Este espacioso apartamento tiene dos amplios dormitorios con armarios empotrados y unidades de aire acondicionado.
El dormitorio principal en la parte delantera del apartamento tiene una cama doble king size con mesitas de noche.
El segundo dormitorio en la parte trasera del apartamento tiene dos camas individuales grandes.
El baño, ubicado entre las dos habitaciones, tiene un baño con ducha, inodoro y lavabo.
La cocina independiente está equipada con horno eléctrico, vitrocerámica y campana extractora, frigorífico, lavadora, microondas, hervidor de agua y tostadora. Second stay

Pros: comfortable beds/mattresses very good equipped kitchen quiet location wonderful palm, flowers and herbs in the garden very nice and polite owner of the apartment very good WIFI Cons: The cleaning lady should also clean the tiles under the beds and also anywhere in the apartment.

Very nice and quiet apartment

We liked the comfortable beds, well equiped apartment (especially the kitchen was very good). The neighbours were quit and despite of the fact that the apartment is located at the entrance of the complex and next to a street (but not many cars drive there) it is very quit there. The cleaning lady should better clean the apartment. There was a bush of hair in the sink strainer of the bathtub, cheese on the baking sheet and blood spots on the bed sheet from our predecessor. Nethertheless we would like to stay there again if possible.

Neo Chorio two bed apartment

Communication with the owner was quick, informative and easy. Our three weeks stay at this apartment was brilliant it had everything we needed - we will not hesitate to go again. It was a friendly community with shared pool and a lot of owners holidaying. A car is needed as it in a small village in the Akamas a perfect location for walking, being quite high up the views were also beautiful. The owner was a really good source of information even down to local halloumi cheese made to order and a nearby gin producer.

Peaceful Retreat

Property comfortable and well appointed. Robert had worked hard to provide everything you might need from plasters to entertainment to information about the area and local services. Good pool shared by under 30 properties which we always had to ourselves. Car a must for a couple of pensioners! Good value and suited us perfectly to recharge our batteries.

Quiet Apartment in Peaceful Village

This is a really nice apartment, the front veranda gets the Sun most of the day. The complex that the apartment is on, is within easy walking distance of the village centre, where the Koupas Stone Taverna did good, cheap food, as does the Smiyies Taverna, further up the village, towards the Smiyies picnic site, situated amongst the trees, which provided shade in the heat of the noon day Sun. The pool was still war, enough to swim in, which I did every morning. A lovely holiday

Great place to spend a vacation!!!

We enjoyed every instant of our stay at the Neo Chorio residence for the following reasons: 1. The location is just fantastic, close to Paphos and Troodos mountains just on the hills overlooking the Akamas Bay. It enables one to explore both the gorgeous shoreline with its villages and the islands' hinterland (e.g. Troodos mountains). LAchi port is very charming-just 5 min. drive from the apt. 2. The house itself was clean, spacious, VERY quiet and fully furnished with all the kitchen utensils and the KING-SIZE beds in EVERY bedroom. 3. The owner-was very helpful and it was very easy to find the house (thanks to his useful directions). 4. The village itself is just a perl, a serene and picturesque Cypriot town with typical old buildings and fine restaurants and tavernas that cater every pocket and taste. We'd love to come back to this residence by all means!!!Definitely the best value for money!

Stunning location

Spent two weeks in this comfortable apartment , all facilities were as described,didn't use the pool as it was a bit cold but lovely situation.what was so lovely was the peace and quiet, would highly recommend this apartment,Thank you Robert , would like to come again.

calm and relax

Thanks Robert for your apartment. it was perfect for us. We had a lovely time there. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic view from the veranda. I realy missed your veranda. I think you to :) The complex was in a quiet aria. Perfect for relaxation!

I am a retired scientist. When I was young I used to live on one of the sovereign base areas and enjoyed the lifestyle, particularly the almost continuous sunshine and the relaxed way of life. I decided to buy a property in Cyprus to get away from the long cold miserable Winters in the UK. I chose the Polis area as it is less developed than the South coast and reminded me of how things were forty years ago when I lived in Cyprus!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I purchased this apartment about sixteen years ago with a view to spending the Winter in Cyprus and then renting it out in the Spring/Summer/Autumn. Most of the teething troubles with the apartment and the complex have now been sorted out and I find it pleasant to live on the edge of the village of Neo Chorio. The locals are reserved but friendly when you get to know them and the village shops and tavernas are always welcoming and good value for money. I enjoy walking in the hills around Neo Chorio and through the meadows down to the Baths' of Aphrodite, there is always a variety of wildlife to see and hear including the Egyptian fruit bats that frequent the village from their cave in a nearby ravine, the frog chorus from the village spring and the ubiquitous goats.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Neo Chorio is a peaceful village with a relaxed way of life although the marina at Latchi is only a short drive or walk away. My apartment gets the sun all day long. When it gets too hot on the front veranda, the rear veranda provides a comfortable alternative particularly in the late afternoon sun. The pool is not heated but you will probably appreciate this as you will need to cool off when the sun is at its peak! There are many walks around the village and beyond into the Akamas which are best explored in the Spring and Autumn or at dusk in the Summer when the sights and sounds of the wildlife provide a backdrop to the stunning scenery! In the morning you can wake up to the tinkle of the goats' bells or the sound of village church bells and choir on a Sunday!
