Stunning Sunsets and Beautiful Sun Rises ALL IN ONE + Beach Service Included

This beautiful 10th floor corner condo has gorgeous Sunsets and with the full wrap around balcony you can also have a beautiful view of the Sun Rise with your morning coffee. Tanya and I just acquired this slice of Paradise and are going to share it with you. This well decorated 3 bedroom has never been on on the rental market so it is like new. We have have put all new counter height Adirondack Chairs and tables on the balcony so you can relax and enjoy the waves and sunset. The condo is well stocked with every kitchen gadget that you can think of and great pots/pans to cook that great meal for your family if you so desire. The Master Bedroom has its own patio door that goes right out to the Ocean and the second bedroom has its own balcony too. The Pictures do not do this condo justice. The Double Beach Chair with Pads & Umbrella is included with your stay.

August 2021 Family Fun

My family and I had a great week in this condo. Owner/Property Manager communicated very well and condo was in good shape. Location near the State Park was wonderful for us and we used it almost every day. Looking forward to future trips here.

Great Place and Location

Steve was a phenomenal host. There were many small perks such as coffee pods, sugar, etc. that you don't find at most rentals. The place was just as described. The beach service was great. Everything was awesome and we will definitely be back to this condo!

Great Condo!

This condo is beautiful and very nicely furnished! Corner unit with a wrap around balcony, very nice balcony furniture, and comes with beach chairs also!! The owners are awesome and very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!! We loved it and it was perfect for our girls trip!

Great place.

I would highly recommend this place. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s a beautiful place, but you still feel at home. Every one there was very sweet and helpful. The host (Steve) was extremely hospitable and met all our needs! I would give it an eleven out of ten!

September Family Vacation

This property/unit is the perfect location for the East end of Panama City Beach - next to Schooners and the corner unit has an amazing wrap around balcony. The unit is exactly like the pictures show - beautiful and cozy with the added bonus of beach chairs included. The owners are the best - easy to communicate with - like we have known them for years! Highly recommend this property and unit!

Beach Bliss

PCB is our go to vacation spot each summer and this property is by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. The details of each room were so accommodating and well thought through! Steve was the best host and answered every question with thoughtfulness and in a timely manner. The beach service guys were the best! The complex were very secure and we will be back to this location in the future!

Amazing vacation

If you are going to PCB, this is the condo for you! Steve was super easy to communicate with and made arrival a breeze. The condo is spacious, well decorated and truly does have everything you need to relax and have a great beach vacation. The chairs on the balconies are perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. There are still repairs (to the condo property but not the condo)that are being made from the tornado last year but don’t let that stop you. Great location and convenient to restaurants on the quieter end of the beach.

Amazing Family Vacation!

From start to finish, first class all the way. Steve was very quick to respond and was great to visit with before our stay. Steve and Tanya’s end unit is immaculate and has beautiful views of the lagoon and beachfront. The wraparound balcony is awesome. Location is great, so close to great restaurants and shopping. We met Steve and Tanya on our last day, great people. I highly recommend them for your next stay in PCB.

Beautiful condo

The pictures were exactly what you get. Nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook in. Beds were comfortable and the unit I was clean and well maintained. Gorgeous view from the balcony with comfortable seating for 6. A/C ice cold when you want to get out of the heat. This is a great rental and the owner Steve very responsive if you need anything during your stay! We usually travel to PCB every 2 years and I will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice - wonderful views

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. We had just a few issues like the kitchen light not working but it didn’t hold us up from having a great time. Steve was very responsive to any communication. I have stayed at Seychelles several times and this is probably my favorite condo.

Well appointed!

The resort was well maintained (pool, grounds) and the unit was gorgeous. The wrap around deck was amazing to see the PCB sunrise and the beach side to see the sunsets. They had everything we needed to get started…toilet paper, tissues, Wi-Fi, pool wristbands, etc. Great recommendations for nearby restaurants, the fact that the beach chairs n umbrellas are included are great!! This is a nice part of PCB! Communications with owners was easy and helpful. Would for sure stay here again. Spend the $ n get the corner unit.

Great stay with amazing views!

Our stay at this Panama City Beach property was absolutely delightful! The unit was exceptional, featuring an amazing wraparound balcony that offered stunning views of both the bay and the beachfront. One of the highlights was watching the military jets fly by from the balcony, providing us with a unique and memorable experience. Steve, the host, was an excellent communicator, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was in excellent shape, and we found everything to be very comfortable. The added convenience of having beach chairs provided was a nice touch and made our beach outings even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with breathtaking views.

Amazing condo and owners!!!

We stayed at Seychelles last year in a different unit. Although we had attempted to rent the same unit, it became a blessing in disguise when not available. Our new owner and condo were wonderful!! Even with a few glitches starting our stay, our host was very accommodating and communicated as needed. We have been going to PCB for many years and stayed in many different condos. By far, this has been our best trip ever. Our thanks to Steve and are already looking forward to next year!!!

Mr. Dan and Ms Patty, thank you for the kind words and I agree it was a blessing to get to know you this year. Yes we had a hiccup up with the building painting (thank you for your understanding) and on your arrival with the TV remotes and then towards the end of your stay with the floor. The building painting is all complete and it looks great, the floor has now been completely replaced throughout the entire unit with all new vinyl planking. I cant wait until you can see it next year. Thanks again and stay in touch.

Great Condo

The condo was great! Lots of little extras that we usually have to bring or buy ... toilet paper, hand soap at all of the sinks, paper towel, coffee filters, spices, salt and pepper, etc. Steve was always prompt to reply whenever I emailed him. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great place

Seychelles is one of the newest condo buildings in Panama City Beach and is very well maintained. We are right next door to the Famous "Last Locally Owned Beach Club" Schooners. If you like to be in the crowded part of the beach, then Seychelles is NOT for you, we are located on the far East end of the beach where it is a lot quieter.
