Disfrute del Golfo de México desde el extremo tranquilo de Panama City Beach en esta unidad del tercer piso en The Commodore. Este GRAN baño de 1400 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios / 3 es perfecto para familias numerosas o para familias que viajan juntas. Con muchos asientos en toda la sala de estar, toda la familia puede disfrutar de la compañía del otro mientras se prepara para la diversión en el sol:

-Duerme 8 en camas - 10 en total
-2-Queens en el dormitorio delantero
-1-King en la habitación de invitados - Frente del Golfo
-1-King en Master Suite de gran tamaño - Frente del Golfo
- Sofá cama tamaño Queen en la sala de estar
-Cada habitación tiene un baño completo equipado con comodidades

-El área del comedor tiene asientos cómodos para 6 más tres en el bar del comedor. Amplia cocina con vistas al golfo y muchos armarios
-La unidad incluye: estufa, microondas, refrigerador / máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora y está bien equipada con pequeños electrodomésticos nuevos, utensilios y utensilios de cocina (con muchos extras).

We had a great stay. Condo is perfect for nearby restaurants and bars. People were very friendly in the common areas. Maintenance crew seen every day checking on pool and hot tub.We had a few issues at first, but were addressed quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. The floor to the condo was rather dirty upon entering. Children’s feet were black from walking around the room on day 1. The room was equipped with all essentials. The room to the left needed a new mattress badly. The shower needed some TLC because it leaked out the shower door on to the floor. It had a great view with shade from the palm trees.

If you are looking for convenience to beach, restaurants and St Andrews State Park this is the place to be. Easy check in, in constant contact with property management company, they were very helpful about check in and checking to see if we needed anything. A fun family vacation.

Hot tub was very hot and pool was on the cool side. Palm trees blocked sunset views. Recommend leaving tv/remote instructions. A/C stopped working and repair man was quick and said it was dirty and needed cleaned out. Ran fine afterwards.

We love the location of the commodore. The room was nice. Air works good. A little condensation in the bathroom but is expected with air running all the time. Would stay in the room again.

Awesome vacay 2020

We enjoyed everything about this property! Staff at the condo were super friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and had great views of the beach, even with the palm trees- which gave great privacy on the deck. Live the gulf group was very accessible and helpful. The property was very family friendly. The beach was amazing! Awesome vacation in spite of Corona. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family

We enjoyed staying here very much. Most everything we needed was provided and due to the detailed listing we were able to bring any needed items with us because we knew about it in advance. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor which was a pleasant surprise! There were sand toys, pool noodles and even 2 beach chairs for us to use during our stay. We had plenty of dishes, cups etc…the only thing lacking was paper towels and toilet paper, however, the detailed ad alerted us we would need to bring some extra.

Nice beds, great location on beach. No Crock Pot which is a family must…outdoor cushions are ripped & dirty as is inside chair couches. Beautiful Palm Trees but block most of the view…really like the commodore but this room needs to be updated for the rental price.

Great Vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed here. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly but the property manager was very quick to respond and get it taken care of. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The only minor downside of this place is that the balcony view of the pool/ocean is about 80% blocked by palm trees. Otherwise, we had an amazing family vacation! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very spacious and accommodated our party of five nicely. It definitely will hold more people. The view of the ocean is a bit obstructed by the palm trees but it wasn't really a big deal. The owners of the other condos are very nice and friendly. We had a blast and look forward to coming back next year!
