Amplio, recién amueblada, remodelado y decorado con un plan de piso abierto precioso. 3 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños - adosado, situado a poca distancia de los principales servicios de Lake Placid Village y tiendas de clase mundial y restaurantes. Es sólo 15 minutos en coche de la montaña de Whiteface, muy cerca de atracciones Monte Van Hoevenberg, el Aeropuerto Placid Lake, Horse Show Grounds y trampolín olímpico complejo. Ver a los competidores Ironman desde su porche! En el invierno, asegúrese de llevar sus patines de hielo para utilizar en el pequeño estanque situado cerca de la entrada a la planta baja de la casa urbana.

Introducir en la planta baja con un montón de espacio para su equipo de deportes de verano o de invierno. Este nivel tiene un dormitorio, sala de estar con TV, reproductor de DVD y consola de juegos, baño completo y lavadero. La planta principal cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con una isla, de planta abierta, sala de estar con televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana con DVR y PlayStation3 (para juegos, Blu-Ray y DVD), comedor y medio baño. El tercer piso tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Un montón de espacio para que cada uno hacia fuera y ser cómodo! Wi-Fi de alta velocidad en todo!

Summer stay in Lake Placid

This condo is a great spot for families and groups! Michael was very accommodating and made sure we had all we needed for our family and little ones to be comfortable. Very close to town, the Olympic venues and hiking spots!

Lovely home! Great location!

We went to lake placid for a weekend of skiing at Whiteface mountain. The home is a lovely mountain / small town getaway that oozes Hygge (cozy :-)) vibes. Layout is perfect for a family with three floors and large common area. Michael and Emily are attentive hosts and super responsive. Would stay again.

The Perfect Location and Space for our Family

This was the perfect location and home for our long weekend vacation. Michael was easy to reach and very helpful right from the beginning, answering any questions we had and offering tips and recommendations for our stay. The property is in easy walking distance to Main Street and all the shops, restaurants, activities and Olympic venues on and around Mirror Lake. Also close to other Olympic sites, Whiteface, and XC ski locations. And the layout and space in the home was just right for our group which included myself, my husband, my mother, and my two children (ages 11 and 14). The kids took the downstairs space while the adults were upstairs. The main floor was open and easy to spread out in but still allowed us to feel like we were together. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat in. Parking was easy and access to load and unload our ski gear and luggage was great. We would definitely stay at this location again - anytime of the year. Highly recommend!

Great place for two families!

This property was perfect! 1) 2 sets of parent slept on 2nd floor, kitchen and living room on 1st floor, three kiddos stayed in basement in bunk room. 2) Open living room and kitchen gave us PLENTY of seating and could easily converse, eat, and watch tv. From the pictures, it looks a bit cramped - let me tell you that it was not. Very easy to move around. 3) 2 parking spaces 4) Had all the amenities that we could want (except we couldn't find washcloths, but it wasn't a deal breaker). Washer and dryer if needed was nice. 5) Nice basement foyer to hang winter coats and place winter gear and ski boot bags without getting too crowded to walk. 5) Literally steps from Lisa G's restaurant It was tough to walk far into town - just a smidge too far in 50 mph winds. We made it to the speed skating oval. I'm sure in the summer it would have been fine. We would definitely rent again!!

Perfect

We had a great experience, This property is spotless, easy access and extremely comfortable. We were in the area for a long golf weekend and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more, walking distance to downtown Lake Placid and a short drive to our golf destinations, highly recommend this property, owners were great, we will definitely be back

Great family vacation

The condo had all we needed and was super comfortable. Lake Placid is a great little town in the Adirondacks and the condo is in a perfect location to enjoy the town, Olympic sites and surrounding area. We climbed Mt Marcy and Cobble Hill; enjoyed Ausable Chasm and High Gorge Falls; made the drive up to Whiteface, which on a clear day is spectacular!

Great Lake Placid condo

We had a great time in Lake Placid and the condo was perfect for our purpose. Good location, 15 min walk from the town center and on the way to hiking areas. The condo was clean and as described. It has all you need. Communication was straightforward without any hick ups.

Peaceful oasis after our busy days!

This property was perfect for our family and was a comfortable place to return to at the end of our busy, full days. We enjoyed having all of the amenities (kitchen, laundry room, etc.) at our fingertips and being able to get away from the business in town. The location is perfect and extremely convenient to Main Street, Whiteface Mountain, and many other points of interest. It's clean, well maintained, and well appointed. We would definitely utilize this property again for our future trips to Lake Placid.

Perfect spot to check out Lake Placid & surrounds

This condo was an amazing location for my friends and I to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event! Not only close to all the sites necessary for the event, but perfect proximity to town, restaurants and other area sites! The condo is tastefully decorated giving you the true Adirondack feel with a perfect bedroom and living area set up! We enjoyed both our coffee and wine on the cute deck right off the living room! The owners were very friendly and responsive both before and after our stay. Highly recommend this home for small groups coming to the Lake Placid area!

Fantastic townhouse ... had a great time!

What a great location, and a really nice place to stay. We had two families (one from the West coast) planning on spending a few days in Lake Placid. Everything about the house was really nice... kitchen had all of the pots/pans/other stuff that we needed to cook. The bedrooms were really nice... we had 4 kids staying in the bedroom downstairs, and it worked out really well. Love the decor... we were inspired to watch the movie "Miracle" after touring the Olympic facilities during our stay. Very conveniently located to the downtown area... we walked there several times during our stay. The owners were great to work with, very good communication prior to our stay. Would totally come back again, thanks so much!

A Wonderful Week!!

We rented this condo for a week while we attended a tournament for our son. We were a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Our teenage sons loved having the basement level to themselves - family/game room, bedroom, full bath. There was plenty of space in the middle level for family time - kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath. Convenient to all the Lake Placid sites. Recently updated with everything you need and very comfortable. The owners were extremely easy to deal with. We plan on reserving this same condo next year!
