Lake Placid Cottage close to town

Cozy and comfortable full cottage with 3 bedrooms including a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room that has a full/twin bunk and a full separate bed in the room as well. Mountain views to the east and a short walk to the village. A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower.

Convenient to downtown.

We are here if you need us and have local assistance available as needed.

The Lake Placid House is located on a quiet neighborhood street and is a very peaceful location but very convenient to the village.

You will have full access to the house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate hang out spaces. There is also storage areas to accommodate skiers, space to store mountain bikes or just some extra space for most activities. There is also a full laundry room that is available for use if needed.

The finishes in the space allow you to fully settle in to the Adirondacks. Stainless steel appliances provide modern amenities and the ability to enjoy a well stocked kitchen.

There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Perfect house for our girlfriend get away. It was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Host was great about giving us recommendations for restaurants and hiking.

Six friends stayed for a week. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room to bring our bikes inside. Well located in proximity to Main St. Communication was very prompt when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again

Jake & Bryce were fantastic hosts! Convenient enough to walk to the main strip but also felt secluded enough if you didn't want to be right in the mix. Awesome location, house and even better hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Lake Placid.

This house was perfect for the long weekend. Clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed, plenty of games and TVs. Close enough to walk downtown and to nice restaurants but not loud and in a cute neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time and the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our host, Bryce, was always extremely friendly and the communication was great. We loved hanging out at the fire pit at night. Great location and easy to walk or drive to many locations. Our kids enjoyed the arcade tokens and the pint glass was another nice touch. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend!!

This was our first time in Lake Placid, and the house was in the perfect location to walk to stores, restaurants and a couple of venues! Everything was perfect in the house and we were able to fit 5 adults, 1 child and a newborn very comfortably!The host, Bryce, was in constant communication and gave us some amazing suggestions for restaurants and fun stuff!Cannot say enough great things! It was an amazing vacation!

Home away from home

I recently took my kids with a friend each for a little getaway to Lake Placid over their school break. I was so happy to have found this place! The location is great for walking to the village and just a short drive to Whiteface and all of the other fun things to do in the area. There was plenty of space, super comfy couches, games, puzzles, etc. and the host Bryce was quick to respond to any questions I had. We didn’t do any cooking while there, but if we had, they were fully stocked. Highly recommend!

Lake Placid House

The accommodations were excellent, great living room setup.We took our grandson and there was a lot for him to do and lots of room for him to move.The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms had a lot of room in them.We will definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect Stay

Myself, two best friends, and our partners stayed at The Lake Placid House for four days for a ski vacation and had the best time! We were easily able to walk into town (please reserve Lisa G’s for dinner one night - so good) and White Face was just a short drive. The home was lovely and suited our needs perfectly!

Excellent stay!

We were here for a hockey tournament and can not say enough good about the house and the host! Everything we needed was available for us, beds were comfortable and the fire place was a hit. Would recommend this place over and over!

Fabulous house right in walking distance to downtown Lake Placid

Great property clean. Enough room for the whole family. The proximity to a bunch of things right in Lake Placid was ideal. Enough inside the house with games and video game systems and TVs to keep everybody happy

Lake Placid Getaway

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home was perfect for our weekend stay. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and shopping. 6 min drive to supermarket. This was the perfect place to park your car for the weekend and not worry about getting a parking spot downtown. We will definately be back.

Great getaway

Very rustic feel to it. Fit our family of 7 comfortably. I loved how there was a fire pit as it was still chilly. The house is away from the main street, so theres privacy. However its still super close to everything. Will definitely book again.
