Un apartamento muy bien presentado con impresionantes vistas al puerto .. Todo en el primer piso.
Plan de espacio abierto.
Sala de estar: con TV con canales Freeview, reproductor de DVD y puerta francesa que conduce al balcón.
Comedor.
Área de cocina: con horno eléctrico, vitrocerámica, microondas y nevera.
Dormitorio: Con cama matrimonial.
Baño: Con ducha sobre bañera, inodoro y radiador toallero. Calefacción, calentadores eléctricos, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas y Wi-Fi incluido. Lavandería con lavadora operada con fichas y secadora (compartida con otras propiedades en el sitio). Balcón con muebles de exterior. Estacionamiento asignado para 1 auto. No fumar, incluyendo balcón y aparcamiento. Top Deck es un apartamento en primera planta, muy bien presentado, con una posición envidiable en el tradicional pueblo pesquero de Brixham.

Internamente, el apartamento tiene un acabado de alto nivel y cuenta con un gran ventanal y un balcón amueblado para disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas del puerto, la ciudad y el mar.

El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación ideal, a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de Brixham. Aquí encontrará un encantador puerto para pasear, una selección de tiendas, cafés y pubs, así como una gran cantidad de restaurantes que sirven la pesca del día.

Se puede llegar a varias playas en un paseo de 20 minutos, como Breakwater Beach y Fishcombe Cove. Brixham, junto con Paignton y Torquay, conforman Torbay, con los complejos que ofrecen un total de 22 millas de costa para explorar. Si puede alejarse de la impresionante belleza natural que ofrece el área, hay una gran variedad de atracciones para llenar sus días, que incluyen el Zoológico de Paignton, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark y varias propiedades de National Trust.

We had a very enjoyable week at 6 Linden Court. The weather was cold but settled and this enabled us to go for some long walks and also enjoy some December sunshine on the balcony. The mattress was a lot softer than we are used to and unfortunately we didn't sleep well which was a pity because the location was otherwise very peaceful. Excellent Apartment

The property was spotless and furnished to a high standard. The views over Brixham Harbour were to die for. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend it.

The route to and from the harbour is far to hilly you need to declare in your jargon about London court how steep the rides are we are an older couple and found it very difficult getting up and down to the facilities, we would definitely not have booked it if there had been adequate information. We had a great stay over Easter, such a great location & the views are just amazing! The place was spotless & had everything we needed although as we had such wonderful weather it would have been nice to be able to eat on the balcony but this was just not possible, the table is not as shown in the photos & is not dining size/height. There are a few steps/hills to navigate to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb purely for the views. Overall a wonderful place to stay & lots of pubs/restaurants within walking distance to Brixham! We went on trips to Torquay & Dartmouth by boat & didn’t have to use our car one.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time. My holiday starts as soon as I see the view from the room. Everything is excellent apart from two minor points, a) tv picture keeps breaking up and b) table on verandah could be higher so we could sit down to a proper meal instead of stooping.
