The large “Smart TV” offers the possibility to play fun apps with games, listen to music or watch Netflix. The living room is adjacent to a cozy terrace with sitting area and umbrella and has a view of the beautiful swimming pool and garden.

The 2 bedrooms both have their own air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a large 2 bed which is equipped with very high quality mattresses. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet and rain shower. In this bedroom are spacious fitted wardrobes and a private safe. Towels and linen are amply available. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which are also equipped with high-quality mattresses. This bedroom uses the 2nd bathroom which also has a toilet, rain shower and adjustable heating.
The open kitchen with cozy bar is fully equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances such as: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and extractor. Of course there is a coffee maker and kettle. There is also plenty of cutlery, glasses and other crockery. The apartment has a balcony with dining table adjacent to the living room and a spacious roof terrace (solarium) of 58 m2 from which you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the shared garden and the sea! The roof terrace is furnished with a beautiful lounge sofa, a 6 person dining area, 4 sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water, BBQ and outdoor shower. The whole is further provided with beautiful outdoor lighting. The apartment is new and completely finished with the best materials in accordance with the new European standards. The entire complex is safe, closed and protected and you have access to a videophone with door opener so you can see who is at the door downstairs. The apartment has its own private space in the underground parking with remote control.

Cot hire: € 15 per stay.
Renting a high chair: € 15 per stay.
Special winter price: Wintering in this attractive apartment is possible in the low season. For this we ask 250 € per week, including water, electricity and linen and for a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
Airport pick-up and return service: Upon request, you can pick up and be brought back to and from the airport at an additional cost. Additional cost is € 50 one way.
