The views of Lake Como and the mountains were beyond expectation. Everything about the stay was well done including our initial inquiries as to the AC / Heat settings. Private parking was as promised but it was underneath the unit so stairs involved. We recommend this host!!

Awesome place and view

This was a great find, enjoyed every bit of it. Beautiful view of the lake from the deck. Villas was about a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the lake/town which we liked because your didn’t hear any of the town noise on the deck. Thanks for a great week.

5 Star Property Overlooking Lake Como

What a great place to stay on Lake Como! In the charming town of Bellano, this villa is perfect. Like everywhere in Italy, there are steps but Ettore helped with our bags. The kitchen is well stocked, the washing machine works great and there’s a coffee bar by the ferry dock in Bellano with wonderful chocolate croissants! And the view can’t be beat! Thank you, Ettore, for a wonderful stay!

The view from the patio was the most spectacular I have ever seen! The beds were so comfortable , and the apartment was very spacious. We are a family of four (two young adult daughters) who each had their own room. Every question I asked was responded to immediately. The town of Bellano is very charming. This is a wonderful place to stay! We had a rental car, and that was very much needed.

We enjoyed the patio overlooking the lake with beautiful Mountain View’s. We also were able to walk to town easily on the paths. You do have to climb on the return. Wonderful Lake Como Accommodations

Bellano is a beautiful, friendly lake town away from the heavy tourist traffic of Varena and Bellagio. We felt a part of the community. Our accommodations provided beautiful views of the lake with a spacious patio, beautiful and spacious rooms very well appointed. The host was very supportive and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The house is above the city providing maximum views of the lake. The walk up from the city center is a gentle slope after a flight of cobblestone stairs. Taxis are available but must be arranged by call or text.
