Here Comes the Sun se encuentra en Calabash Boom, a solo unos minutos en coche de las tiendas, bares / restaurantes, senderos y playas de Coral Bay. Es una escapada a la isla un poco apartada de la ruta, pero bien ubicada para algunas de las mejores actividades de St. John tiene que ofrecer.

The most perfect honeymoon stay we could have asked for. Sam and Kim were delightful hosts that were always available if we needed them and very detailed/communicative. This home had everything you could possibly need, we loved all the personal touches and details put into this house, between the lovely conch shells shower, binoculars, fruit trees, perfect condition kitchenware and beach items that we needed for all out adventures. The location was perfect for us as it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go and the less crowded side of the island. Every morning sitting on the deck eating breakfast with that gorgeous view was a dream. Thank you so much, we look forward to our next trip here!

Amazing Views

We sooo enjoyed our stay at Here Comes the Sun!! Sam and Kim were wonderful hosts and provided great advice for our stay and adventure. The need to rent a 2 door jeep is 100%accurate. Sam and Kim provided all the extras to make our stay super fun and comfortable. From the cooler and floating chairs to beach umbrella and bugspray, everything was perfect. Hikes, vistas and beaches were all amazing. Only advice to other travelers to St John would be to bring your hiking poles, and watch your step!

St. John Base Camp

Here Comes the Sun is a nice base camp for St. John. The view and sunrises are amazing. Trunk and Cinnamon bays within 30 minutes drive.

Feb Vacation week

This is our second time at this property and love it. We feel that the owners keep things in top shape. The views are amazing and full kitchen set up. The cottage has anything you would need.

Swim with the Turtles!

Very pleasant stay on this property for 8 nights on St John. Many beaches that were very clean and teeming with snorkeling attractions on the island. Property was clean and had a great view. Bed was comfortable and a/c was adequate. Would stay there again for sure. Property Manager has very specific instructions and recommendations to make your stay as hassle-free as possible so take the time to read and watch the material provided to you.

Amazing views and great area!

The description of the property is spot on. The views really cannot be beat. We loved the Coral bay part of St John. We did snorkeling trip on Cruz Bay side and were so happy that we stayed on the more remote side of the island. If you are timid driver this is probably not a great idea, but that could be said about driving on the island in general. Definitely recommend closely watching the video that Emily sends. Once you do the drive to the cottage the first time it’s really not a big deal. You are close to Salt Bay and Brown Bay which were our favorites so for us the location was absolutely perfect. So happy with our choice to stay at Here Comes the Sun!

We had a wonderful week here in this awesome home away from home. It is very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The views were spectacular. Highly recommended.

Views Abound

1. Clean. This is the cleanest property you will find in Coral Bay. No bugs, no ants, no mess (the entire time). 2. Fantastic views of Hansen Bay, Tortola, Norman Island, and Virgin Gorda. 3. Thoughtfully organized and stocked. 4. Air Conditioning. Separate units on upper and lower level. Works great. You don't have to do much research on Coral Bay area rental properties to realize this is quite a luxury. 5. Property manager Emily is thorough and detailed in rental information and communication. I wish all rental property managers were as detailed oriented as she is for Here Comes The Sun. Great job! Overall assessment: Put this cottage on your short list for any Coral Bay area rental.

Beautiful View and All the Comforts to Enjoy St John

Loved the view from the deck and the property's landscaping. The cottage is neat, tidy, and well equipped. Very comfortable and in a nice location to enjoy the beauty of St' John's quieter Coral Bay, eastern and south-eastern locations. Communication from the owners and property manager was excellent. Be sure to pay close attention to their guidance on parking, visiting St. John, and use of the property. Their advice was right on. Loved our stay here and hope to return!

Terrific Vacation

We were more than pleased with Here Comes the Sun. It was everything that the pictures showed and more. All our needs were fulfilled. Emily answered any questions we had before and during. We saw so many sea turtles and stingrays we lost count. The beaches were beautiful. The wildlife or not so wild animals were enjoyable. We would definitely come again and stay at Here Comes the Sun.

Amazing week on St John

This was our first time to St John and this home did not disappoint!! Communication with the property manager was easy, Emily was super helpful and quick to respond. The owners were so kind and welcoming. The property was perfect for my husband and I to take a break for a week. It had everything we needed and incredible views. We loved the quietness of Coral Bay and will 100% be back again!!

Great Location and Wonderful Place to Stay

We love this part of St. John. It has beautiful views and is close to some of the best beaches on St. John. The house is great! It was very clean and really comfortable. It came with all kinds of nice little amenities and Emily; the host was very friendly and helpful. Rhumb Lines which quickly became our favorite restaurant is just a few minutes away and there is a good little pizza place called the Salty Mongoose it is also just down the road. We would happily stay here again.

An amazing week

Our host was outstanding and attentive. The cottage had everything we needed for a week of fun and adventure. Well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The views are incredible and the breeze on the top deck was perfect. Great location for visiting North, South and East beaches. Hiking trails nearby as well. Would definitely book again

Beautiful views

We absolutely loved our stay at Here Comes the Sun. Emily was so helpful and the views are gorgeous. We loved having breakfast each morning on the deck and drinks at night. After your first trip up the drive it's easy and the location is really convenient. Staying on the Coral Bay side felt like we rewound to our trips to the islands years ago and it was truly a vacation (much needed after 2 years of pandemic life!). The house was well equipped with coolers, chairs, and more. We will definitely be back!

Amazing views, great well maintained property

As the title says this place has it all. The views are spectacular. It is very well maintained and extremely clean. This is our second time staying here and won’t be our last. Emily is extremely responsive. Evenings on the deck with the wind and beautiful view made our stay. My wife is already missing her time here. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

After canceling because of Covid last year this was a very anticipated trip. This property did not disappoint. It’s everything that is advertised and more. The host was amazingly helpful and was there for our every need. We can’t wait to return.

AMAZING!! Would 100% Stay Again

This property was just incredible. Perfect for my husband and I. The view is beyond words. The roads are rough getting to the house, but you get that view - so well worth it. The property was super clean; Emily was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with awesome info which was so helpful since we had never been to St. John before. It was so good I actually cried leaving. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view to wake up to

You lie in bed looking at a gorgeous view! I welcomed the sun every AM from the deck, coffee in hand. It is a bit of an adventure, so worth it! Enjoyed every moment. Directions were clear, communications great, property was clean with lots of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, etc. Make sure you stop at Crabbys for snorkeling gear and ask about catamaran adventure, we were so glad we did!
