Hermosa casa porfiriana protegida por bellas artes, en el corazón de Colonia Roma., Uno de los centros culturales más importantes de la Ciudad de México, conocida por su gran vida social, galerías de arte, restaurantes, áreas boscosas, boutiques.
Conserva su fachada original de principios del siglo XX, a pesar de que el lugar está en perfecto estado como nuevo, en la planta baja está la cocina con todas las herramientas necesarias, sala de estar y comedor, algunos de los muebles que tiene son originales del período. Subiendo una escalera de caracol, En el primer piso hay hermosa habitación luminosa, una cómoda cama de matrimonio, cómoda con espejo, closet, baño. Tiene todos los detalles para hacer que sus estadios sean cómodos, todo el departamento es muy cómodo y limpio, tiene TV por cable y Wi-Fi.

Lovely stay

Nice building in a very walkable neighborhood.The apartment was very nice and easy to feel at home as a launching pad for enjoying mexico city. Important to know that the bathroom is up stairs with the master bedroom accessable via a circular staircase.

Grate place to stay

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, markets, late night tacos, even night clubs if that’s what you’re looking for. Our host was very accommodative, the place was comfortable and had style to it.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Lovely House. The location was walkable to many cafes, restaurants and stores. The home had all we needed for our short but wonderful stay in CDMX.

Wonderful Apartment, Incredible Location

This apartment truly is in the best location for exploring Mexico City! Very walkable with easy access to public transit too. Lisette was also a wonderful host, providing very helpful instructions, recommendations, and going above and beyond to make the apartment feel like a home. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely spot in Roma Norte

This accommodation is perfectly located in one of the hippest and amazing neighborhoods. Many great restaurants and tons of great street food. Close to the excellent CDMX transit system. The apartment has a private patio and is very secure. Lisette was very communicative and the apartment met all my expectations!

Simple and Safe Apartment in Charming Neighborhood

Lisette's apartment was clean, simple, and well equipped for our 6 day stay. The location is unbeatable, and we felt very safe walking home at night. Lisette was very helpful to communicate with before and during check-in. Would stay here again!

Perfect Location!

Great location in Roma Norte with easy access to everything. Stayed here for a whole month, no complaints. Host was great and accommodating. If you stay the whole month of August like me in CDMX be ready for lots of rain. Rained almost daily so come prepared! Recommend this place for a low key, quiet, affordable and convenient stay!

Beautiful and Great place to stay

It is a great place to stay, the house is beautiful, has everything you need for a long or short stay. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, wifi is also great and fast. Lisette is a ver kind host ,she explained me everything about he neighborhood and places to visit. She gave me a gift at my arrival. The location couldn't be better, you can walk to many different restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops, the subway and the bus stops are a few blocks away, I would definitely stay here again.

Great little apartment, well located, but not appropriate for everyone.

The apartment was as advertised, great price, compact, clean, lots of little supplies, great location, not luxurious, but comfortable, etc.. However, it was not clear in the ad that the bedroom and bathroom, were upstairs, connected by a very long circular staircase, the equivalent of 2 stories. This combined with the high altitude of Mexico City was a challenge for us as guests, perhaps not for others......

Listing not accurate

The place was listed as able to sleep three. My husband used the futon on the ground floor and it was so uncomfortable that we had to leave the place. The shower door did not close properly, the shower mat was disgusting, the bannister tail was not secure. The towels were old and threadbare. I would not recommend this place.

Safe but some improvements wouldn’t hurt

Cute little place but could be cleaner. Kitchen not well equipped. Clear lack of maintenance with non working shower door, light bulbs out, etc. Fridge dead and I told the landlady at checkout. Asked for late check out as a compensation. Was told cleaning lady would be there at 1pm and new guests at 2pm but that I could stay till 2pm. At 2:30 no cleaning lady and no guests still... I’d stay again if improvements were made. Add real coffee maker, upgrade dishes etc. Clean shower and bath before new guests. Loved the little table in the front outside. Area is great. Awesome gym around the corner and great safe walking to restaurants and bars. Bed super comfy, lots of linen, and very quiet place.

The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us traveling together and the neighborhood was lovely--plenty of things to do and also easy to get to other areas of the city on foot, in a ride share, or on public transit. Our only qualms were that the downstairs area smelled a little like rotting food despite there being none we could find, which we were able to remedy a bit ourselves by putting out baking soda to absorb the smell and using the scent spray under the sink. The staircase was also a bit more rickety than we would have considered ideal but we did not end up having any actual problems with it, thankfully. Overall a very comfortable stay with a kind and communicative host!

Beautiful and cozy place in the heart of Col Roma

This is the second time that I stayed at this house, is very confortable, has eveything for a pleasant holiday, kitchen, kitchen tools, paid tv, wifi, you can walk around in the beautiful colonia Roma, the location is great. The host is very nice and was always available.

Great location and very responsive owner!

We loved staying in this little place. Lizette was helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We think it could have been cleaner and the kitchen was lacking some basic items necessary to prepare breakfast or simple snacks. It is not really well suited to 4 renters-or even two who are not sharing a bed as the bathroom is up a circular staircase and through the bedroom and the sofa bed is not comfortable. It’s easy to get around from here and the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of terrific little restaurants.

Great location, great host, and good space.

Lisette was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived to show us around. The house was spacious for the two of us. It was in a great location, we spent a lot of our time just walking around the neighborhood. At night we felt completely safe and had no worries.

Beatiful, clean, confortable in excellent location

We had a great time exploring Mexico City while staying at Lisette´s home. Space is clean and confortable, with everything that we need. She was very friendly upon arrival and let us know all the hip places to check out in her neighborhood and in the city. The house is exactly as described. Yo can walk to many places, is a excellent location. Lisette met me last minute and very late at night, so she goes out of her way to make sure your acommodation goes well!! 5 stars all around!!, Will definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

Fantastic location. Everything was right at our doorstep. Lisette and Marco were very attentive.

Roma Norte has to be one of the premier neighborhoods in Mexico City. This property was amazing and perfect for 2 people over our 7 night stay. Provided everything we needed. A multitude of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets, street vendors etc. etc. right outside our door. Bring your walking shoes as this neighborhood begs for exploring on foot. We felt safe at all times and the locals are very friendly. Our hosts were readily available for all our questions and needs. Intend recommending this property to friends and would absolutely stay here on our next visit to this amazing city.

Safe place to stay!

This apartment is a nice place to stay! It has everything you need to feel like home!It has a full equipped kitchen,dining table,living room with Cable-TV and Wifi! And I have to say that is a very safe place! Not even because of its location!! I was staying there for two weeks during the big earthquake on September 19. The walls of this house are very thick (15 3/4 in. = 40cm) and make it very stable! Nothing happened to the house or the equipment inside when the earth was shaking! It helped me a lot to feel safe and I could sleep like a baby. The location of the house is also very nice. Before you step out on the street you have a inner courtyard where you find chairs and a table to join the morning sun or relax after a busy day!The neighborhood is very friendly and helpful too. Outside you have a lot of possibilities to join traditional mexican food at a lot of street stands as well as in restaurants. The next Metrobus Station is just 2 minutes far away.With the public transport system you can visit almost every place in the city! Lisette-the owner-is a very friendly and helpful person.If you need something you just need to contact her and she will be there within a short time! You shouldn't hesitate to book this place! I will come back soon! Thanks a lot Lisette!!

Great central location and cozy apartment
