Es hora de disfrutar de playas espectaculares, la suave brisa del mar y las impresionantes puestas de sol en uno de los lugares más pintorescos del mundo. Ubicado a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Kahului en el corazón del hermoso sur de Maui; Kihei Kai Nani se convertirá en su hogar lejos del hogar.
El condominio está a solo unos pasos de una de las principales playas de Maui, Kamaole II. La playa es tranquila, limpia y tiene un socorrista.

A little dated but clean,carpet in bedroom and living room.We were woken up by delivery trucks a couple of mornings at 3 am,turned on the air to drown it out.Beautiful lanai!

The Condo is in a great location with lots of food and activity options. The Condo itself was as described in the listing, but the floors need a deep deep cleaning. I'm not sure where the cleaning fees are going? Had to wear socks (hope they come clean after the trip) or flip flops while in the condo. Carpets, shower, and hard surface floors were very dirty (Owner - please clean them for future guests). Overall, it was a great stay, but the dirty carpet, and dirty floors was a major downer for the trip. I also want to note the AC is a single window unit, we used fans in the hall and living room to help cool the Condo. When you arrive, read the note boards to help figure out the lights. The lights are controlled by remote controls, this was confusing at first, but the note boards helped. If you choose to stay at this Condo, there is lots of the mineral type sunscreen in the hall closet and lots of beach gear to go enjoy the beach.I'm looking forward to my next stay in Maui, but it will be a a different Condo due to the filthy dirty floors.

Kihei Kai Nani stay

As always, our stay was wonderful at the Kai Nani. Great location, great beach, great condo, nice view from the lanai, close to restaurants, Foodland, shops, live music at Nalu’s and Tiki Lounge, weekly Bingo at Moose’s. We love it every time we come. Mahalo!

Comfortable, clean condo with great view.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, comfortable, clean condo. It is well stocked with all you need for the beach.We particularly enjoyed the view from the deck while having our coffee. In fact, it was hard to get up and leave that view. The pool was great, the people very friendly. Steps across from the ocean where you can view the sunset. During our stay, the whales were extremely busy and we had many sightings. Would highly recommend this condo.

START YOUR DAYS AT 3am.!

Decent condo. Dated. Carpets in living room and bedroom need to be removed and non-carpet floor covering used instead (carpeting is such a germ magnet). Teflon cook ware is below thrift store condition. The location is as described. Beautiful view!! THE NOISE FROM THE STRIP MALL NEXT TO THE BEDROOM SIDE IS HORRIBLE. The alley that the trash truck uses is right outside the bedroom window. Trash pickup is between 3am and 4am. Then around 6am the Subway restaurant gets its delivery with lots of banging and loud truck noise. Had a few issues that required owner response. The responses took too long IMO. The view, however, is great.😂

Location

We had a wonderful vacation @ this property. Close proximity to beautiful beaches, reasonable restaurants, excursion bookings, the sunset wall. We loved sitting on the lanai in the extremely comfortable rocking wicker chairs, we would joke to guests that stopped to visit, we really do leave haha. Was just so relaxing, tucked in from any winds or sun, with the most amazing views. The condo stayed cool with the cross breeze, no need for air. Loved walking down to the mango tree on the property daily. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks of a relaxing fun most beautiful vacation. Thanks for having us.

Family fun

Our family of four enjoyed our relaxing stay in Hawaii. The condo had enough room for us and our two children aged 13 and 10. We all enjoyed the large clean pool. The beach across the road (Kamaole 2 is visible from the patio) was beautiful and depending on the day we could either snorkel (seeing many different fish and even a turtle one day) or body surf. The margaritas next door at Fred’s were a delight and there were many shops to satisfy the teenager within walking distance. The condo was fully stocked (spices, blender, pool noodles and more). One of my favourite things about the condo was the patio where I could watch the whales breach and enjoy my morning coffee or a beer (depending on the time of day). We truly enjoyed our two weeks in paradise.

Perfect in every way!

This condo is in a great location and easy walking to spectacular beaches, great places to shop and awesome places to eat. I have read lots of comments/reviews about the noise in relation to KKN condo's and it's somewhat noisy anywhere you stay in Kihei. As far as this particular condo, the bedroom has an air conditioner unit, and if you turn it on (even just the fan part), it totally drowns out any and all noise in the area. Pull the wooden curtin and it also helps to block the noise and light. The bed was comfortable. The condo was well stocked for the beach ... towels, chairs, toys for kids, umbrellas and even a few coolers. The lanai (balcony) has great seating for meals and other comfy chairs to sit and drink your morning coffee, read or watch the sunset. There is a great view of Kameole' 2 beach and the famous Kam 2 sunset wall. We have stayed in several locations in this area and by far, KKN is one of our favorite places to stay. Would we stay in this particular condo again? ... ABSOLUTELY, it was comfy and close to all of our favorites in Kihei.

Good location. Nice pool

Checking in and put was a breeze. The room was cute and well stocked. Only complaints are there wasn’t a lot of storage in the closet and there was some noise from the stores nearby. We loved our stay and are glad we found this vrbo. There are some great food options that you can walk to as well.

Great base for Maui adventures

Great place to stay for my solo trip to Maui. Located in a town with plenty of beaches and restaurants, and a central location on the island. New AC unit in the bedroom worked great. Everything was clean and as advertised!

Close to Beach and clean!

A very nice condo and close proximity to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedroom, which was great. It did get quite warm in the main living area as there is no air conditioning there, but we found if we opened all the windows, it helped somewhat.

Good stay

I'm very familiar with area. We choose the unit due to location. The unit had pretty much everything you needed. Clean and great lanai. We did not get to enjoy the beach due to work but it looked like it had all the beach goodies needed. Only suggestion is to list the bed size on your posting. A full size bed for 2 adults is not feasible. My husband is a big guy we have a king bed at home. This was a problem for us as I had to sleep on sofa bed and it was not too comfy, my back hurt the entire stay. Besides that we had zero issues, would recommend if you don't mind the small bed.

I just purchased this condo from my Mom. She owned the condo for 16 years, and when she told me that she needed to sell it, I jumped on the opportunity to purchase the condo. We just could not let this gem go out of the family. I live in Colorado with my husband, six children and four grandchildren. We love all that Colorado has to offer, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, rafting, biking and hiking, but Maui is our favorite getaway to the beach!
