The laundry room was terrible and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. It looked like they just changed the sheets. The refrigerator was old and rusty. I have used Expedia many times over the last 10 years... several trips to Hawaii. I couldn't believe that Expedia would have this hotel on your site. On the possible side...my children did enjoy the pool until I heard a construction worker say...I wouldn't trust the roof in the pool area with my family. This hotel should be closed for construction.

Vacation

The unit was clean. Had an issue with a person who said they had also rented the unit,this happened right when we got in the room, this took about an hour to convince the other party that we were not leaving. Parking was an issue, had to walk everywhere just to keep a decent parking space. There were not enough towels, and the tub held water. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice!

Our Stay

This was a last minute trip for me and my friends so we only had a few options for condos. With that being said, we thought this condo would be fine, and it even looked kind of nice in the pictures. However, we arrived late at night, there was no parking, and we got into the condo and my friend went to the bathroom to find 3 roaches. The sheets also seemed like they hadn't been washed and the toilet seat was cracked. The location on the beach was great though. I think if they would clean better and update the bathroom it would not be too bad of a stay. Management did give us a discount and bring us a bottle of bug spray because of our problems so that was nice. And they had a mattress pad for the pull out bed which was nice but the couch itself was kind of dirty looking.

Nice but dated

We had a nice stay for a long weekend. The beach is awesome and not crowded and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the covered community porch. Right beside our condo was probably a mile of private beach so plenty of space to spread out and not feel like you are sitting on top of others. The condo was basic and a place to sleep. We weren’t in there much but it could use some updates. We killed 4-5 roaches within the first few days. The toilet seat was broken and would pinch one’s butt if you moved the wrong way. The bathroom sink and tub drain were slow. For the price and the beach it is worth the stay but those would be the downfalls. Good location and walking distance to several restaurants. Traffic on Front Beach Rd can be a nightmare but the is PCB for you.

My favorite place I've ever stayed in PCB!! RIght ON the beach and not ever crowded on the beach. Walk down the beach to lunch. Sat under the covered deck during a short rain storm, so nice! We will be back this summer!

Great access to the beach, but the room needed some T.L.C.

Upon arrival the room seemed great, but there was dirt all over the floor like it hadn't been cleaned from previous stays. There was mold all on the ceiling of the bathroom. The AC unit leaked. Sinks seemed like they were clogged(took quite some time to drain). Roaches and other bugs were crawling everywhere. It's sad when the property knew there is a bug problem when there was bug repellent under the sink. The couch was filthy and smelled rotten. I'm just glad I was only in the condo at night.

It wasn't the best but bareable!

As soon as I walked in and closed the door I saw a few bugs and one little cockroach on the floor and saw another bug crawling on the wall in the bathroom. Wifi is great bed was comfortable and close to a lot of places. Wasn't swept like it should have been. Overall it's a perfect place to sleep and relax before going back out and having fun for the rest of the day It was cheaper then most places the building itself is very old but super unique as well as the inside pool they have. If there wasn't bugs I would have given it a 4 star

Simple enough.

The staff on site were extremely friendly. A private beach next door was perfect to keep the crowd low. Not a big place so we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of other guest.
