A fabulous very clean apartment up the hill from the town. Two bedrooms but we only used the larger of the two. Easy bus access very nearby. Not for anyone with mobility issues as steep hills. The shared Pool was beautifully clean but extremely cold therefore we never swam at all but sat by it every day. Beautiful sunsets.

Immaculate property. Spotless. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen, great accommodation.Warm welcome on arrival with host meet & greet at property.Beautiful view, infinity pool a real bonus.Property is situated in an elevated position, on steep hill a 5-10 min walk to beaches and restaurants. Good local bus service with bus stop 100m or so from accommodation & regular boat trips to old Dubrovnik town.Responsive host to any queries and accommodation matters. Mid stay clean, towel & linen change.A superb holiday enjoyed by all.

Beautiful place

We had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment with stunning sunsets and pool to cool off in the hot days. Pepo and Ana are wonderful hosts who are on hand if needed and nothing is too much trouble for them. Cavtat is beautiful and we would definitely like to return to this apartment

The property is located 5-10 min drive from the airport and 5-10 min walk to the port areas via a steep hill. Ana is a v welcoming & accommodating host, she went out of her way to meet us at the airport to make sure we could get to the property as there were road works on the road for the first few days of our stay, she arranged parking in the neighbourhood while we unable to access apt parking space & took us shopping to a large supermarket 15 mins away. There are stunning views from the apts facing the pool area.The pool & sunbathing areas were cleaned twice a week & apt cleaned mid stay with a change of linen & towels. A suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bbq, some extra cooking utensils and sharp knives to make cooking at home easier. We will definitely return to this beautiful location. Thank you Ana for your hospitality & kindness.

Lovely week in Croatia

Great property, lovely pool, fantastic views, very clean, owner very friendly and responsive. A little walk downhill into Cavtat where there are loads of restaurants to choose from, easy to get boat trips into Dubrovnik and islands. Would recommend.

Fantastic views

Fabulous villa, 4 in the building, the top 2 have better views, bottom 2 open onto the pool. Quite a climb up out of the village but worth it for the outstanding panoramic views over the bay to Dubrovnik and beyond.

Just perfect!

We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks in the two-bedroomed downstairs apartment of Villa Laureana in Cavtat. Everything was superb! Pepo and his family were extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating hosts, the apartment was immaculate and Cavtat is a beautiful harbour resort, with gorgeous views, places to swim and easy access to Dubrovnik and other sights. The pool is delightful - a gorgeous place to cool off and superbly maintained. We would love to return to Villa Laureana (ample space for 4 adults in the apartment and loads more to see and do) and highly recommend it and Cavtat to families wishing to enjoy this idyllic part of the Adriatic coast. Oh, remember to bring swimming shoes for the rocky/pebbly beaches!

Fantastic property in Cavtat

Just returned from a fantastic two week stay in this lovely property! Pepo and Ana made us feel so welcome from the pick up at the airport and could not have done more for us! Thank you both. We would highly recommend these apartments- so clean and with lovely views over to Dubrovnik! We hope to be back!

A week of heaven

We are just back from a wonderful week at one one the apartments in Cavtat. The apartment was just what we wanted, clean quiet and perfectly placed. Ane and Pepo were great hosts and made us feel very welcome Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a break in the area

Summer holiday

Great touch that we were collected from the airport on arrival and taken to supermarket to get supplies. Good location . Plenty of lovely restaurants in Cavtat although not many bars. Lovely ambience at night. The apartment was adequate and as listed. Our bed was broken on arrival and we were impressed that they replaced it as soon as we informed them . Nice touch that the apartment was cleaned and fresh linen and towels mid week. The walk up the hill from Cavtat was as others described quite a hill. We did learn that an Uber for £2-£4 could very easily be arranged if we wanted after a meal at the sea front back to the apartment . We would say that we did eat in a couple of nights and we found some basics weren’t there I.e colander , bread knife but nothing major. The kettle regularly trips the electrics. The hosts could do with replacing several broken sun loungers around the pool too. A lovely stay and was a good base for visiting Dubrovnik which we did several times via Uber and the water taxi. Stunning place and a must visit. The bus was also really regular although we didn’t try it.

