Stunning Views

The beautiful views are exactly as depicted on the website ..there are also stunning sunsets over the mountains. The location is great peaceful and relaxing a minute's walk to the sea but only a few minutes drive to both Polis and Latchi with bars, shops, restaurants and the Marina where you can hire a boat or have an organised trip to the blue lagoon. The villa is well equipped. The pool area is lovely for both day and evening. A couple of less positive points - the villa is quite tired in places - how much does it cost to replace a cracked lamp and broken lampshade! The bedding being used whilst clean was old - our bedsheet was covered with bobbles. As there weren't any fly screens you couldn't leave the windows open at night to take advantage of the lovely sea breezes but in all such a nice place to relax.

La maison est idéale pour des vacances reposantes et pour découvrir le nord de Chypre! Elle est très bien équipée, spacieuse et agréable. Une voiture est toutefois nécessaire pour se déplacer et faire quelques courses. L’accès wifi est bon.

Environnement tres bruyant même la nuit car 3 villas de vacances tres proche les une des autres

Tres limite en produits de toilettes et serviettes de salle de bains et piscine. Strictement aucun produit alimentaire comme sel poivre sucre huile ni eau ni fruits etc sauf a payer un supplément. Donc location brute de coffrage.dommage également que l'eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffee.enfin tres bruyant voir insupportable la nuit compte tenu de la proximité des 3 villas piscine ne soit pas chauffée.

Blue Bay Villa Nicole was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor area was so peaceful and the pool was really fabulous. The location and the villa were perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. We spent most of our time at the villa, swimming, relaxing or walking in the beautiful countryside. We will definitely be staying at this villa again, hopefully very soon. An amazing holiday!

We had a wonderful time. Blue Bay Villa Nicole had everything we needed for a great stay and is in a great location. The nearest beach is just a 1-minute walk, which was a plus. Text messages from the agency during our stay to check if we needed anything were really appreciated. We also spent a nice time at nearby Argaka and Agia Marina where we enjoyed tasting local food and drinking some of the wines. We went back home very satisfied.

Great holiday spends at Blue Bay Villa Nicole and Polis. The villa is spacious and very well appointed and the air-conditioning is a real bonus. The view is breathtaking, and we spend most of our nights there. The pool is also wonderful with plenty of loungers for everyone. We already visited Latsi Beach and Akamas National Park which are really amazing. Excellent customer service. We do not hesitate to recommend this villa to all our friends!

Excellent holiday without issues. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. The beds were comfy. Nice private pool and terrace. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. Many thanks to the agents and the family who own Blue Bay Villa Nicole.

Just what we liked. Away from all the tourist crowds, but still near the beach. All the bedrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa was well-equipped, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The cherry on the cake was the terrace with an amazing sea view. Thank you for organizing the most perfect holiday that we ever had!

The villa had everything we needed and the bonus is that is too close to the beach, just 100 meters. It was clean and the cleaner visited us two times during our stay for a light cleaning (changing the bedding and towels). The owner is friendly and helpful and doesnt intrude on your stay but its nice to know she is there if you need anything. Our requests were met with a high level of efficiency and speed even on a Sunday evening! The description of the villa is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Polis generally. It was absolutely brilliant. Very pleasant stay.

It was lovely to find some basic items in the fridge on arrival (including wine). Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. The views from the terrace toward the sea were superb and a nice sand-and-pebble beach with a great snorkeling reef was only a 1-minute walk away. The whole service from start to finish was excellent. Great customer experience. We are coming back for our next holiday!
