Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Sylvia even had often-forgotten items like small sized shampoos, soaps, etc, (even extra toothbrushes!), which we've never had in vrbo rentals before. Tg he small details like these made our stay particularly good. The vie es of the lake was also fantastic! We would definitely recommend!

I entered an immaculate condo fully equipped with sheets, towels, etc. Host was EASY to communicate with and quickly handled any questions I had. Sad to leave!!!

Nice get away

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (including upgraded patio furniture minus a table umbrella-lost/broke due to wind storm prior to my visit). The location of condo was perfect for unobstructed view of lake and close proximity to the pool. The owner was a delight to communicate with and happily answered any of my questions or concerns. I would definitely return with my family or friends in the future.

Magnificaent sunsets

the property was updated and had everything we needed. It was awesome being on the first floor with the views of the lake right out the front window. The pool was very convenient and warm. Would recommend for a nice quite getaway

Very clean condo steps from community pool and lake

This property is very clean. I do not mean clean just on the surface. Every corner of every drawer and every inch of the floors were immaculate. The area outside is a little buggy (which makes sense because it is by a lake) and you have to be careful not to let in any. The location of the condo right near the pool was terrific for our family. Make sure you fill out the paperwork for the parking and pool pass ahead of your stay. There was also a fishing pier at the lake that the kids liked. The only drawback to the location was that it was a bit of a distance (15 to 30 minutes) from most of the restaurants and the Chattaqua Institution. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend this condo.

Another lovely family vacation

This is our second time staying at Sylvia's condo for a family vacation. We enjoy how clean and modern the space is; Sylvia clearly takes a lot of care to make the space welcoming and perfect for a family getaway. We also appreciate how responsive Sylvia is to all of our queries, and we love being in close proximity to the pool!

Lovely View

Sylvia's condo was just what I was looking for in a vacation home on Chautauqua Lake. Her place was clean, easy to access and had a beautiful view of the sunsets on the lake. There were a few "extras" like toiletries and laundry detergent. I would recommend her place for those visiting the Institute or the area.

Terrific view

As stated in previous reviews, the view is fantastic and the condo is very well appointed with everything you could need. Luckily, the weather was great so the sunsets were phenomenal and sitting out on the patio was our main activity. Thank you Sylvia for a wonderful place to stay. If I were to make a suggestion for those of us who are more nocturnal, room darkening drapes would be appreciated so that you were able to sleep longer than when the sun comes up because the light is very bright and comes early and when I am on vacation, I like to be able to sleep in past 6 am. Other than that, pretty much anything needed is there to make a very enjoyable stay. Terri

Great Location

This is a great spot, the condo is right next to the pool with a view of the lake. It’s close to the Midway if you have kids and not far from Beamus. The condo is very well maintained although we had great weather and did not spend much time inside. Sylvia was easy to communicate with and always answered any question in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

A Delightful Summer Getaway on Chautauqua Lake

Our stay at Chautauqua Lake in Dewittville was great! The accommodations were fresh and complete. All of the details were thought of, the entire property is lovely, great views and perfect location. Even the neighbors were welcoming and happy to share thoughts. We found Sylvia's location to be perfect for our agenda; at day at Chautauqua Institution, a day in Jamestown, time seeing the sites and dining in Bemus Point and a beautiful summer day touring the northern half of the lake on a boat tour and state park.,We expect to be visiting again next summer. We didn't do it this trip but golf courses and wineries close by.

Great renovations and a wonderful patio

This condo is easy to host others on the wonderful large patio and with the open kitchen and living room concept. The extra half bath came in handy for the family of four that stayed here and the condo is very accessible to the pool. Sylvia made your feel welcome with extra toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. My son and his wife were our guests here and they noted that the master bed sloped in the middle, making it uncomfortable for them both to sleep in that bed. This would be such an easy fix to a place that has renovated everything else! Thanks for renting your unit to our family.

Perfect choice

We found this condo to be one of the best we have stayed in during our many years visiting Chautauqua Lake region. Very new, neat and clean . And probably the best lake view in the entire complex. I liked the very short walk to the heated swimming pool. Being able to watch the fireworks on July fourth was a special treat. Definetly going back next year. If it’s hot , it won’t matter—-AC works great! . Roger

Beautiful view and clean & comfortable condo!

My husband & I brought our three kids and we all loved the condo! It was clean and new. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The patio was perfect to sit out on and the view of the lake was amazing! Everything was just wonderful and I would definitely stay there again!!

nice stay

The property was recently renovated so it has nice floors, fixtures, lighting and furniture. It has a nice patio with a great view. One person in our party uses a walker and had no trouble getting around the condo since it has no stairs. The condo is also well stocked with some extras should you have forgotten something like a toothbrush. We had a nice stay.

Lake side gem!

Very clean, renovated condo with great amenities. Our family enjoyed the tennis courts and convince to town and the lake. Definitely one of the nicecer accommodations in the lake!