1st Time In Cavtat July 2023

My wife & I stayed in the lovely apartment on the ground floor with access to a good terrace overlooking the pool and with lovely panoramic views of the bays and mountains. Our holiday got off to a great start as we were meet at the airport by Pepo's Mother Ana who drove us to our apartment at not extra charge ( as well as driving us back to the airport on the day we left). Ana was extremely friendly and was very helpful in explaining where everything was and how to work the large doors onto the terrace. She then took me to the large supermarket to get essentials for our stay. She couldn't do enough for us both to make sure our holiday got off to a stress free start. The accommodation was excellent, clean and well equipped and has a lovely infinity pool which is shared with the 4 other apartments. They apartments are in a quite cul de sac and it is just a short 10 min walk downhill into the picturesque town and harbour where there is an amazing choice of restaurants. The airport is also very close (10 minute drive away from the property) and whilst planes fly directly over property its not a huge issue and didn't spoil our stay at all We had a lovely relaxing stay in this wonderful location and would have no hesitation in staying at Pepo & Ana apartment again if we come back to Cavtat. I would also have no problem in recommending this apartment to anyone wanting a chilled, relaxed holiday with a great view. Thanks for a great stay Pepo & Ana from Damian & Cathy

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

The apartments couldn’t be faulted. It is difficult to tell from the pictures which apartment is which however we stayed in both the two bedroom apartments and loved them both for different reasons. The top two bed apartment for the magnificent views and the pool level apartment for the fact that it has all windows facing the front. There was nothing that you needed in these apartments and Pepo is always on hand to make sure you are well looked after.

Mooi & ruim appartement

Ruim appartement met eigen terras en alle voorzieningen. Netjes onderhouden. Vriendelijke gastheer/gastvrouw. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Dubrovnik. Dichtbij luchthaven dus overdag veel luchtverkeer, maar geen last v s nachts.

C’était incroyable , on a passé une semaine merveilleuse , tout était au rendez vous , l’emplacement de l’appartement , la piscine , les restaurants , le gérant de l’appartement ainsi que sa femme nous on très bien accueilli , c’était parfait , on compte refaire une semaine à cavtat l’année prochaine !

Excellent séjour à Cavtat

Belle location à Cavtat. L appartement loué était conforme aux photos publiées sur Abritel. Logement très propre avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Cavtat. La piscine grande et à débordement est un vrai plus et le logement permet à pied de descendre au village de Cavtat très bel endroit à visiter. Village balnéaire très calme et vraiment mignon avec balades possibles à Dubrovnic et les îles à proximité localisation à recommander pour visiter le sud de la Croatie. Petit bémol pour l appartement sur le manque de vaisselle et les lieux communs à partager avec un nombre de personnes qui peu être élevés par rapport aux espaces communs (4 appartements en tout pour un même espace de piscine) mais avec des vacanciers calmes et sympathiques tout s est bien déroulé. Les hôtes étaient charmants et très à l écoute. Je recommande cette location.

Ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht, zum Hafen braucht man keine 10min wo man sehr gute Restaurants findet. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen werden wir wieder hier Üernachten. Sehr schöner Pool

Fantastic....

We had the lower apartment overlooking the pool which had great views over the bay. We were met by the owner who was friendly and helpful and showed us around the sparkling clean apartment. It’s located away from the main town which is a 10 minute walk downhill - the walk down is pleasant but hard work coming back! We got taxi’s home some nights and having a car, we also drove down and parked in the main car park (about £1 per hour). Cavtat is a lovely town, plenty of good restaurants and a gentle atmosphere. The sunsets each night are amazing. The UK was put in the quarantine list just as we left - it was all worth it!
