The house was very comfortable for myself and five friends (all adults). Everyone was able to have their own room, all with queen size beds, so no one drew the short straw. The property is well maintained and quiet, with ample space for us to spread out and enjoy.

We had a truly wonderful stay! We return to Ithaca every year around Labor Day, and we were so glad to have found this house. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. But the real gem is the gorgeous backyard. Add in the firepit and hot tub, and this house checked every box for us.

We stayed here with a group of friends and it was the perfect place to relax and spend time together. We had plenty of room to have privacy when needed but also to all be together when we wanted. The hot tub and fire pit were great features that we all enjoyed. The beds were also very comfortable. The location is perfect if you want to do some things on Seneca Lake and some on Cayuga Lake! The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great location to all the hiking locations. Beautiful house. Every bedroom was nicely decorated and host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely return again.

We had a family reunion and this house was perfect. It housed 11 of us comfortably. The dogs enjoyed the spacious back yard. We enjoyed using the large, well equipped kitchen for our large family meals. The only down side was that the hot tub was out of service. The owners were kind and offered compensation.

Fantastic rental for an out-of-town conference!

This was a great space to have a large group (12)- we had plenty of options for sleeping, and a large living room if people preferred sleeping bags over bed mates. The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a day of meetings, with options for conversation (fire pit, hot tub) or some solo time (running, walking on roads). It was only about 20 mins from Cornell, which was great for our group.

Perfect for Groups, close to Ithaca!

This stay was exactly what our group was looking for! We had a group of 12 visiting Ithaca for our 10-year college reunion. The houses 6 bedrooms fit us very comfortably and the living space was more than big enough to accommodate all of us. And we definitely took advantage of the fire pit and jacuzzi to get the whole group of us outside to enjoy the beautiful nature that the area has to offer. The house is in a nice neighborhood, but the backyard provides plenty of privacy from the neighbors. I will definitely be looking for this listing when our next reunion comes around!

Property was great! Plenty of room for our group of 7. Beds were a little too high. Bring your own firewood if you want to use the large fire pit, that wasn't in the property description. Host was really nice. Overall, a solid 10.

Vacation

We stayed at the property for three nights. Overall, everything went well. When booking the reservation, the owners were providing a percentage off. However, when paying with my credit card, the percentage was not taken off. I contacted the host and vrbo 3 times. I was finally given the discount, but it was not from the host it was from vrbo. In my opinion, it should’ve been the host that paid the discount.The three days we were there it was extremely hot weather in the 90s. I did not realize that they did not have central air. There were window air conditioners in all the bedrooms, except for one. The living room, kitchen and dining room were extremely hot. It was 80 in those areas. We did contact the host and by the next day they had a window air conditioner in the living room. That cooled the area down to around 75 which was manageable. The outside area was lovely. Nice fire pit and hot tub. We also had plenty of room. The beds were really nice: a thick memory foam mattress. The house was decorated nicely. However, I could tell that it was a rental house. The downstairs bathroom had a surround that was silicone caulk that was coming off. Paint on the trim and other things but that did not affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend the place
