Casa moderna de 3300 pies cuadrados en el área de Tampa Bay con piscina estilo centro turístico. Loft de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Incluye 3 camas queen y 1 cama king (Master). La parte trasera de la casa está orientada al oeste, por lo que puedes tomar el sol en la terraza de la piscina durante todo el día.

Ubicado en el centro: a 15 millas de Clearwater Beach, a 10 millas del estadio Raymond James, a 9 millas del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa. Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing time! Ten of us stayed during spring break, and everything was perfect! The owner was very responsive and helpful with ALL questions we had before and during our stay. He even gave us recommendations for things to do! The house was very open and spacious and just as beautiful as it is in the pictures! The back yard is outstanding as well! Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay and make such great memories! We hope to be back in the near future!

March 2024 Golf Getaway

A great fit for our foursome. Each of us had plenty of room and privacy. Quiet neighborhood location. Very close to a variety of restaurants and food shopping. Plenty of courses within a 45 minute drive. The outdoor area is resort-like. Very clean/relaxing and the pool was a perfect cool down after a day on the course. Shaun was great to work with - very quick to respond to any questions. Considerably more cost efficient than a hotel. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Felt like we were intruding

The owner's personal property was on the premises. This left no personal space for our clothing which had to remain in our suitcases. This was also true for our toiletries in the master suite. The other closets were also loaded with personal items and the used toiletries were in the bathrooms. The owner's food was also in the refrigerator and freezer, and the pantry was loaded. Our food had to be set out on the countertop which made food prep quite difficult. The water filter was extremely out of date, so it was either tap water or using an expired filter (99+ days). The grill that was suppose to be available for our use was filthy; I cannot even take a guess at the last time it was cleaned. Sure the house itself and pool are nice. But unmowed grass around the grill and weeds in numerous areas (which was attractive to a resident snake) lent the opinion that there was no real interest in presentation or comfort for guests. The TV by the pool did not work and I was told just to reboot it. That did not work and after numerous tries by tech-savvy people we gave up on that and the guys went inside to watch their sports. Would not stay at this location again. We have traveled the US in its entirety and have never felt so unwelcomed as we did here.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor oasis in a quiet neighborhood

The house (inside and out) was exactly as pictured and described; clean, spacious and well furnished. We spent the majority of our days lounging by the pool and at night sitting around the living room or outside picnic table chatting. There is a Publix grocery store less than 2 miles away from the house with restaurant choices also very close by. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. It was a great trip, would definitely rent again.

Girls’ Getaway

We chose this property because of the size (4 bed/4 bath), the pool, the amenities and the overall style of the house. It worked really well for our group since it is fairly close to the airport and we were able to have groceries and other things delivered to the house. The house was well appointed with extras like blow dryers, beach towels and extra linens. Communication with the homeowner was spot on and quick and we would definitely consider a return visit.

Lovely stay in a clean, modern home

Shaun was a super accommodating host - we never had trouble reaching him. The house is top notch if you're looking for something very new and modern with a beautiful pool. About a 20-30 minute drive into Tampa. Would definitely go back!

The house is amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. Very close to restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood all the houses in the neighborhood are very nice. Patio area is great. Bring the family and relax. It was a real treat for everyone.

Beautiful Home

This was the perfect home for a Covid getaway for my immediate family to come together. There was so much space for us and no one had to fight over getting into the bathroom first with 4 of them. It rained almost the entire time we were there due to a tropical storm and so we never left the house but with the bonus loft and covered patio it didn't mattered as we we didn't feel cramped. The one afternoon it didn't rain we loved having out by the pool and also being able to watch the outdoor TV as well. It's right down the street from Publix (grocery store) which was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay .Everything was as it suppose to be for a great vacation time. Super clean house, beautiful decorations , sparkling water at the pool , nice backyard , large dinning table for gathering , and nice music sound all over the place ! We had great time !

Beautiful property!

Due to COVID we cancelled our plans to travel internationally and decided to stay in FL to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. The house is EXACTLY as pictured and was even more beautiful in person! The neighborhood is quiet and we loved that when in the backyard you're not facing anyone. The kitchen, and outdoor area / pool where our favorites. Every detail of this home was perfection and our family enjoyed a safe family getaway. Most importantly, the birthday boy loved it and was glad we made the car ride from Jacksonville to stay in this beautiful and relaxing home. Highly recommend!

Amazing House in Oldsmar

We had an amazing time at Shaun's house! A total of 4 couples stayed for 3 days. The house is immaculate. Plenty of space for everyone and extremely clean and updated. We ended up staying in the house more than expected due to things starting to shut down due to Carona, but really that worked out perfect because the house was so comfortable. The Sonos system throughout the house was easy to use and sounded great! One note is that the pool is not heated, so on cooler days the water can be chilly. Just be sure to keep the solar cover on when not in use and overnight. Finally, Shaun was really the perfect host in every way. Super responsive to all questions and messages and extremely accommodating. We will look to stay again when in town!

Outback Bowl Success!

The property was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of room and the accommodations were top notch! It was within 30 minutes of Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium and 45 minutes form Clearwater beach (longer due to traffic). The house is newer, good vibe, roomy and had everything we needed. Best of all, the Minnesota Gophers beat Auburn in the Outback Bowl. This is a place we would definetely stay at again.

Memorable and Beautiful

My girlfriends were in town to celebrate my 50th birthday. There was nine of us staying in the house. Every single person was in awe of the beauty of this house. It was located at the end of a cul de sac, so it was so peaceful. The pool was beautiful. There was a set of lounging chairs in the end of the pool beside a bubbling fountain, which was so relaxing. The house was decorated with great style, taste and detail. Shawn immediately answers any questions you may have. The location was great. 25 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from clearwater beach. The was an Aveda hair salon 8 minutes away that did our hair and makeup . We took many group photos inside and outside the house, because there was so many beautiful spots. This house gave us all a wonderful getaway. Thank you for everything Shawn!

Beautiful home with amazing pool!

This place had everything we're looking for in a vacation home. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, huge open kitchen, and a amazing pool. It's in a great neighborhood. There was ten of us and all fell in love with this house. Shaun was very nice and responsive.

Better than a luxury hotel!!

This spacious and elegant home was perfect for a long Easter weekend with family in the Oldsmar area. All the furnishings and technology are upscale - we could not have been more pleased. Shaun was very responsive to a technical glitch with the TVs on arrival. We will definitely be back!

Great house and very responsive host!

We had 10 people stay for 8 days over Christmas holidays and the house was great. Everyone had lots of space and there is enough room and areas for smaller groupings (e.g. several different table areas for board games or cards or meals) or alone time even with the huge loft or backyard space! The pool and backyard was a great area of entertainment for us spending more time there then going to the beach. The wide open concept kitchen and living room area made for the best entertainment area in the evenings. Shaun was an extremely responsive host and the house was well stocked and well appointed. We didn't need anything. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Lots of things to do within a short walk from the house. i would highly recommend staying here for families with kids of any age or groups of couples. We will likely be back!
