Más que frente al mar, estamos justo en la arena con wifi y casi una milla de playa virgen cerrada y sin urbanizar. Debido a que su subdesarrollado las estrellas aparecen como en ningún otro lugar en Panama City Beach. Tiene un nuevo colchón de primera calidad y un nuevo sofá cama de cuero de $ 2000. Remodelada nueva cocina completa de cuarzo blanco, lavaplatos, frige y nuevas cocinas de inducción con un horno de estilo de nueva ola. El baño completamente remodelado incluye un techo abovedado, una nueva bañera JACUZZI con borde de travertino. Una nueva CA es fuerte y eficiente. Gran piscina frontal del golfo, TV HD 60 'premium nuevo No hay tarifas ni cargos ocultos. Personalizados sillas frente a la playa, a estrenar golfo de asar a la parrilla frontal, internet inalámbrico, karts, ir de compras, pubs están justo al otro lado de la calle haciendo de este el lugar ideal. Just what we needed…

We had a great stay. John was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. Location was great and within walking distance of everything we needed. 4th of July is especially fun with all the fireworks up and down the beach.

I loved this place!! I reached out to the property manager and he replied right away. Highly recommend!! The only problem was parking since there was construction work during my stay and part of the parking lot was blocked.

This unit was perfect for our short stay and we were very pleased to get it booked with short notice. Love the decor and comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. I think the price is very reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Very conveniently close to everything. We walked to the runaway island restaurant and Walmart was right around the corner. John was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

2025 Vacation

The location was perfect! The room description was not 100% accurate. It would've been nice if we were told that the sofa bed did not work and that we'd have to use a blow up mattress and sleep on the floor. The blow up mattress took up most of the floor space and wasn't very comfortable.Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great pool( huge). Right on beach. Parking terrible! The maintainance/ manager? was very helpful& friendly. The unit says it sleeps 4 but only had 1 queen bed then a blowup mattress& couch that wasn’t very comfortable. Owner was easy to contact. In walking distance of places to eat& activities. TV was easy to cut on but had to figure out how to operate the volume

Beautiful and Kind!!

Wow! To start the outside of the building is adorable art deco building. The room is a perfect beach room that has everything you could need. Then you walk out the door and have a STUNNING view of the beach. The beach access and space is amazing! There’s no girnormious condos around so you have plenty of space to enjoy your own space in this paradise. The cherry on top is the host - he makes you feel like you’re part of his family, hospitality at its finest! I hope we get to come back soon!

Quick trip to Panama City Beach to surprise my wife for her birthday. The condo was awesome! Clean, great decor, kitchen. This condo is right on the beach!! Pool was awesome too! Security was excellent! We will definitely be back! Loved it!

4 nite getaway

This place is about 1.5 miles east of Pier Park,Easy access to everything,right on the beach,the room has a big nice soft bed,60 inch tv,a couch,and a shower(bring towels because there's only 3 in the room,we went to Walmart and bought towels so we would not have to wash everyday on vacation)we loved this place because of location and this will be our go to spot,beach was not crowded,they do have a really big pool also

Great location, great vacation!

We had a great time staying in this room! Location is perfect, beach access was amazing! Room was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Only issue we had was the extra comforter for the pull out not being clean. Overall, not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again! A great value for sure!

My stay here was good. It was well put together and was perfect for a beach vacation. However the couch bed was broken and the air mattress blew up but deflated very fast. Besides that it was good! Had everything you need. If you bring others bring your own air mattress

Cute,cozy and easy access to beach and pool

Absolutely loved our room and our stay. Owner was super helpful with any questions I had and quick to respond. Pull out sofa doesn’t work but he quickly let me know there was an air mattress in the closet. Our room was super clean and we had access to check in early upon arriving early. We will definitely be back. This has became a new favorite place for us to stay since it’s so convenient with parking, pool and beach.

Perfect spot!

We love Fontainebleau Terrace, it never disappoints. You can’t possibly be any closer to the beach and it’s never very crowded. The room had everything we needed for our stay to sleep 4 and make meals. We had one kid on the couch and the other on the air mattress and they liked that just fine. The bed was really comfortable! John is a great host and super fast to respond to any of our questions. We could not have had a better host, we would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The shower works great. But if you plan on cooking anything you may rethink your plans. No good way to cook. And there is no full size coffee pot. Other than that this condo was perfect. Loved the location and the beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was really great also. Would recommend

Ive been coming to PCB for 25 yrs and no where else can you find a beach front resort in the heart of pcb with almost a mile of gated, undeveloped beach front. I was finally able to purchase a unit, remodel it and now i can share this unmatched beauty.
