The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer, classic coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a dressing room with hangers.
Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 bed
Bedroom 2: 140 x 200 bed
Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90 x 200 that can form a large bed of 180 x 200 of your choice.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.

A pantry equipped with a sink, a washing machine and a dryer is adjoining the kitchen.

The house is heated by the floor.

The lights of the terrace and the garden allow you to enjoy the outdoors at nightfall. The house also has a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for returning from the beach in the sand!
The garden is enclosed and an electric gate secures the driveway of the house.

A seasonal rental contract is drawn up after the booking to comply with French legislation. It takes into account the special conditions related to the booking platform.
