Este luminoso y acogedor apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado, apartamento de 2 dormitorios con vista panorámica, ubicado en un edificio tradicional de Lisboa (sin ascensor).
Se encuentra en el histórico y famoso distrito de Alfama, junto al castillo de San Jorge.
¡Este luminoso apartamento cuenta con una terraza con una maravillosa vista del río Tajo y la ciudad!
Diseño contemporáneo en un edificio tradicional.
A pesar de estar en el centro del casco antiguo, el apartamento está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, ya que puedes caminar para visitar las principales atracciones turísticas, como el Castillo de San Jorge, Sé Catedral, Alfama, Chiado, Feira da Ladra, Baixa y los alrededores. al río, donde se puede practicar senderismo o ciclismo. Desde el apartamento también se puede llegar fácilmente a uno de los principales miradores de Lisboa "Miradouro Portas do Sol", que también se encuentra cerca del "Belvedere de Graça". El famoso tranvía 28 pasa a solo 100 metros del apartamento.

The apartment was clean and well taken care of. The host was responsive before and after with any of our questions. There was a minor issue regarding a key that the previous guest had accidently taken but was quickly resolved as well as an extra two rolls of toilet paper were dropped off after we inquired. There were many reviews regarding the low ceilings and the 5 flights of stairs so none of that was a suprise or an issue for us. It would be difficult if over 5 ft 8 in my opinion as even at 5 ft 2 I bonked my head a few times. Great area, great stay, great beds, great host.

The best part of this rental is the small deck and the view - amazing. The apartment itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes, it is a 4 flight walk up but it's worth it - you'll do a lot more uphill just walking around exploring the city. We were able to drop off our luggage early as we arrived early than the 4pm check in. That was much appreciated. It's a great location - quiet but very close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend and would return.

Great views great location

We had a great but short stay and enjoyed it here. Very close to many restaurants and attractions. Listing is as you see it. The only thing I would not recommend is anyone tall staying here. It was good for us but being 5’4” even I bumped my head 1 time. But with the vaulted ceilings comes the best views, worth it and would definitely return here.

Great location and nice apartment

As others have said the ceilings are low in many places and it’s impossible not to bump your head at times. I had a consistent 1 day lag on messages being read and replies to which was frustrating. It’s also not easy to find since Bolts are not allowed to access the area to the door which should have been better explained. Overall the property is well maintained and location is great if you want old town Alfama.

Great stay in Alfalma!

Beautifully decorated modern flat in Alfalma. We loved the neighborhood and ability to walk to so many attractions, bars and restaurants. We stayed in June which made our stay even more fun!!! The parades, festivities and parties that occur throughout three streets of the neighborhood are joyful and unmatched.

Excellent view, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and quality linens. Needs a bit of maintenance regarding the AC. Also the sofa needs to be replaced. It was worn and tattered. Overall it was a comfortable flat.

Absoluter Pluspunkt des Appartements ist die Lage und die schöne Aussicht. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr zuverlässig und gibt wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise für den Aufenthalt. Wenn dann auch noch das Wetter stimmt (wie bei uns), dann ist ein Gute-Laune-Aufenthalt nahezu gesichert. Über Kleinigkeiten, die nicht zu ändern sind (die niedrigen Decken mit Kopfstoßgarantie) und Kleinigkeiten, die geändert werden sollten (Abnutzungserscheinungen insbesondere im Bad), konnten wir gerne hinwegsehen.

Cozy Apartment in Alfama

The property was clean, cozy, and in a great location just around the corner from Castelo de Sao Jorge; steps from shopping, restaurants, and even music. We were well aware of the lack of the elevator so just prepare to have to walk up several flights of stairs. The beds were comfortable, adequate space/storage to store clothing, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The views from the balcony are simply gorgeous. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing. As noted, taxis cannot get to the front of the apartment due to narrow street and general lack of access so you will be dropped off about 150 feet from the front door and will require to walk uphill. When provided with the information to access the front door for the first time electronically, be sure that you're provided with a "live" link. We had some difficulty unlocking the door because of this. Once I had an actual link, the door unlocked perfectly and throughout the entire stay. I'm commenting on this simply as a tip for future guests, not as a criticism of the apartment, location, or the host. She was very responsive and kind. We felt like we were "home" over the 7 days that we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and highly recommend it.

