Los huéspedes disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa privada de 5 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños completamente amueblada, situada en 1 acre de terreno. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño en suite, dormitorio de invitados 1 tiene una cama de matrimonio, dormitorio de invitados 2 tiene una cama doble, dormitorio de invitados 3 tiene 2 cunas (pero puede acomodar un colchón de aire tamaño queen y una cama individual colchón de aire), y el dormitorio de invitados 5 está en el nivel inferior con una cama de matrimonio. Los primeros 4 dormitorios están en el piso principal de la casa. El nivel inferior tiene una sala familiar, baño completo, área de dormitorio separada y puede acomodar algunos colchones de aire también. Hay una cubierta trasera que se extiende a lo largo de la casa y tiene vistas a un césped bellamente ajardinado con estanque Koi. Tenemos gemelos de 2 años, así que si tienes niños pequeños, podemos dejarlos para tu uso (también tenemos 2 tronas, asientos para jóvenes, etc. si es necesario).
La casa está muy cerca del aeropuerto, restaurantes, centro comercial, cines y tiendas.

Very comfortable, quiet, and well provisioned home that can accommodate large family/multi-generations. Single floor plan great for the older folks. Outdoor living space is really great, as well as newly finished basement. Kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal prep. Fully appreciated the decaf beans!House was very clean with plenty of towels and good bedding. Lots of seating in the common areas. We had a very relaxing stay with a party of 10. Super convenient to groceries, Cornell campus, and Ithaca in general.Host was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect t family home for our group

Wonderful home, well stocked with lots of space for everyone to have have their own place to do their own thing. Wonderful grassy areas for us to play badminton, bocce ball, croquet. Great location for hiking, dining out, kayaking, etc. and everything worked. Terrific vacation home.

Wonderful place for family!

Lovely house with plenty of room for a large family. We were in Ithaca for a wedding and used the house as our base. House was beautifully kept with lots of spaces for sitting together to catch up over meals and drinks. Rooms were all well decorated and in excellent condition. Hospitality at its Best

This house is gorgeous, the basement can only be described as the epitome of ideal for kids, and the grounds were beautiful and functional. Family visit

Our family stayed here while visiting relatives in Ithaca and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the property. It had something for everyone -- toys and video games for kids, a beautiful deck / backyard / fire pit for the adults, and the entire property was clean, functional, and welcoming. Kristin included some extra gestures (s'mores, asking and leaving out a high chair) of hospitality. There were no complaints. We hope to return for future visits.

Family visit to Ithaca

Very nice property with excellent amenities. The house is spacious and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. Wonderful kitchen and Many places to sit and relax. We had a large group (9 people) and used all of the bedrooms and beds. Our only issue was that the down stairs bedroom was not nearly as nice as the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs was a little cold and damp.

Thank you for your candid feedback. To be honest, we are caught a bit off guard. The lower level is exactly as pictured in the listing and we have never received a complaint about our decorating or a stay before now. Additionally, you did not communicate any issues with temperature to us during your stay. It’s unfortunate that you did not let us know so that we could have attempted to rectify the situation in some way while you were here. I can assure you that we would have bent over backwards to accommodate you (instructing you to close vents, plug in the dehumidifier, get space heaters, etc).