Great apartment with fantastic view on beautiful location. Be advised it is uphill (with bus conveniently close) and is on the fourth floor. But it all is worth the effort !

Everything we hoped for

We enjoyed our stay at this unique home in Alfama! We will start with the view! Spectacular, perfect for morning sunrises and star gazing at night. The bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable for nights rest. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower and we enjoyed the window views. The kitchen was suitable for our stay. Our only request would have been stocked coffee and laundry detergent.. The property manager responded to the laundry request right away and offered to bring the next day but we needed it that night. So not a big deal as we purchased it for our need that night. The welcome basket was a great addition and it was delicious & made the arrival feel warm and friendly. I would recommend this stay for adults and families older children., Pack lighter as there are near 60 steps to climb, which is mentioned in the bio. And as mentioned cars can’t always get closer so you will need to carry your luggage through the streets. We didn’t mind this as we really took all that into consideration for packing light. That’s why we need the washer quickly form our 7day travel prior to this stay. One last consideration I saw in another review. A broom or something to push the rain wafer out for the balcony . We only had 1 hard rain but we couldn’t enjoy the views on our last night & morning because it was about an inch deep. Overall we would be back. This was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Lovely stay in Alfama

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is wonderful and the view from the terrace is top notch ! We did experience a minor issue when arriving due to having the incorrect access link for the door , but the owner Patricia responded right away to correct the issue. We also had an issue with the facilities in the bathroom on our last day. Despite some minor issues we had a nice time and are looking forward to coming back to Lisbon as soon as we can.

Nice stay

The apartment itself was great, but watch your head if you are over 5'5! Also be prepared to walk up a steep hill and then five flights of stairs (there is no elevator!) We had some problems with the key not working to the downstairs door, but were able to contact the owner or catch another family coming in or out most of the time.

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay with my husband and two teenage daughters. The views from the balcony was amazing. You have all the necessary kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. Host was always quick to reply and solve any issues.

Great Location, Great View.

This property is as pictured. The balcony/terrace area has a wonderful view of the water. The location is wonderful, everything is close, the neighborhood is quiet and I never felt unsafe. The property is a 4th floor walk up and because it’s at the top of the building some of the ceilings in the apartment are slanted. I’m just under six feet and I had to be aware. My interaction with host was great and accessing the property was very easy.

Enjoyable stay in a nice location.

Overall this was a very enjoyable stay, and we would consider staying again when we return to Lisbon. The host was responsive and accomodating, and was flexible on allowing us to check in a bit early which we really appreciated. They also left a wonderful welcome gift of wine and tinned fish :). Thank you!! We were sold on the property by the pictures of the view from the terrace. We were fortunate to have mostly clear days to take advantage. The terrace does have drainage issues however. During our stay there were short periods of rain and the grading of the concrete terrace slopes away from the 3 drains, so the majority of the terrace stayed covered in water, where it was hard to enjoy it. I would suggest equipping the unit with a squeegee to help move the water down the drains. The stairs to the unit were not an issue for us, but would be for some. Just FYI. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures are beginning to show some wear as well. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed having so much space! All in all a very nice unit that could be perfect with a couple minor fixes.

Amazing!!!

Many thanks to Patricia, who was a wonderful host and great communicator. We loved the apartment in Alfama, the perfect location to explore Lisbon. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. If you are not scared to walk a lot of stairs every day, you will get rewarded by amazing views from the beautiful terrace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. Thanks Patricia for everything!!!

Great Location

I really liked the location. It’s central to a lot of great sites and restaurants in Lisbon. Keep in mind it is five floors up with no elevator so if you are not in good shape, this will be a challenge. Of course, Lisbon is hilly as well so also keep that in mind. The property also has some low ceiling clearances. Check in is very easy with the app. Overall, excellent stay.

Place was clean. Views are beautiful. There are alot of stairs to the apartment so if you have any issues with stairs or walking it can be an issue. The ceilings were low and so occasionally my husband hit his head but overall a good place .
